As a new resident to the area I had botox injections and an IPL Photo-facial done here. Ive had both treatments done periodically for the last 15 years and know what to expect. The office and staff are professional, and welcoming. However, I was not shown the bottle of botulinum toxin I purchased before the injection and it was not drawn up and prepared in my presence. I did not have great results from the 3 sites injected by Dr. Serratt (glabellar, crows feet, forehead). I had fair results between the eyes but 4 weeks later muscle contraction is noted (Ive had much better in years past). I had bilateral bruising around both eyes (crows feet area) with no benefit from the botox on either side, meaning normal muscle contraction was maintained. Some lift was noted in the forehead but had uneven brows for awhile.For the photo-facial I requested the same IPL settings Ive had in the past but the laser technician would not give me the requested settings or consent to a test patch. I spent $350 on IPL and had very minimal results due to the low settings and lack of willingness to listen to my experience or reach a compromise to satisfy the customer.I would NOT RECOMMEND this office for Botox or IPL based on cost ($400 minimum botox, $350 IPL) and practice standards.

Had carpal tunnel surgery. The entire experience was comfortable and informative from start to finish. The staff is knowledgable and takes you through every step of the process. The surgical team was some of the most friendly amd efficient Ive ever met. I always worry about surgeries, but they put me at ease with their professionalism
