Brad and his team were fast, professional, and thorough. The team removed all damaged items and cleaned after themselves. They also made my laundry equipment accessible for use throughout the entire process. Brad worked directly with my insurance company and recommended a wonderful repair company to get me back to normal. I highly recommend this business.

The owner Brad Ayers does the looking as well as the work. He is very responsive, professional and he along with his family are a super hard working crew. He meticulously collected all the data the insurance company needed, including measurements, pictures and organized it in the format they need, checked with special tools find water saturation in materials to find the boundaries of the water damage, helped us move our stuff and then went to work on cleaning out and drying damaged areas. He did not stop for several hours. His wife and daughter came to help periodically and bring him nourishment. He then meticulously checked all areas each day of the drying process to make sure all was well.

Unfortunately, Brad and Sue has to visit our house twice within a year, both for visits due to water damage. They are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with restoration. Both are very kind and went above and beyond their services to help us through the entire process. They checked on us multiple times per day throughout the cleanup and educated us every step of the way. I can’t say enough about them professionally, as well as personally.I don’t wish water damage in anyone home, but if you find yourself needing restoration services, I would send anyone to Delta Restoration Services in a heartbeat.

Delta Restoration Services responded to my call within 30 minutes. I was very upset and didn’t know what to do about all the water damage to my house. His company did an excellent job of cleaning up the damage and documenting all the water damage for the insurance company.
