Great equipment selection. Reasonable prices. My equipment reservation is always ready for me. Its the only place I rent from.

Rented stump grinder it worked great but their delivery charge was more than the equipment rental.. it cost me 365.00 to get it delivered to calvert texas. Talk about kicking the small man when hes down. That made me loose money on my job. Ill never rent that equipment again. Funny part is I could use it at least 3 times a week .

Redtail absolutely saved our property during this recent Winter Freeze with providing a lift LAST MINUTE to us!! Aspire College Station houses 750 people and there was no lift rentals available at all. They really pulled some strings for me and we were able to restore water to 750 college students during a major crisis! I highly recommend them for all your equipments needs!!!!

We used Redtail when we were really desperate for help after the recent winter storm in Texas, and they were great! Very quick service and so great to work with. Cannot recommend them enough!

I have always heard that Redtail rented predominantly to DIY people as they cannot keep up with the commercial companies as far as customer service and quality equipment. Even with this info, I was referred to this branch so I decided to rent a 50 boom lift from them. Customer service was great throughout the reservation and pickup process. The equipment itself worked well and did everything I needed it to without any issue. The return process was smooth as well, until I went inside to get my receipt. Once I got to the counter, the lady at the desk informed me that you can just keep the harness because you used it, and now you own it. Seemed like a nice gesture to get a free harness. Nope. The receipt had an additional $90 charge on it. When I asked why, she informed me that they cannot reuse harnesses. I asked why they never informed me of this at the check out process nor when I went through the 2 min tutorial, and where does it have that note listed on the rental agreement. The response was, I thought you knew this and had rented from us before. Long story but the gist of this review is ask questions and document everything. Even still they may find a way to get a few extra dollars out of you. I work for a commercial contractor in town and will make sure we never use this location. STAY AWAY! Work a deal with a better company in town.

Great rates and customer service.

I am an out of town customer and was in a jam with crew waiting on a lift that another company did not come through on. Make these guys your first call. They saved my butt and did it with a great attitude.

Always have what we need at the best prices. Great service, knowledgeable folks. Have used Redtail for everything from a dump trailer to stump grinder. This time it was a tile remover.

They have almost every piece of equipment you can think of.

Love these guys, very knowledgeable, friendly, they have all the equipment you could want and great deals on weekend rentals! Been renting from them for years, even drive from Caldwell to do so. Recently needed an aerial lift over the weekend, but were all checked out. Harvey said there was one being repaired and called me back to let me know it was fixed and availible. Said he loves to make peoples day. Wish all businesses could have this level of customer sevice!They also have tools and job essentials like marking flags cheaper and better quality than the big box stores. A+++

Redtail is very reasonably priced quality rental equipment. They also have a lot of tools for sale. The staff is friendly. Definitely rent from them again on my next home project.

Great service and they had exactly the equipment I needed! There was a leak in the machine I rented and they were very prompt in sending out a technician to replace a part (took the guy 5 min) to get us up and running again. Impressed! Very pleased and will only be renting from here!

I go there to pick-up or drop off equipment for my son-in-law. Outstanding personalities on their employees. Never have had any problems with any of their equipment or service.

Best equipment rental place in town!

Got me what I needed. After home depot double charged me a $300 deposit for a tranche and then got it to a jobsite over an hour away, it had a broken throttle cable. 3 days later I still havent gotten my $600 back, my job is behind a day and a half, and Im purely disgusted with home depot.The guys at retail got me a trencher on my trailer in 30 minute while it was raining/hailing.Only charged me a 4 hour rate (which was also the cheapest around) and told me bring it back next day cuz of the rain. They were kind and helpful and they have won my loyalty and I will only be using them in the future for my equipment needs!!!

Helpful staff, took time to show us how to work the equipment. Easy drop off. Rates were the best we found.

They rented us a chipper that was old and didnt work when we got home. They were nice enough to send a repairman. So we had to start our project 3 hours late. Then we had to stop several times and fix it during the day. It did the job. But honestly, you should not rent out old equipment like this. Thank you for sending the repairman to fix your equipment. I am glad to hear you are getting a new chipper.

If I am renting elsewhere its either because of geographical distance or lack of equipment availability. They are the most reasonable rental company I have dealt with.

Had an issue with a chainsaw I rented and they cleared it up no problem.

The 39 HP John Deere tractor we rented to mow our pastures was worn out and did not do a good job. The man who loaded the tractor on our trailer did not give us any operational instructions, and he did not assist with tying down the tractor - he said that was our responsibility. I guess they dont care about their equipment. When he loaded the tractor we asked him to lower the bucket down over the spare tire (as a safety measure). He said he couldnt do that. Because the bucket was then hanging loose it bashed in the right rear tail light on our truck. I would not use this company or their equipment - shoddy equipment and unprofessional attitudes.
