When CEC did a survey/replat for my family, in 2019, they had the best prices in BCS. Becky & Stuart were great to work with. Their new location in CS is kinda hard to find, so call for directions.

Missed it by only 180+ feet!When they surveyed my tract they had a pin in the ground that was 180+ feet away from where the pin was located on the plat thereby adding 0.84 acres to the tract that I was about to sell. Fortunately, I checked before closing. Unfortunately, I had to get another surveyor to come out and do it right. Never got a refund for the first survey.
