The staff is really nice and friendly, but there was a serious lack of communication in my experience. I was told that they would call me when my Invisalign retainers were ready and I had to call days after they were expected to check. I recently had an issue with retainers and had to call 4 times looking for an answer. Was told I would get a call back from them, but if I didn’t call myself then I doubt I would have gotten an answer.
This place is pretty professional. Takes my insurance. Idk if its just today, but this location smells like garbage. Horrible smell in the lobby. Some type of burning/chemical smell. Thankfully the masks helps. 🤢
I am a big baby when it comes to the dental setting but the WHOLE team at Aspen Dental made my experience pleasant and they were very compassionate! I highly recommend anyone to them. Thanks so much Aspen Dental 🦷
So, let me start off by saying that I am terrified of a dentist. The people at College Station location Aspen Dental are so incredibly nice and patient and knowledgeable! They will be my new dentist from here on out. They made sure that I was comfortable the entire time and thoroughly explained everything that they wanted to do in the future and costs associated with it. You won’t be let down with Aspen Dental in College Station.
I am not at all happy with the service. I had a general check-up and was asked to pay the total fees since it will take time for the insurance company to pay Aspen Dental. But when I went the second time to inquire about how do I get the refund back as my insurance claim shows that I paid way more than I was supposed to, I havent gotten a clear-cut answer and was told that they hadnt received the payment. I wasnt happy with the clarification provided so I canceled my second appointment until the payment issue was sorted out.I reached out to my insurance and they confirmed that I should get a refund. I have been contacting Aspen Dental for the last 10 days and no response. I even left a message with the central staff and phone numbers too but never received any communication from the local office at College Station, Texas.
No one likes going to the dentist. However, I can honestly say my trip to Aspen Dental changed my outlook of how I felt about going to the dentist. My care team who consisted of Tiffany (office manager), Ezra and Kim (Dental Assistant), Ms. MONICA (Hygenist) and my Dr. Durairaj (dentist) were the absolute best. The provided me with a great treatment plan that fits my budget and help correct my smile. They were very helpful and answered all my questions to ensure I understood my treatment plan. They were so nice and caring ❤ and helped me overcome my fear of a trip to the dentist. Now I look forward to going to see my dentist and continue with my treatments. Thank you so much Aspen Dental and a special thank you to Tiffany and Monica you all are wonderful.
I loved the staff and todays visit was free .The total price would of worked if I was a millonaire or if i would of followed my dreams and married a football player lol
Great place great people told me what I needed to do to get my teeth back on track and super nice people
One of the few businesses Ill be putting on my list of where not to go since they enforce the masks so heavily. Im sure another office will gladly take my business!
Staff is very kind and sweet. Very helpful, explains everything well.
I was in a great deal of pain. Dr D and her staff went beyond the call of duty to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied. I called early in the morning was able to be seen by 10:45a the same morning. Dr D took her time and explained in detail my situation to me. The x ray tech, hygienist, office manager, Dr D and the entire team was excellent and professional.
Asked me for my address so they could send me a bill due 5 days from when I received it. Interesting that didnt mention this on the phone when asking for the address, almost like they assumed I wouldnt pay them (even though if I told them that I didnt have insurance I would have paid nothing). Also never received any follow-up about the supposed condition I was told I had. Will definitely be going elsewhere regarding any future dental work. My fault for not seeing this was a corporate dentist. Pick a private practice if you can, these people dont have to worry about their reputation as their corporate masters will keep funneling sheep to them.Response.No Im good. Already found a new dentist. Ill take my expensive dental problems there.
Horrible service and wait time! Whats the point of an appointment if they decide to see you 90 minutes later?
Fantastic experience at Aspen Dental in College Stn Texas. Extremely knowledgeable staff and state of the art equipment. Definitely will be a return client to this location.Gem
I have been here one time and I have received three large bills from my one visit. I paid $170 in person the day of and have received two others since then. I have dental insurance and didn’t have anything crazy done to my teeth!! No one answers the phones and their voicemail box is full so you won’t be getting a call back even if you wanted one!
Very bad experience in Aspen dental, I just do a regular x-ray exam for my teeth last week.I have been waiting for the x-ray results send to me for 12 days, and still not get it. They said my x-ray result was send to a portal???? While my friends in other dentistries just got their x-ray result directly sent from their dentistries. I have called Aspen dental many times, they just let me keep waiting. Is 12 days not enough to just send an email? The price is also pretty unreasonable. They suggested me to do a teeth cleaning after regular exam. In the beginning, they ask me to pay for more than $2000 dollars just for deep cleaning, which is the out of pocket price after insurance. And I said I cant afford that huge amount of money. The financial stuff in their office then do some operations in computer, then the price becomes to $200?? The same deep cleaning program, same insurance. Why not just tell me $200 in the beginning? Its just a cleaning rather than some major care like implant and extraction.Whats more, my husband also scheduled an appointment for regular teeth exam in this dentistry. In the week before his appointment, Aspen dental called him that his incoming appointment was no longer available, and had been cancelled. If Aspen dental is not available at that time, why schedule that time in the beginning?Very disappointed! Wont go there anymore. If you want to save time, save money, and get your x-ray result, Aspen dental is not a good choice!
Knowing that aspen dental specializes in adults and seniors, on a last minute call after 5pm local time I was able to get ahold of someone to see my 7 years old daughter the next morning was amazing, everyone was so attentive and made her feel as if she was as special to them as to me, they where kind, and gentle, most children are scared of the dentist, (like some adults!) But a wonderful lady named Monica at the texas avenue location in college station texas, won her over from the start, and my daughter is actually looking forward to future visits with aspen dental!Great job, everyone!
Dr. Griffin was awesome! I had two wisdom teeth removed, and I went with the gas and numbing and she was a blessing. She was patient, yet got my extractions done quickly. She was attentive and talked to me the entire time. She was a large part of easing my fears. Her and the staff at the College Station location were awesome! I recommend them to anyone!
My special needs boy went here. They told me they accepted his insurance. After being seen, they claim no we dont accept your insurance. Procided to tell me he had Gingivitis and other issues. Please remember special needs . Limited income. They wanted $750.00 for care. $450.00 if i paid cash. Thats half his check. We decided to take him straight to Topaz dentistry. Whom he had been with sinceAnd he went today no Gingivitis or cavitiesGo figur.childhood. Just couldnt get a appointment right way that is why i cose aspen.
Quick and painless. Entire staff are friendly and personable. Definitely 2 thumbs up!!
I was treated well and taken good care of while I was there but I felt like I was being rushed through the appointment. From the time that I was called back to take a seat until my cleaning was finished took only 20 mins and the actual dentist didnt come by to look over my teeth either. Ive just come to expect more than this from Aspen.
Dr. Haynes and her staff are very special to me. There is no other dentist that I would trust like I trust Dr. Haynes. She is a beautiful soul and does beautiful work. My first time going to her was due to a knocked out veneer in the front of my mouth, and I was mortified. Not only did she completely put me at ease, she quickly gave me a beautiful replacement and allowed for payments. Everytime I walk into her office, I am greeted with smiles and hugs. They are like family, which is not often found in such situations. I feel blessed to have her for my dentist.
(College Station location) Every visit has been awful. My first visit they took x-rays, which I did not ask for. And since I already had x-rays my insurance would not cover them. They also failed to mention this bill until I emailed them asking for a copy of my x-rays. It took five seperate phone calls before I was able to reach someone to pay the bill. That first visit they just looked at my teeth and sent me on my way, when I thought the appointment was for a cleaning. When I showed up for my next scheduled cleaning, they were closed for lunch even though the appointment was at a time they chose. When it was rescheduled the wait before the appointment was still incredibly long. The main reason I needed to find a dentist in the area was to get my wisdom teeth removed. Due to these previous instances, I was tempted to find another location but did not want to go through the hassle of new patient visit again. I regret not changing. I waited in the parking lot (covid regulations) coming onto towards a third hour after my scheduled appointment time. They told me this appointment would take one hour. I was there, just waiting, for longer than I expected to be here in total. I felt very bad for my friend who I had brought to drive me back. Thirty minutes before closing time, the receptionist came out and told us my appointment had be canceled. I was greatly upset since I had not been eating the entire day. They offered to reschedule for two weeks later, but Im a college student and did not intend to be in town then as thats after finals, and didnt want to come back to this dentist anyways.I will be finding another dentist to perform my wisdom tooth removal and to do my regular cleanings. Luckily things went smoothly enough with my refund, since I was made to pay upfront for the wisdom teeth removal to even make the appointment. I had to call them a few times over a few different days before getting someone to pick up, but ocne my call was answered it was done in one sitting.Overall, it seems I am always wasting my time at this place, everything takes way longer than it should, the billing department doesnt have it together, and theyre always trying to push invisaliagn on me even though theyve told me I dont need it.
Everyone was so friendly and explained everything well I felt really comfortable here
I only keep going back here becasue of Dr Haynes! I absolutely love her! However the staff in the office is never together if it wasnt for Dr i would change dentist offices. The past few times i have went i drive an 1 1/2 hrs for them to tell me the dr isnt in today! Very disappointed! The lady in the office said she called me but i never recieved a call nor a voice mail!
Great staff, great vibes, I recommend Aspen Dental all the way!!
I have wore dentures for over 20 years. This office went out of their way to make a set of dentures that fits perfect from try on. Best and friendly dentist office I have been to. Will recommend this office to anyone.
The teamwork at Aspen is outstanding.
Went in for my cleaning, and Monica was great as always! She takes pride in her work, and my teeth feel super clean and better! The staff was friendly and prompt, as they usually are!
I have a lot of work to be done still, but so far I have nothing but praise for the whole team. From Dr. D to the office staff. They have all been wonderful to me. They worked for hours to get my first partial plate to where it was comfortable for me. I do mean all day even to remaking it the same day. WONDERFUL GROUP.
They were WONDERFUL! They were fast, gentle and make it easy. I can’t recommend them enough!!
I could write a story on my experience and the things they did wrong during my appointment, but all Im going to say is I should have waited. I ONLY booked an appointment with them because all of the other dentists in town are booked up for the next month or so. Dont be like me and half the people on the recent reviews. Wait to see your dentist, dont settle.
Everyone was super nice and took the time to actually listen and explain. The only thing I didn’t like was my son has Gingivitis and I was not allowed to go back there and watch them do the treatment. So while I was waiting he was done in only seven minutes. Then I found out they didn’t even floss his teeth. This was a $300 treatment. Parents should be allowed to watch all procedures especially if we are paying that much money. Now I just found out the very next day that have a health savings plan. Just found out the day after I paid $600 on treatment. So now I’ll see if they refund me my money and use my Ins savings. Post update later.
Service overall was get, I just didn’t get pain medicine after my extraction. It was never called in to the pharmacy.
Good service 👍
They have been just great. Staff do the best to you comfortable with all. Just be patient some time they have to make sure everyone is safe I would recommend my friends. 😊👍
Excellent and well mannered. Very polite and very nice
Fantastic. Ive been going to Aspen Dental for about three years and they continue to impress me. Every single person is competent, friendly, and answers my questions in detail. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist who did the cleaning (I actually enjoyed the in depth but gentle cleaning!) to the general dentist who looked over x-rays and checked for cavities to the hygienist who brushed, flossed, and added fluoride, it was an enjoyable experience. I know, it seems strange to enjoy going to the dentist! I was also very pleased with the number of women of color employed at my particular location (as dental hygienists as well as general dentists), which was beautiful to see and may be part of the locations business model that made my visit so successful.
This dental group is fantastic in everyway. The treatment from all the departments and staff was exceptional from the front desk to the dentist. All the recommended treatments are explained fully along with the time frames on which each procedure should be performed. They give you all the different options for the same procured so you can decide which is beat for you. The front desk goes over all the pricing for the procedures and offer information regarding discounts available for those without dental insurance. Thank you all for the best dental experience I have ever had!
They are very nice people. Helped me out a lot without any complaint. I can’t wait to go back and see them again. 😊
It is so difficult to talk to a person on the phone, without being transferred 2x and waiting 45min +. Also, after my first checkout, they placed an electric Toothbrush in my bag and charged me for it.
Great place to get dental work done! The staff was very friendly along with the hygienist and dentist were utmost professional and knowledgeable amongst the crisis. Definitely going to be returning in the future.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I had an appointment and waited an HOUR AND A HALF before the doctor even came to see me. I only went in for a checkup (should be about an hour, maybe less) and ended up being there for 2 hours and 15 minutes. They kept telling me to “hold on” and “wait 5 more minutes” and it got to the point where I was standing up ready to just walk out. The doctor finally came to me and spent less than 5 minutes, she didn’t seem like she cared about her patients. Complete waste of my time. They are super cheap for a reason. Bad service. Definitely go ANYWHERE else but here. Don’t waste your time or money.
Attentive service across the board! Drs. Haynes-Reese and D are awesome!!!
Great experience. Dr. D is very professional and caring. Stuffs are friendly too.
I went into the office for a check up and received excellent service! The lady at the front was very friendly and welcoming. Ashley the person that took my x-rays and exam was very sweet and she explain everything to me as she was doing it. She made sure I understood the process in the office. Dr. Haynes OMG was the best doctor I have ever had in my life. She was very gentle and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable and was made aware the reason of my visit. I am eager to start my treatment with this great team!
The worst dental experience ever ! Dentist would not listen, went in for emergency and all they wanted to do was poke and prod me and talk about everything but the reason I was there ! Gave no help and would not recommend to anyone
They seemed to be very caring, concerned and professional. Only I went in with what I see as an emergency having two broken teen and in pain plus not able to eat. They examined me told me what needed to be done and sent me on my way with two broken teeth no pain relief but a prescription for antibiotics because thats all that was scheduled. Needless to say, my problem wasnt solved or alleviated in the least. Scheduled to go back in two days to discuss and schedule the next procedure. Not sure if I can wait any longer with this pain and unable to eat.
Im a new patient. I havent gotten any treatment there yet. I just wanted to say that my visit there went great. Dr. A and the whole staff are very nice. They all took the time and explained everything in detail and were able to answer any questions or concerns I had. Thanks to for making it a comfortable experience.
Cracked a molar on Sunday. Got in to see them Tuesday. It had been a while since Id seen a dentist as I was traumatized from my previous experience. Ezra and Dolores (techs) did everything they could to make me comfortable, as my anxiety was palpable. No judgement at all, just constant reassurances and monitoring of my anxiety and pain levels. Dr. Durairaj (known as Dr. D) was absolutely amazing! She explained every step, showed me all the data (x-rays, etc.) utilized in making her diagnoses, as well as her recommended treatment options. Answered every question patiently, without rushing or being patronizing in any way. The procedure took longer than expected as my case was rather complicated. Her primary concern was that I not suffer. She and her team are well-trained, professional, and COMPASSIONATE. I will utilize them for all my future dental needs.
Revising this review because all of the staff, especially the doctor, was awesome. Front desk customer service with one woman in particular is what made me want to review/request that someone else help me on my first visit. Woman was being nicer to the person she was talking to on the phone than the person standing right in front of her. Waited about 20 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, even though they were calling and emailing me every week leading up to my appointment to verify that I was coming.
Please listen to the reviews. I went in once for a teeth cleaning and was told I needed two fillings - no problem there. However I was unable to follow through with the appointment for the fillings because an emergency came up. Nonetheless, they submitted the services to my insurance company, the services they never did, and submitted the unpaid balance of $40 to a collection agency. Have tried to call them multiple times to clear it up but A) they dont answer; and B) the voicemail box is full so I cant leave a message. Just go somewhere reputable, really not worth the headache.
Very unprofessional when it comes to the billing aspect of things
I wanted to love you, Aspen! you were a breeze to get an appointment and very nice employees!HOWEVER, I felt like they were up-selling me - they mentioned at least 3 procedures that were deemed necessary by two private dentists in recent past.I just moved to College Station and went to Aspen because it was the quickest to get into and all I needed was a cleaning. I spent 2 1/2 hours there and didnt even get the cleaning because they wanted me to pay $850 for an extra procedure.Ill be making the drive back to Fort Worth to see my private dentist who has impeccable reputation and reviews.
Made an appointment to get my teeth pulled and get my dentures. Dr. Haynes and her staff took very good care of me and reassured me all is well. I had to have 2 appointments to get it all done, however, I am extremely happy and pleased with the out come, and I LOVE my smile. And with follow up appointments, I am taken care of very well. Sometimes I do understand you have to wait a while to get to the back, however when you get the best, its worth the wait.
Such a great place. I went for a pain in my mouth and was very nervous. They made me feel calm and comfortable and helped me set up a plan that works for me. Im very happy I made the decision to go there!
Haven’t even gone to my appointment yet, but I was inclined to go ahead and leave a review because of how kind and helpful Barbara was to me on the phone. I called to asked if there have been any cancellations so I can get moved up, unfortunately there haven’t been but she sent an email while on the phone with me to the office manager to keep me posted for future cancellations. She was extremely superb in her customer service and it’s people like her who make my day! 😊
I had my first appointment at Aspen dental in college station yesterday. The service was great, I had a small wait for my appointment while they got me checked in. The hygienist and doctor seems very thorough. And the plan and office manager is very thorough for my dental work. The only improvement I could Suggest would be to have gotten my appointment sooner. It took me six weeks to get my first appointment scheduled.
Really bad customer service. It was like I wasn’t even there during my appointment. No small talk or probing questions or anything.Prepare to be treated like just another number as they just try to push you right back out the door when you come in. I came in for ulcers in my mouth, to 1. see what was wrong and 2. get help. And I made that expressly clear when I came in. When the Dentist could finally see me, I was told to open my mouth and the Dentist was like “yep, they’re there”, and left me and wrote a prescription and had the assistant give it to me. I was not educated on why I could be experiencing these, I was not asked any probing questions, and the dentist immediately went to servicing another patient in another room so I had no opportunity to ask her any follow up questions regarding my condition. I was handed a slip of paper and expected to leave. I wasn’t given a proper evaluation of my oral health and I still don’t know why I’m experiencing these sores. These people don’t care if your needs are met, they are just trying to get you back out the door. Especially if you look young enough to be in college, and even if you’re only one of two patients who are actually on site.I will be changing who I do business with, and hopefully they will be more professional and patient oriented.
Beware of the 135 dollar toothbrush!!! Ive seen used car salesman more honest than this place! The care was great but they add in a bunch of cost that isnt necessary then hit you with a big out of pocket bill .
Great customer service! My first visit was pleasant and I felt assured that I was in great hands!
I am a new patient & my visit went very well. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. I enjoyed my first visit & cant wait for my second. I would recommend Aspen Dental to all my family & friends.
I love Aspen Dental! The Staff is amazing! The Treatment is AWESOME! Thank You to Dr.Haynes, who provided the best dental care I have ever received! Highly Recommend Aspen Dental!
I had my first appointment at Aspen Dental in College Station and I scheduled the appointment prior to going. I arrived 15 minutes early to check in and everything was fine, but I waited for 30 minutes until I got up and asked them questions. There were three other people who had the same appointment time as me, and not a single worker there told me that my appointment was affected. I figured out that their appointment services messed up the scheduling so they were double-booked. They tried to apologize, but they knew from the beginning that something was off, and failed to acknowledge the mistake until I got up and asked. They agreed to either push my appointment back an hour or reschedulebut I decided to wait. Other than that, Staff was very kind and gentle. Wouldn’t go back though.
THIS IS INTENDED FOR THE BILLING PEOPLE SPECIFICALLY @ the COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS LOCATION.I’ve had wonderful experiences w/ the dentists, nurses, reception, and surgeon here. They provide good care, are somewhat flexible and listen to their patients. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Thank you, especially Dr. D.On the other hand, I have (& another patient family member) had the WORST dealings with the BILLING person, Haylee, recently. The first thing that happened was I was given an estimate prior to treatment that would cover the treatment plan the dentist & I agreed upon. I had to move money around in the bank to have that much cash available, as it was due PRIOR to my treatment. I paid the $$$$ and treatment was initiated and over several visits completed. Around Christmas I had a tooth break and required emergency intervention. I was told then that it would be covered as I had a $1300 CREDIT! $1300 overpayment. At Christmastime I had available to me—-but didn’t know—-$1300 that I could’ve used for my kid’s Christmas! That was my first red flag that something wasn’t right. The broken tooth work had a balance of $440, I guess that the $1300 didn’t cover. THEN COVID 19 SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING. Fast forward 7 months, I’m still w/ a temporary crown and ASPEN DENTAL turned me into collections for the $440. The office called and was insistent that I come back and get the crown put on, take care of the $440 balance. I explained that I wouldn’t have $440 in full, so don’t schedule me. They said they would work it out with me, but when I showed up for my appt that THEY rescheduled from 4pm to 1pm——during the workday, I reluctantly agreed and moved all of my patients appts around to accommodate their (ASPEN’S) schedule. As I too am a HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL in a nursing home in direct contact w/ COVID + patients! Haylee greeted me with the 3rd degree in FRONT of all reception area (staff & a few patients) about why I wasn’t able to pay my bill in full TODAY. I told her that I’d explained to whomever called me to reschedule my appt that I wouldn’t have the payment yet. Haylee then proceeded to ask me if I needed to see the documentation she has I my file that says I agreed to pay what I owe. Of course I agreed to pay as it is due, but HAYLEE has turned my $440 into a collection department and I told Haylee will be paying it out with the collection agency. So, needless to say, they WITHHELD my treatment due to the outstanding balance. Even tho I offered to make a significant payment by end of week, when I get paid. The answer was still “NO”. The balance must be resolved first.I do think it is unethical and negligent to deny medical treatment simply because of an owed balance. I’m going to be researching Texas law on this, I promise! They’re either not being honest in their record keeping, or not billing insurance correctly, or completely incapable of explaining in simple words how they are coming to the decision of withholding treatment due to owed balances.AND just to add insult to injury, I missed an entire day of work/pay due to this horrible display of inefficiency and was so upset because I couldn’t resolve this properly.WHY SHOULD EMPLOYEES THAT WORK IN BOOKKEEPING BE ALLOWED TO MAKE DECISIONS THAT AFFECT A PERSONS HEALTH WITH ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA OF WHAT & HOW THEIR DECISIONS ARE CAUSING FOR OTHERS, NOT JUST THE PATIENT.???So, thank you ASPEN DENTAL BOOKKEEPER HAYLEE! For causing all of my nursing home residents to miss their treatments and causing me to miss a whole day of work/pay. I hope it was worth it for you.
Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had going to the dentist. I researched several different dentists online and I went with Dr.Kimberly. Best decision hands down,I went in as a new patient,I am definitely a lifelong patient! Dr.Kimberly and her entire team are courteous, professional and very caring and friendly and they explain everything in such detail that you know exactly what is going on from start to finish. Keep up the excellent work Dr. Kimberly and team! 😃👏
OMG THEY TOOK CARE OF ME I WILL BE RETURNING GETTING ALL MY DENTAL CARE TAKING CARE OF .DR A IS AWESOME. THE TEAM IS AWESOME. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU NEED A GREAT DENTIST TEAM YOU TRY THEM
When I walked in everyone was welcoming, smiles all around.Kate on x-rays was so nice and friendly and despite not being able to become a patient due to my insurance coverage, I wish so they desperately that I could have. They were all so kind and were sure to explain to me everything that I needed to know. One of the best services that’s Ive ever received.
All the workers were super friendly! Thanks for being safe during these times!
I have had nothing but issues with Aspen Dental. I would not recommend anyone to seek treatment here. They do not schedule people well or update patients on changes etc. I have had several problems with them. The most recent has been with my invisalign. I first went in for my appointment and they suggested I needed invisalign. I considered it and when they discussed the pricing I decided it was out of my price range, but I was wondering why it was so high. I talked to my insurance and they said they would cover more than what they quoted me. I went back and they got my insurance information mixed up and gave me a better price. They took the 3D images etc and scheduled another appointment. The person that did my images scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks later, told me my trays should be in then. I confirm my appointment and show up. I get there and they say my trays arent in. Okay? Why didnt I get a call then? Why did someone schedule me so early? I paid for invisalign in Feb and have been waiting since. I have called and called to see if my trays are available since I will be moving at the end of July. During one of my calls someone tells me I need to have a free of cost follow up for the doctor to examine things to send to my insurance. I am scheduled 1 month in advance. I show up to my appointment this morning at 8:45am and they said my appointment got moved to 4pm. I showed them my email confirmation that it was at 8:45am. The previous week when I was called about a previous review I submitted (they dont post the bad reviews on their website, so its very misinformed and biased reviews) they told me my trays should hopefully be in by today (7/7/20) my appointment day. I get there and they send me away and say my trays said they will be shipped on the 20th so at the end of the month I should get them. I am moving at the end of the month my lease ends. I signed up for invisalign with them thinking I would already start my treatment with them by now and now I have make a 2 hour drive to receive this bad service because I already paid upfront? I rescheduled important work and nursing school interview meetings, woke up early, and risked my health during a COVID-19 pandemic where the city reports over 100 positive cases daily to then get told by the manager Hailey that my appointment was moved without notifying me regardless if I already had email confirmation for the 8:45 am appointment. Most importantly, I put myself at risk for possible exposure with pre existing health conditions where I am at high risk to get my appointment moved without notice. This ASPEN did not take the patients safety and care into concern. I have put in previous reviews and still no changes have been made and nothing has been done to try and accommodate the lack of performance in service or better the care for patients. Even with the manager personally working on my case and speaking to me directly nothing has been done. I would not recommend this facility at all.7/13/20 UpdatesI was told to call them to explain my experience hoping for maybe some change or accomodations on my next visit, but was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone.
Dr Haynes was very compassionate and sensitive to my needs. I will definitely go back see her and her staff. Jan, the hygienist, explained everything that was going on before she started. Fallon took her time explaining the charges and ways to make payments easier for me to do. The entire visit was great and going to the dentist is my least favorite place to go.
Came in for a cleaning. No cleaning was done, still took from my insurance. They said I had gingivitis even though I had already did their therapy. Originally scheduled for an appointment at the beginning of the year for the cleaning. Turns out the appointment was a week before my insurance can cover it. How convenient isnt it? Rescheduled to three months later and now they cant do anything? Ridiculous. Horrible staff, horrible customer service.
They were friendly and really helped my husband out. His self esteem was low because he had no teeth. Dr.Haynes and her team gave him a million dollar smile. Cant thank or praise this dental office enough!! They are amazing and they will forever be our family dentist. Once again thanks Dr.Haynes and staff. 😉
Absolutely love and trust Dr.Haynes! I feel like she cares about my best interest in my care! She gave me options and asked questions about my wants and expectations, I thought I was close to hopeless. Dr. Haynes is a very skillful, light handed doctor with grace and knowledge thats hard to come by. I feel such at ease with every appointment with Dr. Haynes and her assistants Esra and Megan! All of the staff are smiling, talking, and you can tell they enjoy and care about us as people. They care about our privacy as patients but can bring laughter and ease and sense of why treatment is needed! Oh and they understand my insurance!!! Sky helped me with the finance part and we all dont like hearing the damage from that perspective, but she was very helpful to try and keep my best interest in mind and keep me from neglecting myself even more than I already have by taking the time to go over all of it then breaking it up into what I could do now and what my goal would be in the future to optimize my needs and making them a priority for my overall health. She broke it down and didnt fly threw it even though they were slammed with patients and phones ringing. Dr. Haynes has created a nice, clean, professional, fun, relaxing environment two thumbs up. Thank you Aspen Dental Staff! And for anyone looking for a place I would say give them an opportunity to win you and your family over. They have managed to deal with me and help set me up to get great care at an affordable price. I cant say it enough THANK YOU!
Very poor. Went in last year with a gum irritation. they suggested me a root canal. me as naive went for it just for them to crack a fully normal tooth of mine. its been a year and am still suffering even after getting a crown (thanks to them). I am a phd myself, but man o man, they are such players. OH fyi.. I still received a bill from them after a year of treatment!!
Everyone is always cheerful and very helpful. Very professional atmosphere
Dr. Adeuti was very helpful telling me about what I need done cost and answered all my question. The nurses that helped me Dorothy kim, and Esra are great people. Never made me feel uncomfortable. They are always ready with a kind word and a smile. Thank you all so very much.
This is an amazing place! The staff is great! The Dr’s are world class. If you’re close to the Bryan, College Station area this is the place you want to be. Don’t hesitate to make your appointment so they can assist you like royalty!
I really enjoyed aspen dental. They are really a great dentist to have work done at. Dr. A is really a great doctor. I highly recommend this place.
Dr. Kimberly Haynes is beyond amazing. Her and Ezra (sorry if my spelling is incorrect) work so perfect together. Its always laughs, smiles, and sometimes tears (on my behalf from being overly happy) while there and leaving. I have been going to her approximately 4 years and Ive never left the office not being satisfied. I never have to stop her and ask questions, because I truly trust her to the fullest. When she asks me what I think, I always tell her to make her best judgement because I know how compassionate she is about me loving my results. I literally consider her and Ezra to be family. I love them so dearly and couldnt have asked for a better dentistry. Her attitude is so soothing and relaxing that you do find comfort while being in her prescence. Previously, I use to be very terrified of getting dental work done, but she definitely made sure that I was comfortable and not with pain. I will most definitely follow her anywhere that she goes, because I am so satisfied with her and her services. Dr. Haynes thank you for being such an amazing, inspirational, loving individual that you are. God truly knew I needed an amazing soul like yours in my life. Ive had just about any service that one could possibly think of. Ive had root canals done, crowns put on, teeth whitening, teeth cleanings, etc. You name it Ive just about had done under her care. And preferably, she is my #1 go to. I refuse to be under anyone elses care for major dental work, because I trust in her 1000%. Again Thank you Dr. Haynes and Ezra for being such amazing, loving people. I couldnt ever imagine how one could leave disappointed. Keep up the Good Work, One Smile at a Time!!!
This place is great! Staff was all friendly and thorough. The dentist, Dr. Reese was especially amazing. She is the smartest, kindest dentist I have ever met. Beautiful inside and out. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the way they make their clients pay for appointments ahead of time. I have been to many dentists for me and my children and none of them have ever made me pay for services 2 weeks prior. What if I were to die before the next appointment? You took my $157 for services you have not performed yet. Doesnt make any sense to me.....
Dr. Haynes was super knowledgeable and super-personable; your teeth are in great hands with her and highbrow conversation along the way! Also a friendly office staff to go along with the top flight professional care. Id certainly continue to chews Aspen in the future!
First, all the staff were professional and kind. Second we were the last in the day and. The staff was still good humored and took the time necessary to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you for that. Finally, the Dr really explained what was about to happen and made my daughters experience comfortable. That was the best.
Aspen Dental was very comforting and timely. They got me in and out on my first visit for an Extraction. Dr. A and her assistant Kim was very professional. I highly recommend Asian Dental!!!!
Not only is the customer service on the phone extremely nice and very helpful but everyone in the office is super thorough, explaining things in detail as they go so you know exactly what is going on and what they are talking about. They also explained every dollar I’d be spending and helped me so much. The Dentist was incredible. They don’t rush appointments so don’t expect to be in and out, but in and out isn’t informative. The first time in forever I’ve felt like I was put first as a patient.
I visited aspen dental back in December for tooth pain that I was having. I am here for college and hasn’t been able to see my normal dentist so I decided to make an appointment. Made the appointment and showed up 15 min early. I waited 45 min in the lobby before I was called back. Then I waited another hour before the doctor came back. I told her that I had tooth pain and I was pretty sure i needed a root canal. She looked around and basically told me she didn’t know what the problem was and that I needed to see an endodontist. I decided to wait til after Christmas break to see the endodontist and tried to schedule my appointment with him and I called the office 5 times with no response. I left multiple messages and still nothing. I waited 2 hours my first appointment to basically he told I don’t know what’s wrong and then they don’t even answer their phone. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
From the time I walked through the front door until I departed forty five minutes or so later I was treated with the utmost respect. I was greeted as soon as I stepped through the door. There were several people all ready in the waiting room. I thought there would be a long wait but was called back in about ten minutes. The x-ray tech was friendly and competent. She worked quickly but gently. After we went to the dental station Ezra came in, introduced herself and informed me that Dr Haynes would be there momentarily. Dr Haynes studied my X-Rays, thoroughly explained the why of the damage to my teeth and discussed several options for restoration. She was very clear on what needed done. We decided together how to proceed. There was no pressure from anyone there for a particular type of restoration or pushing for a more expensive method. I will recommend Aspen and Dr Haynes to my family and friends. Thank You, Dr Haynes for your professionalism and compassion.
I had to get dentures and after much anguish and looking at different dentists in the surrounding area, I chose Aspen Dental. Dr. Haynes is amazing. She made me comfortable from the first appointment for a Denture Consultation. She explained the procedure and what she recommended. I went with the Comfy Lites with implants. They have an excellent finance program that offers 0% financing and except most dental insurance plans. The whole staff is friendly and treat you as if you are family. I love Dr. Haynes and her staff of very professional assistants. Dr. Haynes is a perfectionist and that is what you want when it comes to your mouth.
Dentist I dealt with on first visit (Dr. Maza) was very professional and personable. Front desk staff also personable and helpful, but the wait between appointment time and time I got seen was an hour. I was very favorably impressed with the thoroughness of the exam, the development of a treatment plan, and the dentist’s explanation of it. Overall, a very favorable experience and impression.
Poor staff communication overall. From the beginning I made it clear that I wanted to be treated for a cavity and the assistant told me that that was possible and so did the person over the phone when I requested an appointment. When I went in they told me I needed a general check up and then I could get a cavity filling, but I was already in pain and I knew I had one. The dentist took a look and she confirmed I had a cavity and told me thats all for today, and I had to ask her if that was going to count as a consultation and she said yes and then I had to remind her to look at the rest of my teeth. I called later to make an appointment for a cavity filling and they said the next appointment was in a month and a half, even though I was already in pain and saw the dentist. Never going again. I have never had such a bad experience at a dentist office.
Dr Haynes was excellent! She helped put me at ease explaining each step before she did anything. Didnt even feel the shots to numb my mouth. The extractions took mere minutes. I highly reccomend this dental team of friendly professionals!
Everyone I spoke with was nice and knowledgeable. I hadnt been to a dentist in years, but nobody made feel guilty or talked down to me.
Went in as a walk-in dental emergency and was seen within 30 minutes. Dr. Haynes was able relieve my pain almost immediately and was quick, courteous, and professional. My emergency resulted in a root canal and crown so I have had to make multiple return visits. I have been extremely impressed with the entire staff from receptionist to billing to the techs. Will absolutely use them for ALL my dental needs in the future.
By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I give them 5 stars only because I can’t give them 10. Dr. Haynes is very good at what she does and made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit. The office staff was very helpful as well and the manager Amie was great at getting me scheduled and making sure I was taken care of.
Knowledgeable and thorough, Dr. Haynes & Dr. Maza, took time to explain what work I needed and made me feel comfortable with the plan of action. Monica & Ashley took great care of me and settled my nerves! Aspen is the perfect place to perfect your smile!
Best dental experience ever. Blown away by Dr. Haynes skill. I went in with an abscess on my wisdom tooth that was so infected I couldn’t even open my jaw. I was put on antibiotics and after a few days would return to get my tooth removed by Dr. Haynes. I was a little nervous because I have never had a tooth removed let alone a wisdom tooth and was not sure what to expect. Let me tell you I was blown away with how quick and painless it was. I didn’t even feel being numbed, I truly didn’t even realize I had been poked with anything. After the numbness set in, Dr. Haynes LITERALLY less than 15 seconds to get my tooth out from the second she said open to her saying “it’s out” and was rinsing my mouth. I didn’t feel a thing and was blown away with how easy she made it look. I have very minimal bleeding and pain and feel so much better. Trust me when I say this is the place to go if you are worried about pain or whether or not you are placing yourself in good hands. Everyone is so kind, caring, and professional. I’ve had cleanings at other dentist offices that hurt worse than getting a wisdom tooth yanked out at this aspen dental! This place is amazing and would recommend it to anyone.
Nice employees, however I had to wait in the dentist chair for a solid hour with only the hygienist poking my gums once then leaving before I finally met with the doctor. I specifically told them I wanted and needed a cleaning that day, if I knew I was not going to be able to get a cleaning that same day I would not have taken off work. I should have been told before I came in that the cleaning would not have been done since I specifically asked for one.
The front desk (Reception) staff is awesome! Dr Haynes-Reese is one of the best dentists that I have ever used. Ezra, one of the dental assistants is such a sweetheart, she goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. I have already started recommending this clinic to friends and family. They only got a 5☆☆☆☆☆ because there isnt a higher rating.
The management of this office is poor. The dentists & hygienists are personable and do a great job despite it. Every time Ive called, I am placed on an extended hold. The last 2 visits, I waited for a full hour before being called back because the management overbooked appointments and was out-of-touch with the stress of the employees in the back. They also misfiled the charges, so what should have been covered by insurance immediately took 6 weeks of phone calls and wasted time to fix. I switched dentists because of all this and do not recommend coming here for care.
