Rapid response and Great Service.I called in for service around 4:30, the help desk let me know a tech would call me back. In about five minutes, Enrique called and guided me through the Ubeo Team Viewer. He logged into the laptop that could not print and resolved the problem. Great Work Enrique!

The technician was available to install the printer via online. The response time was quick. He called several time to start the service however I was unavailable at that time. He left a detailed message via email with contact information. Contact was made at my convenience, the call was answered right away. The technician was professional during the process and made certain the install was functioning properly before the call was ended.

The Technician Mitch makes resolving our issues the easiest as possible. He is always very informative on what the issue is and how to potentially avoid repeat issues if possible.
