Bollers cleaned 5 oriental rugs for me. Three of my rugs are genuine hand knotted oriental wool rugs and two machine woven synthetic fiber. One of my rugs was not color fast or what the industry calls a bleeder. Bollers professionally and correctly diagnosed all of the rugs and professionally administered the specific required cleaning and drying method. They did an outstanding job at a fair price! Fine oriental rug cleaning requires professional knowledge and handling. These guys have that know how and care.In addition, Bollers picked up the rugs and when they returned them to my home and they patiently and carefully helped to lay them where I needed them. This included moving a large sectional sofa and other heavy furniture.The pick up, cleaning, return delivery and placement service were all completed within a very reasonable two week timeframe. Very reasonable for careful handling, cleaning and finishing of precious oriental rugs.I would highly recommend Bollers for any carpet cleaning service. They know their business and they know rugs!

Miguel and Mark arrived on time and went right to work. They cleaned 3 carpeted area in just over an hour, set fans to dry and they were finished. The carpet was clean, smelled great and looked great. I left the fans on most of the day. Miguel picked up the fans on time the next morning. I wouldnt use anyone else.

We had our tile floors and grout cleaned. Our grout was extremely dirty because of our very large dog! The tiles and grout were cleaned and sealed and now look great. The People were professional, timely, polite, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
