Absolutely ridiculous i check in through the app I wait 42 minutes for the wait time and get there at the recommended time. (See photo) All of a sudden I get there at the scheduled time and I’m told that since I didn’t arrive before that time my spot was given to someone else??? And if I wanted my haircut which I was doing on my lunch break I had to wait 20-25 minutes until someone was done even though there was one hairstylist on a computer not doing any cutting. You should at least give the person 2-5 minutes to show up at there schedule time. Not tell them that I had to show up earlier to keep my slot.

I went in this morning and Cynthia took me in and gave me the MVP works! She was very nice and professional. She did an exceptional job in giving me a haircut. A great place!

Ok haircut, but the Lady skipped me in line! 3 employees there and no one noticed. No biggy, 30 minutes wasted, just no tip, and won’t be back unfortunately!

Went in for the first time since my normal shop was closed. Lets just say Ill be changing where I go from now on. Maria did an excellent job with the cut, hair wash, and quick massage for my first visit. Highly Recommend this location!

A great place, especially if you like sports. The barbers are always very sweet and they really know what they’re doing. Afterwards I like to get my hair washed and I can never say no to the hot face towel.

Been here multiple times over the years and never had a bad experience. Now with online check-in, very easy to schedule an appointment when you need it. Also very clean, one of the ladies even swept and wiped down while the head washing went on. Professional folks!

I have gone to Sports Clips wherever I live or travel in the USA. They are consistently reliable for a good haircut done just the way I like it.

I almost NEVER give five star reviews. However, my initial visit to the Sport Clips at Jones Crossing was awesome! It was during the Jones Crossing easter event and Sport Clips was giving vouchers for free cuts. I needed one so I said why not. Wasnt expecting much but Lauren took great care of me and I expressed to her that it was one of the best haircuts Ive had in a long time. What a great find! Will definitely return for another. See you soon!

Last time I went in my stylist and I were not on the same page for my hair cut. Usually I have good to great service but this last time i had a haircut that is going to take a while to grow back out for restyling.

🤗 Need to be pampered once in a while. Worth a few extra bucks. And I was way overdue for a haircut!

Took our 14 month old for a haircut and the staff was very nice and patient.

They do a great job with customer service and the hair shampoo is where they earn their tips.

Had an awesome experience there. Even though they were close to closing time, Rihanna pulled me back, and was patient with me on my hair cut, and solved my stubborn hair problems. I would have reviewed on their survey I just didn’t know the code for the store! Would recommend them 100%!!

Do not go to Exia. I asked for a mid fade and just a little from the top. She made my head look like a football.

This was the worst haircut experience I ever had. I got the hairstylist in training and she butchered what should be a very simple haircut. I asked for a 4 on the sides and I wanted a quarter inch off the top, I ended up with 2 1/2 inches off the top and a 2 on the sides. How do you mess that up? You had one job.
