Very impressed with the level of their customer service! They get back to you very quickly and are willing to help you out in whatever way they can. The prices and size of the units are very good. The units are quite spacious! Definitely recommend them to anyone trying to find an easy and accommodating staff and units!!

They were very kind and accommodating! The customer service is awesome and the manager gets back very quickly with any answers to questions you have! Plus they are very affordable compared to some places in college station. The move in and move out process is very simple and there’s no hidden fees or anything like that so I would highly recommend!

Nice facility however the accessibility is less than desirable. Hard to turn around with a trailer and the unit we were assigned to was against a fence so we had to walk all of our stuff all the way around instead of pulling up to it. It made for a very long hot day. Their a bit pricey as well.

Great Location, have had a Unit there for several years. The new owners Matt & Patrick have made some great improvements.

Decent price for what we rented, site unseen - our boat unit does not have a concrete floor & it was not maintained prior to a new tenant, so there are weeds & ants throughout. When we first drove up to the facility, the entry gate was open & there was a lock on our unit, so I had to call. She was helpful in getting the existing lock off, but there was no mention of who’s lock we had to use or a fee. Now there a month and the entry gate is still not fixed & we’re being charged for a lock were not using (A combination lock & have no idea who else knows the combination). It’s an enclosed space, but may be looking for something different if they can’t get the entry gate fixed, since we’re paying for a secured unit at a secure facility.

What a great place!!! We called & with only 2 units available, they took care of us. Everyone we talked to there was very friendly & helpful. Highly recommended!!!!!

This is the third owner in 5 years. They looked at what worked and what did not for previous owners. There is a new fence and gate for security. Payment is reasonable and can be set up automatically. It may not look fancy but then you are not paying for fancy. Many of the renters are like me using it as an extra attic storage or as small business closer to worksite equipment storage. There is room for boats and cars. It is a hidden storage gem.

Just save your time and money and go to a different storage place. Way too expensive comparatively to what you are provided. Owner is useless.

Found the place next to the Barracks and called the number on the sign, paid with credit card over the phone, grabbed a unit and stored furniture for the great Aggie migration period (you know EXACTLY what Im talking about in August!) and then I cancelled at the end of the month, removed my things and made sure the unit was swept out/clean. They made sure it was clean and not damaged the same week and I got my deposit back in about 4-5 days.I did run into the roving security (its a regular truck so I couldnt tell at first) and the lady that checks on things is super nice as well.My door actually jammed and I called and they had someone come out about two hours later to take a look and fix it. Most places will send NOTHING or NEVER reply. Thats pretty typical, so im happy anyone called me back.Price wise, I didnt see anything cheaper IN TOWN. There is some cheaper stuff in Wellborn and in super south college station (basically Millican) but bang for the buck, cant beat it. Looks like they are doing construction/renovation which is cool I guess, didnt look bad to me in August but whatever.There is security cameras stashed throughout, and it looks like they are putting in a gate system up front so the place is secure and I checked the college station crime map and didnt see any break ins at that address so thats cool.
