Victoria was the lady I worked with to get my car fixed she was very nice and very helpful. I gave it 3 stars because the lady at the front desk wasnt wearing a mask and was coughing. She was also very rude and has no good customer service to me or my husband when he picked up my car!

When my wife backed her 18 Ford Explorer into a poor unsuspecting Toyota Tundra on an energy drink, gas station run, College Station Fords Body shop was there to fix it. They fixed it perfectly, and in a very timely manner. I could not be happier with the overall results. It came out looking just like new. They handled everything with the insurance company for me. I could not possibly be happier with the service I have received. If you have a need for a body shop this is the place! A++++++ 5 Stars
