This agency was involved in a very unethical situation. Weve had Allstate for auto insurance for a long time and called to get a home insurance quote (moving from out of state). The quote was $1000 more than several other places so we decided against using Allstate for the home insurance. They asked if we wanted to move our car insurance (from our out of state Allstate agent) and we said no. They moved the car insurance anyways without our permission. Because our payments are auto drafted, when they effectively stole the policy it took it off auto draft and we were put cancellation due to nonpayment. Thankfully we noticed that the payment had not come out for the month and were able to call and figure this all out. Just mortified by this type of business dealing, unethical practice, and simply - bad behavior. Be leery of this agency especially if getting a quote from out of state! When I called to see if I was missing something he even tried to say that this is normal - it’s absolutely not. Hoping Allstate takes care of this so it doesn’t happen to other customers.

I cant say enough good things about how good he has been as explaining different coverages, offering different options, or how prompt hes been about communicating and signing us up.
