I ordered a new AC unit from Aire Serv of Aggieland. Nick, Andres and Jose H. are really skilled and professional. Nick explained everything clearly including questions that I had trouble to understand initially and did an excellent job installing the new unit with a Nest Learning thermostat I bought originally. Nick identified problems in my initial wiring and fixed the “low battery” problem by installing a “common wire” quickly. He is smart and enthusiastic about helping customers. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Ethan, our technician, came out after hours when the system went down and then spent the next day and a half making everything happen behind the scenes to get it back up and running. We needed a complete inspection of our current AC system. Aire Serv had us scheduled for the very next day. Jose Gutierrez was our inspector and he did a very thorough job, even showing us pictures of different components. His explanation was easy to understand and helped us know what we need to do. Aire Serv Aggieland came highly recommended to us from friends in Conroe who are in the AC business.

Company sent 2 techs out that did the same exact thing as the previous tech on separate occasions. Zero communication between techs, office, and myself. When the issue was brought up to the manager it was blamed on outlet tenants who followed the techs directions exactly as described. Poor customer service and takes no responsibility for their miscues.

I’m still trying to figure out how I purchase a brand new complete AC unit from you just under two years ago had a service problem and and explained to your your technician everything was clean the capacitor look good but I didn’t test it. Your technician Louise comes out I explain the situation to him then he just suppository changes the capacitor and tells me It is under warranty and charge me $325 for a $10 part and then your price is like $289 regularly along with a $89 service charge.I was given no option and never saw the old part at the testing with an ohm meter for continuity. He could have just left the “warranty part” as he didn’t explain truthfully ahead of time what was going on.that’s cheating people and I had no choice as he should’ve just left me the part as Louise knew I was perfectly capable and understood the working and the part and had the unit disassembled with the capacitor in plane view.On the surface you seem like a good company, but it is not so when you price gouge on your parts.

Im really happy with my new HVAC system installed by Aire Serve. From beginning to end I felt I was being treated with honesty and integrity, and never felt any pressured salesmanship. And best of all, I just received my first utility bill since the work was complete, and I was actually shocked! It was the lowest I have ever seen it in the 24 years Ive been living in this house.

Came and cleaned and serviced the AC unit to have it ready for this summer

The service technician arrived on time. I knew before he arrived what his name was and what he looked like. He introduced his assistant. They covered their shoes inside the house, thoroughly inspected every part of our heating system and had it fixed and working within a few minutes. They explained the problem. They were very courteous. Very reasonable cost.

The technician was a wonderful person, he came to our house three times to fix ac drainage clogs. He was knowledgeable, and educated me about the ac unit, and always had a smiling face even when he was working in the attic where the temp was around 95 F. The receptionists were nice to inform me when the technician is coming. For one reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that the company does not have proper equipment. Because of this they had to make three trips that could have resolved in a single trip. Hope next time the company buys a powerful blowing or sucking pump and a plumbing snake auger to clear drainage pipe.

Very informative and friendly. I had numerous questions, and Luis was very patient and informative. Was very knowledgeable and capable.

We were working with another local company and had received quotes to repair the Amana system with warranty on the compressor, or to completely replace the condenser unit with a Trane. As the other company was a Trane dealer, I checked on the Amana website to find a local Amana dealer to see if there may be better options on the warranty repair. I reached out to Aire Serv (they were listed on the Amana we Katie) over the weekend, and they got back with me right away. As this was a second (upstairs) unit, I didn’t want a weekend service call so they contacted me on Monday morning and provided a quote that was $1500 less than the repair quote from the other company. They did state up front that it may take 7-10 business days to receive the compressor. They offered to install window units during the wait period, which we appreciated but declined. As there were further unanticipated delays in shipping the compressor within the 7-10 business days, they worked with Amana and were able to completely replace the entire condenser unit at the same price for the repair. After Don and his team arrived and installed the new condenser late on a Friday afternoon (and it rained on them!), they were able to even further reduce the cost as the new unit didn’t require as much Freon for the factory charge. Courteous, honest, professional—and what a tremendous value! We will trust Aire Serve for our future heating and a/c needs!!!

Our heater went out during the first freeze of the year. Aire Serv came out the next day diagnosed the problem gave us a fair estimate and returned the next day to complete the repair. The tech Luis was great, explained every thing in detail and did a professional job. Signed us up for their service policy before he left which saved us an immediate 10% on the repair. This company is great.

The staff is extremely nice and respectful. Rebekah is amazing and explains their product in detail on a personal level. Any time they came to the house, they always wore shoe protectant covers before entering. We had a great experience getting a whole new AC unit in. Unfortunately we had a drain get clogged and overflowed into the ceiling and damaged quite a bit. Rebekah was quick to get it repaired and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with the results. Definitely give them a call if you are looking at getting a new AC unit in.

This is our 3rd year as customers with Aire Serv of Aggieland, and we have a recurring annual maintenance agreement with them. This continues to be a very wise investment, which keeps our A/C & Furnace systems reliable and operable throughout the year. Their outstanding technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. Two (2) new techs (ETHAN GEE & JOSE CONTRERAS) came out today to do our summer service and they found a couple items hurting system efficient, along with a weak capacitor on our 4-ton A/C (luckily it wont fail in the hotter months ahead). They also made some other long term enhancement suggestions which would improve longevity and performance. I was favorably impressed by both of these young men, and they reflect greatly on the Aire Serv business owners (Don & Rebecca Hatcher).6/23/21 - We had our semi-annual Maintenance Advantage Plan service on both A/Cs and furnaces today, and the work as always was outstanding. We came home to no A/C at 11pm. In Texas summers, even the nights are hot. Naturally, I freak out and start googling repair places. I chose Aire Serve based on their reviews and Flat Service Fee, not pay by the hour rates. And Im SO GLAD I did. The answering service woman was friendly and very helpful. The repair tech called me back within 15 minutes and was out to diagnose our problem within the hour. (Time goes by slowly when youre sitting in a hot box). He was honest about what he found, and discussed our options BEFORE doing any repairs. Even though we ended up having to replace our outside unit, their service was impeccable. They came out ready with all needed parts and we had working A/C within 24 hours of my first call. The technician explained how everything worked before he left (despite the blistering heat and barking dogs) and assured us that if we had any questions or needed them to come out and set up our new thermostat again, to give them a call. Our A/C started leaking through the ceiling late on Saturday afternoon. Our home warranty company and their provider were no help until sometime the following week. I did a WEB search, found Aire Serv Of Aggieland and called them. They had a technician to us in less than an hour who fixed the problem and gave a system report before leaving. Excellent company.

Update-Again our A/C went out this summer,, I called them and apparently they no longer serve our area, bust..Well my A/C broke down and hasnt been running for the past 3 days. I called another company before Aire Serv and they said they would have somebody call me back. Waited an Hour and never got the call back. So then I reached out to Air Serv to set an appointment for them to come look at my A/C. Within 10 minutes I got a text message confirming they are on their way with a Pic of the technician. It was already late in the evening when we called. He got here around 7:00 p.m. . He asked me several questions about what has been going on a d then got to work. He stayed till 10:30 to get us up and running again. And now its working great! Not only was he professional but he was very well mannered also. Big shot out to Dylan Gladwell my technician for doing a great job!

I came home to a HOT house after work today. I looked up Aire Serv and gave them a call. Wow, Craig was very professional and friendly over the phone. He took my information quickly, let me know exactly what to expect, and Don, the technician called me within 10 minuted to let me know when he was arriving. I was expecting to have to wait for an appointment for a few days, but Don arrived in a little under an hour. Thorough job, informed me of exactly what was wrong with my system (and my furnace!), very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me more than fair pricing options. Normally, I fix whatever is wrong in my home. I also know when i am done and need to call an expert in. I contacted Aire Serv today at noon and they able to be here by 4 pm. The Tech was able to find the problem in a matter of minutes. He also pointed out a couple of issues that i would want to tend to when the attic temp was lower, general house keeping types. Their prices were on par with others services in the area. Good work, great service. I will be using them again for my AC needs.

I called Aire Serv of Aggieland to fix problems with the air conditioning cover. The technician Luis Reyes performed a diagnostics and suggested that my air conditioner be replaced after he noticed that it was running below its capacity. The office manager Rebekah Hatcher came over to my place to give me a quote before I decided to proceed with the procedure. Because I am an Army veteran, I was able to get a 5% discount and a $150 discount for paying with check and writing a review. Luis Reyes and two other employees came in before 9:00 AM and finished the installment of a new air conditioning system in 8 hours. They were very thorough and professional.

Have been using Aire Serve for over 5 years for our condo in College Station. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy....difficult to find in the A/C business world.

The contractor who came to my house today tried to rip us off. After inspection, he concluded that there was a leak in the evaporator coil. When I asked him about what we should do, we recommended we bought a new unit. He offered to add freon, at a cost of $700 in the meantime. When I asked him if it was possible at all to just replace the evaporator coil, he first told me that that was unlikely as they dont make them any more. I insisted, he called his office and told me that he could get a coil to replace the old one.I grew suspicious and decided to call another company. The other company (Air Control) came the same day, checked the system and told me that there was no major leak problem in my system. He just added freon to my system and now the system is working perfectly. How much did he charge me? much less than what Aire Serv estimated!!!I do not know if I was just unlucky about the contractor from Aire Serv I got, but my experience was terrible. Do not call Aire Serv... they may try to rip you off!

I know one of their employees, and she recommended their new Wi-Fi enabled Ecobee 3 thermostats. The price for the product and install is very reasonable, so I scheduled for them to install it for me. The owner of the business, Don, came to my house with a few of the younger technicians (in training). They were on time, which is much nicer than the cable guy!The thermostat was installed promptly, and Don made some recommendations for my system, but no high pressure sales tactics.I love my Ecobee 3 and highly recommend it to anybody. I can operate it through my phone! With my varied work schedule, I can keep the house warm all day long, and set it to cool from my phone when Im on my way home from work so its comfortable when I arrive. I dont have to waste my $$ cooling the house when Im not there!I highly recommend Aire Serv, and when it comes time to replace my (older) system, I know exactly who I will call!

DO NOT CAL THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOREVER FOR NOTHING!!! If I could give it a zero I would. Last night our AC went out and we called the answering service. They said a tech would be at our house between 10-1am. We waited until midnight, no tech. Called the service again, they had not been in contact with the tech and were going to try to call him. No call back, no communication. Finally, at 1am I told my husband no one was coming. We called call center twice and no one knew what was going on. Different person every time, there were never any callbacks. Needless to say, we lost a lot of sleep waiting up and the kicker is the first person who gave us a window of 10-1am never was in communication with a tech ever. He did not get the call untilt his morning! That is the most horrile customer service ever!
