Friend had a flat on his pickup. Took tire to Les Schwab in my truck and associate there took tire to see if it was repairable. Had a piece of a box cutter imbedded in tread. Didnt protrude far into tread and so was a quick fix . No charge for the repair and my friend will back for new tires when these wear out. Friendly knowledgeable staff, nice facility in College Place, WA. Thanks, Les Schwab!!

I have been going to this location for years and it’s for a good reason! Every single employee at the College Place location is there to serve you! They don’t try to oversell and give you honest recommendations of what you need to keep you safe on the road. I can’t speak highly enough of these guys they work super hard to make sure you are taken care of and are happy when you walk out the door!

They have a good reputation for a reason. Fair and honest. As we all expect of them because of years of being fair and honest.

No appointment I got there just as they opened the manager had ordered the parts Friday so they were there and ready to go! full rear break job and 4 new tires took an hour. Yeah 1 hour,!!!. It was insane. The only negative thing I had to say was the price was VERY steep I thought but idk much about cars. Hopefully the warranty on the work and tires will be worth it!

Always very professional, Les Schwab did a great job of taking care of my problem. I had a nail in one of my tires, and they got me in quickly and fixed the leak. They always greet you with a smile when you walk in the front door. I enjoy doing business with Les Schwab. They are usually very busy so its a good idea to call ahead and check to make sure you can get in.

Todays trip was quite good. Had a line of cars in front of me. I was told 45 minute wait before they could get to my tire. No problem, I was out in 40 minutes. Fantastic team of employees. Free coffee and an air conditioned waiting room.

Usually I have a good experience here but not today! I got there a little before 9 or right at 9am, tell the lady that checked me in that all I needed was for them to check my tires because I will be on the road and couldn’t remember when my tires were last rotated. So she takes my info and keys and tells me they will call me when it’s ready, I asked how long it would take and she said 30-45 min. Well an hr and 10-15 min later a gentleman comes out and calls me and said he was not sure what I needed and asked if there was something I needed my car to get done, so I tell him, all I basically asked for was for my tires to get checked and see if they needed to be rotated and he said oh I can take a look. He leaves and not even 2 minutes later just says I was good to go. This was over an hr wait! Pretty irritating!

Les Schwab was great had a little wait but got the tire fixed without any problems. Les Schwabs employees are sweet and polite and respectful and the inside of the building is clean and outside of the building is also clean. Prices are responsible.

When thw low temps arrived last week they put air in my tires for free.

They replaced my tire for free after it was blown out due to a nail. They made sure they took care of it on the day I came in because they wanted to make sure I was safe. All in all, they are friendly and professional with the best customer service.

We were heading to a family reunion in Idaho, when 4 hours into our 7 hour trip our tire went flat, we put the spare on and googled the closest tire shop. We headed to this location Les Schwab and as we pulled in, before we were able to fully park, a gentleman came out and asked how he could help. We very briefly explained our situation without going into too much detail, they patched the tire for free and we were back on the road in the less than quoted 35 minutes. Les Schwab, again, has went above and beyond for us. Thank you for being consistantly amazing at all of your locations!!!!!

Had air leaks on front tires. 2011 Honda Accord. They suggested 2 new tires for me for $230. I am from Michigan drove out here to see family. Put a lit 6000 miles on the car in the past 3 months. I did the brakes myself, couldnt get the rotors off so they did that for me also. Great staff. Very helpful and respectful to you and your vehicle highly recommend!

What should I expect from a tire shop? Smell of rubber, yes. Employees running back n forth, yes. Phones ringing, yes.Dirty & stained chairs to sit in, unfortunately yes at this place.The customer service was amazing, the employees very helpful and polite!Someone there needs to look at their waiting area from a customers POV and make it more customer friendly. Since us customers do usually have to hang around while services are being performed.I suggest: new chairs, more outlets to charge electronic devices and maybe some Les Schwab coloring books n crayons for kids n adults to advertise and help pass the time.

The quality of work is not like it was a couple years before, but they re still quick.

Service was slower but I relize they were busy but the customer service was amazing. I talked with the fella doing the alignment and was very respectful. Strong recommendation for all tour vehicle needs.

Had my alignment, brakes, and shocks done when I purchased my tires. Noticed my tires where wearing out fast. Brought the vehicle back after a few months they said my alignment was way off and my tires have worn out uneven due to the alignment. I asked to prorate my tires and Ill buy new ones. They said they could not warrant the tires because the alignment was bad.Im done with Les Schwab. Been a customer for over thirty years. This is not the way you treat a long term customer.Im looking for a new place to go. Friends keep saying go to Coachmans.

Worst one in the area to have do tires Ive had to go back every 2 months to have the tires redone because they cant seem to put them in correctly but took my car to the one in eastgate and its been over a year since Ive lost air. Will never go to this store again waste of money walmart offers same if not better deals and warranties

Very friendly and helpful staff. Other places had misdiagnosed my front end. This place told me what was really wrong with it, and charged a fair price. They didnt try to upsell extra work. Definitely will be coming back!

Super quick and friendly. Theres no appointments so be prepared to wait if theyre busy. Having said that Ive yet to wait much more than an hour for new tires when I go here.

Matt and his crew helped our service vans with chains. When they broke there was No questions asked! He replaced them. Took very good care of us. Went back to his shop (even though i live in eastgate area) to buy tires for my personal SUV and that day was a bad snow day. His employee volunteered to drive to Milton freewater to grab my tires. They went above and beyond to take care of me! I thank you guys for that!

Les Schwab is always great. This crew was fantastic and noteworthy. Effecient, accomodating, thorough, patient and best of all, a healthy sense of humor. I would have loved to pay for the service received eventhough it was covered under their normal policies.

Came in with terrible vibration and shimmy, afraid a tie rod or bushing was out. Quickly informed it was a tire that had the tread separating from casing. Charged me only for one tire and fixed problem perfectly.

They balanced my tires perfectly after another brand tire shop failed.
