Update - while my daughter was dissapointed with her nails the customer service here is fabulous. This is a learning experience for my daughter to speak up for herself in the moment. Thank you Angel nails for doing the right thing and refunding our money. We will consider going back. Ive never had an experience like this before and I appreciate the immediate positive response to my request.

Never had anything other than great service or work done here!! The owners are great people and extremely hard workers!! They have brought a lot to the community!I’ve never had anything done here that was not to my likings! They are more than happy to re-do something if it’s not what I’m wantingPrices are reasonable and services offered better than many others

Guy was super rude, messed up my actual nails really bad, so bad that i can’t even use my nails because they hurt so bad. Don’t go there. He got acrylic on my skin and tried to file it off of my skin

The staff there are so friendly and the nails always come out perfect. I always go for Gel on nails and regular on pedicure for toes. I highly suggest their service. 😀👍

I made an appointment for 3:00pm, I was there 10 minutes early to choose my colors, but they had me waiting 50 minutes till I decided to leave. They kept saying that “in 5 minutes we will help you” but those 5 minutes became 50 minutes, they kept telling me to choose my colors like I didn’t just told them what I wanted.

I do not recommend for people that like long nail he charged me $80 for a fill in and to fix one of my broken nails ! I still have acrylic all over my fingers and another nail broke as soon as I left . I will never go back as long as I live . I DO NOT RECOMMEND 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I had my nails done at a different salon I prefer not to name(the lady was very sweet) but within 20 hours one nail already fell off they were awful, thick, oddly shaped ...I made an appointment here to get them removed and redone absolutely 5 stars. They were super friendly, prices are great, and my nails look AMAZING!! They were also able to get me in at the time and date I preferred I definitely found my new salon highly recommend!! P.S. my new nails are super thin( the way I like them) the amount of colors options they have is impressove, and the removal and redo only took 1 hour.

Wouldn’t do a nail designs for me that said I had to choose just a basic solid color, because I wasn’t getting acrylic nails.In the middle of working with my feet she (the owner) stop to help someone else get the toe spacers off and ring her out. Which is fine, but didn’t take her gloves off she was wearing and came back to finish with me didn’t wash her hands or change her gloves. And same with the the other guy after working with someone else didn’t clean his area! I could feel the nail dust all over my hands so I don’t think my color going to last long.Just a poor Experience this time I have been here before and if you just need a basic nail job done and they’re great but if you want anything more than that it’s best to go somewhere else...

I came here because they had an opening and I had my nails done a week before but they were all way too long, poorly shaped and not the color I picked. Angel nails was able to reshape them and make them look beautiful for my date night. Thank you, I will be back

Walk ins are always worked in as soon as possible... Sterile instruments are used with each client... Always gentle and careful with treatments.... Prices are good... Great parking.... Wide selection of the latest colors and products.... A relaxing experience with massage chairs.... All in all a great experience. Thank you angel nails!

Nina is a very amazing nail tech everytime she does my Pedi shes very carefull takes her time and makes sure its done right overall very satisfied every time I leave.

Absolutely the best! Ive been to all of them, and this wife and husband team are great. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, I dont feel like Im on an assembly line with all the rush and noise. The prices are the same as everyone else and they are explained again in detail upon payment so that there is no confusion or misunderstandings. You wont be disappointed when you visit Angel Nails. Hands down!!

I was visiting family in the area this week and walked in for a fill at angel nails in Walla Walla. They did an amazing job and were so friendly. Thank you for getting me right in and sending me on my way very happy with my nails. Sure wish I lived closer or you guys were in Wenatchee. Thank you again. I will definitely recommend you to anyone in the area or anyone who plans to be in your neck of the woods.

The male bruised my fingers and rushed through. He was very tough on my fingers and definitely not going back, they told me it was 45$ then charged me 58! And the fact that I had to wait almost an hour for my turn, even the fact that I got there 30 min early! When he finished the nails did look good when the woman painted them but when they passed me back to the male he did the ombré glitter very weirdly. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have nothing else to do with life.

This is my second time been in Angel Nails salon in College Place. Always feel very happy with the outcome of my nails. Thanks to Brian for doing such a great job and took a good care of me. I would recommend Brian to anyone . He is truly a great nail tech.

Good people, and I recieved an excellent manicure. I am really picky when it comes having my finger nails painted, I hate when the color on my nails chip.I had to file the finishing coat off of my nails and then soak my nails in fingernail polish remover to get any of the nail polish off. So this is a place that knows how-to put nail polish on that will last and not chip!!

Its so clean in there. Far cleaner than any other nail salon Ive been in. And I got a great fill done.

This place is terrible!! They don’t listen to what you want they just do what they feel like. I asked them to do French tip and they said they didn’t do that and then told me I would have to pay $11 more?? They overbook clients so they rush the entire time and don’t care about the quality of your nails. There is only one male technician and he’s extremely rude. He’s really rough and ended up cutting me several times, and to fix that issue he used a nail file as if it was going to solve the issue. This is the second time I’ve gone here, I had a bad experience the first time but my friend urged me to give it the benefit of the doubt. We both left feeling angry and dissatisfied. Do not waste your money here unless you want to spend time with rude technicians and end up with less than mediocre nails, there are plenty of other salons in town.

I have been going here for several months now (the last place I went, they never knew my name, didnt speak English and hurt me several times) and always have a great experience!! I ask for Nina....she is wonderful!

I made an appointment with them and when I show up for the appointment there is a note on the door saying they are closed for the day. Extremely unprofessional to schedule clients on days you plan to close down your shop.

You Know, I wasnt really impressed at first, and then when I had my manicure last for a FULL 6 DAYS even with a dark color on, I am on my way back today. I am only visiting, so I am really happy that I found a place I can use before I leave for work tomorrow!
