Amber was really helpful giving our 6 year daughter her third hair cut in her life while still keeping her curls alive and bouncy.

I went in for a haircut, not trying to do anything extreme but making some changes. I was very impressed with Kelsey. She was thorough and confident, explained what she was doing, had a good balance of asking questions and offering suggestions. A quality cut for an affordable price. Enjoyed some fun conversation as well. Planning to return in the future.

Booked appointment day before my birthday, Maria was 1/2 hr late,said mgr doesnt know what shes doing, got defensive, had me sign a waiver, said she she didnt have time to do all over color, highlighting, my Birthday was the following day, she was very rough with me,complaining all the time that it was mgr fault,by the time I got done I was relieved that my hair looked great, so the next time I booked appt,last Tuesday, I asked for Maria again, appt was for 5,the new young girl called my home phone, cell phone saying she didnt have time to cut my hair,I told her my appt wasnt with her was with Maria,she said Maria is gone for the day,can you come an hr later, I said no,she then said oh I remember you, you know we have the right to refuse you service, I then told her I was going to call corporate to complain, she hung up on me! I dont think Maria knows this girl is trying to steal her clients, I have never been talked to like that from someone who is supposed to be working to increase business for a business, especially in these times,please look into this situation I would appreciate it as I would like Maria to continue to be my stylist, I work for the Walla Walla school district, I know a lot of ladies would like her work! Last week Monday I made an appointment for my 82 year old grandma. We are regulars. I take both of my granny’s here. We never had a problem until Wednesday 3/3/2021... my grandma had an appointment at 11:30AM. We woke up Wednesday morning ate breakfast watched some tv then got ready to take grandma to Walmart. My aunt took her. They arrived and the hair stylist that was working said she canceled the appointment and she had called 3 or 4 times. She never called me. I had 0 missed calls and she didn’t leave a voicemail. Super unprofessional she was trying to argue with me over the phone. Do you know how much work it is to get an old lady ready just to come and they canceled your appointment. And what she said on the phone was crazy to me. “I called 3 or 4 times, you didn’t answer so I had to move onto to the next customer.” That’s BS you should of never canceled because you never spoke with me. Just wanted to share this. Thank you

Loved my transition haircut. I received bad haircuts 3 x s from ( Not so great clips). Great Clips sucks while Smartstyle rules! One more fix to ky disaster cut on my natural curly hair and I am back in the game!

Absolutely not. I don’t recommend getting hair colored here AT ALL. I have a dark brown pixie cut and I came in to get high lights of platinum blonde/light blond. The stylist ended up BLEACHING ALL TOP OF MY HAIR. I told her I wanted to show my roots so it made an ombré effect. The work was done so poorly you can see the line of where the bleach stopped next to my brown hair. I ALSO told her I didn’t want the blonde to become gold/orange. Not only did that happen but there is PATCHES OF DIFFERENT COLOR BLONDES ALL AROUND MY HEAD. All she did was bleach and tone my hair and called it done. $74 WASTED. ABSOLUTELY NOT. If I could give zero stars I would.

Despite of my rating of this place, I would like to mention that there is a stylist named Maria who has always been very kind and professional with me.However, todays haircut with Lora was certainly a very unpleasant experience. She seemed to have no specific attitude at first, but very quickly turned out to be quite rude and unprofessional.She scolded me for not immediately mentioning ALL the details about my haircut that she didnt even ask for. Also, even after I repeated multiple times that I want the hair on the top of my head to be of the same length, she still stated that she is cutting it differently, according to how it seemed to her my hair was cut previously. After I repeated it for the 4th or 5th time, she finally decided to honor my request.At one point Lora told me that she may decide to not finish my haircut if it takes too long, because she wants to go see her kids... Thats not how it works... And it was a VERY simple haircut. Maria easily finishes it in under 15 minutes.My appointment was for 7:30pm, I came in at 7:32pm, and I clearly stated to her that I was 2 minutes late and apologized. However, for some reason, Lora found it necessary to berate me throughout the whole time haircut for the fact that she wont have enough time. Yes, somehow I was at fault that she is in a hurry to visit her kids at 8:30pm. Yes, I was 2 minutes late, but if a stylist cant finish a simple male haircut in 28 minutes, she shouldnt be a stylist.Lora kept glancing at the clock every 2-3 minutes, and an angry puff would come out every time she saw the time.She also told me I came in at 7:38pm, which is not true, so either she lied, or the clock is ahead. Neither is my problem.Take all this as you will.I certainly recommend Maria and discourage having your hair cut by Lora.P.S. Some of the other employees there have also been quite unprofessional with me before. Not to Loras level, however, some stylists just always seem to be in a bad mood and make no effort of hiding it.

Haircut looked horrible when I left. I was honestly a little embarrassed. Customer service was much worse. I honestly regret even going there.

Asked them to take 2 off my sons hair and they ended up shaving his head? GRR. This was right before picture day.
