I showed up not knowing an appointment was needed, but when I called them, someone came to the door to see what I needed. She let me come inside and assisted me in finding the bench I was looking for. Their inventory is enormous! Anything you can think of in the way of pianos is there. She was so patient as we searched piece after piece until I found the perfect one. She was so pleasant and professional. I wanted to give her a hug when I left I was so satisfied. I will always bring my business to Piano Man Superstore and I highly recommend them to you.

Piano man Superstore is the place to buy your piano either an upright or a grand. They have a lot of choices from good to best piano in the area. Reasonable prices, good quality & super excellent customer service. Nick is the person to talk to & Laura will help you chose the best piano for you. Just took delivery on our Mason and Hamlin grand piano. Laura was fantastic and Jamil did a great job prepping the piano. We previously purchased a Yamaha upright from the Piano Man in Catonsville and they traded that in at the full price we paid. A pleasure to work with and I wouldnt buy a piano any other place. My daughter tried several pianos and Laura wasnt trying to up sale the pianos and was so supportive of our choice. Thanks.

Great staff, competitive prices, and their warranty is gold!We bought a beautiful baby grand piano after searching several piano stores and other online postings. We decided to buy from Piano Man because their inventory was superb and their pricing was very competitive. After our purchase and delivery, we noticed a small problem with the sostenuto pedal. One call to Piano Man, and we had a plan for a fix no questions asked. A great experience with them, highly recommended!

Laura at Piano Man was wonderful! She made our piano shopping a joy and really helped us find a great piano that we love! She made herself available to answer questions and provided useful information as we visited the store a few times or sent emails or text messages. Jamil also was great! He came out of the workshop to answer questions and was also stellar delivering our piano!

Piano shopping was made easy and hassle-free at Piano Man Superstore.  We made an appointment so that we could the store could properly sanitize and prepare for our safety during COVID-19.  The store had a great system in place so that once the pianos were played, they could be easily identified for sanitizing.  Laura was extremely friendly and helpful.  She didnt pressure us to make a decision and only offered suggestions and considerations as we discussed what we were looking for.  As a result, we left the store with a great feeling and decided to purchase a beautiful looking and sounding baby grand.  The piano was then delivered the next week.  The two gentlemen also took preventive measures to ensure that they were staying safe while also protecting others.  They were extremely polite, courteous, professional, and experienced.  Purchasing a piano from Piano Man Superstore was a great experience from start to finish...including a great price!

I came in looking to buy a piano for my home. The staff were rude and didnt know anything about the pianos. I found a piano that I liked and started to play it. I was told to stop and I had to leave because someone else was there. I asked if they delivered and he just walked away. Im not a rich looking man but I think you should treat everyone the same. I would have bought the piano today. Now ill buy somewhere else.

We had such a great experience purchasing a piano for our new home. Since we didnt want to leave the house with our toddler during the pandemic, Laura was extremely accommodating in setting up a zoom call to do a virtual tour of the piano we were interested in. She even sent us a video of the piano being played to help us get a better idea of the sound quality of the piano. They made the purchase process, delivery and tuning so easy that we really had no qualms about our decision to buy the piano. It was delivered seamlessly and safely, and in such pristine condition! We recently booked an appointment and visited Piano Man Superstore to check out their inventory of Yamaha and Kawai baby grand pianos. The store is huge and had a lot of pianos. We were assisted by Jamil who was very polite and helpful. It was tough making a selection between the Yamaha, Kawai, and Weber. We chose the 1986 Yamaha GH1 which was delivered swiftly the following weekend. The delivery crew from Empire Piano Movers were great, too. We are very happy with our purchase.

Piano Man (Nick) purchased my Falcone Baby Grand. He was professional, fair and efficient. He sent the piano movers to my house for pickup and all went well. Excellent experience!

My experience with PianoMan was a good one. I truly appreciate the education on the various types of pianos they carry. Nowadays, good customer services can be difficult to come by; however PianoMan understands how to ensure your satisfaction.

The selections of pianos is amazing here! I wish I couldve afforded one, but my keyboard will have to do for now. The sales associate let me play on the pianos without hovering over me and made me feel comfortable enough to play on different pianos. If you love music and admiring wonderfully crafted instruments, you should visit this place!
