This company is terrible they dont pick up my trash when they are suppose to and when I call in nothing is done to help me resolve my problem. My dealership is in Union City and if you are looking for trash service pass them on by they give horrible service from the get go! They dont even deserve one star but it wouldnt let me continue otherwise!

Efficient, polite and nice service. FYI the minimum charge is $30, regardless of size, weight, materials or volume!. You do have to wear a hard hat and vest inside the dump area. The procedures and instructions on what to do is somewhat confusing. There is very little signage on the facility.

They came to my business location and picked up a dumpster, flipped it over and moved it over 30 feet from its original position and just left it in the middle of our parking lot. That is unacceptable and unprofessional....

Jacksonville, FL location is HORRIBLE. We didn’t have our trash picked up for 3 weeks, no problem with billing. With the exception of a lady named Andrea Newell, customer service is horrible, they are extremely unorganized and do not care about their customers.

Have to wear hard hat and vest to even exit vehicle, thats fine, but dont accept cash or check only credit card? This is America right, everywhere should accept cash, take the cash buy some cameras and hire people who dont steal!

How you past my house 2 time and not grab my trash we’re is head quarters at honestly what the purpose of y’all getting paid and not doing your job right !

Had them for 3 years or so, went to move service and the refused to pickup, said it was construction material, and it wasnt. Never deal with them again
