Ms. Brianna and Ms. Jeanette were on time,, and pro died great Service. I was a bit nervous about this visit. The Pandemic got me a bit off schedule. But I am back on track for my Periodontal services.

Terrible! I went in as a new patient and all they did was give me and X-RAY! They did not clean my teeth or address the major problems associated with my teeth. They told me what was wrong but did not give any follow up steps to correct the problem. I was extremely disappointed with the service and I would not recommend them at all. 1/10

Dr. McMillon is fabulous! She is caring, kind, gentle and an excellent provider, who delivers care with precision. She ALWAYS puts the patient first.The problem remains the phones. It often takes me numerous times to get an individual to pick up the phone. Every time I have left a message for a call back, I have never received one. Unfortunate.I gave this review a 4 because Dr. McMillon is the shining light in this practice.

When going in with a toothache,, my dentist, Dr. MacMillan, stated that now I had a chip on the top surface of a tooth with a large filling. Inwardly I groaned (thinking root canal) but she stated that their goal was to save the tooth whenever possible. She smoothed out the chip, gave me a prescription for sensitive dentin- building toothpaste and a hug and sent me on my way. Love my dentist.

My husband & I went here today for x-rays & cleaning. We did have a discounted plan & due to that plan it would cost us 222.00 dollars cost out of pocket today. Now mind you this appointment took over a month to get in due to their booked so they say. Anyhow, fast forward we were unable to be seen due to the unknown expense. I was prepared to pay something but not 222.00 on our first visit just for x-rays & a cleaning. When I actually have dental work that needs to be address. On top of all that the young girl in the front who signed us in attitude is so bad & rude in person & over the phone. I didnt even want to reschedule for a future date due to her attitude along. Than the issue at hand about the payment made me feel like it was more about the money than my dental care which made my decision even more final. I had no problem with rescheduling the appointment and coming back on a later date with the money in hand cause I would have been more prepared for the payment they were asking for at the time of the visit. It was the attitude and making me feel like my family and I would be & will be treated has a dollar sign only more than a patient being cared for necessary dental work. Ill keep looking until I find the right one but this isnt it for me.111. 00 a piece totaling 222.00 just for a cleaning & x-rays knowing I need dental work done. That just cant fly for me Im not rich nor will I be able to shed out that type of money each visit for a family of 10. The 1 star is for the overall experience from the calls to the in person visit. At this point if I could give a zero I would. I tried calling to go ahead & cancel my husband appointment but my call went unanswered. I wouldnt recommend this dental office. I like to be present and feel like Im more than just a dollar sign. Not to mention my husband took off work for this appointment just not to be seen due to pricing miscommunication. Then I woke up out my good sleep to arrive on time only to find out my appointment was sooner & the young girl at the front was ready to turn me away. My experience overall wasnt pleasant. Even if I had the 222.00 I dont know if I would want to stay. There were other fees attached just cant remember what they were. For sure an Physician fee. Im done.

Everyone was friendly and focus compare to past experiences. I believe there was management change. I was very pleased this time around.

I’ve been dealing with Dental One for over 10 years. My relationship with them started with a friend of mine working there over 10 years ago. Same Quality and Great Care.

I would like to make a complaint about the service that I did or should I say did not receive from this office. I have been going to this office for over a year now and I have always received piss poor service. I went in for a cleaning and they were advertising a teeth whitening special for $99. I asked for that and the person at the desk told me that told me that I couldnt get that service even though it was a clear display of it being offered at that price. Instead I was charged $300 + for a zoom service with no results. Just a waste of money. At my last visit, I went in because my front tooth was chipped and they advised me that I needed to get a crown. A temp crown was placed and the person that put it in, put my tooth in crooked. My teeth were straight prior to the crown. It has been well over a year and my permanent crown still has not been seated. However my insurance has already been billed and I have already paid half of my out of pocket cost. I was advised that I would pay the other half once the crown had been seated. I was told that I had to reschedule one of my appointments because I was 15 minutes late and they were not willing to see me. I had an appointment today at 11:00 and I was just sitting in the lobby waiting for them to call my name and I finally got up and left at 11:45 because my name still had not been called. Had I been 45 minutes late I would have been denied service but me waiting for them to service me is supposed to be ok? They called me after I made it home 12:09 to be exact and said they were ready to see me. This is such an inconvenience and has been a extremely horrible experience and waste of time and money. I will be requesting my dental records and patronizing a different office

I did my research prior to choosing Dental One. My last experience with a dentist did not go well. When I arrived, I was greeted by the nicest receptionist, called to the back promptly & pleasant by a Dental Assistant & taken care of by the most wonderful & patient Dentist. I was there to inquire about & compare prices to replace my dentures & to weigh my options regarding the alternatives. My visit went very well & as you know, you get what you pay for, therefore, this new full set of dentures will be much more comfortable & classier than the ones that I’ve been buying from Affordable Dentures. To start off I arrived to my appointment to find out that my paperwork that I had filled out online was not processed.Mindy, the lady at the front desk was very rude and not considerate at all. I had to fill out my paperwork all over again because she was to lazy to look for them. Come to find out, I was already in the system, based on the office having my previous address from 5 years ago. In addition, I had to wait 2 hours for my appointment! Moreover, after having my X-rays done the Doctor informed me that everything look great and I had no cavities and I would receive a regular cleaning on my next visit. However, when Mindy was making my appointment she recommended that I have a special deep cleaning which cost more money! This was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience and I will not be returning ever!!!

Awesome atmosphere for kids and adolescents!!

I had no issue with Dental One when I started taking my kids there. My daughter started receiving orthodontic services, had devices made and put in her mouth, the whole 9. That was in February. She has been seen 1 time since February because apparently, they dont have an orthodontist. They are not communicating or sending out communications. And then when you call, all you get is, Im sorry. Oh, and now they also dont see children under 17 anymore which means they just dont see children. Also had a cleaning scheduled a couple of weeks ago for me and my son. The day before the appointment, I got a robot email cancelling the appointment. Im so done with this practice I could scream. Soon as they take these appliances out of my daughters mouth, we are done!

This place is horrible my sister told me not to go there before I went because of her experience there and she was changing her dentist office because of that. I still schedule appointment to go up there.The first thing was the young lady in the front had a nasty attitude .my appointment was 2:30 PM I arrive 15 minutes late Due to me having a hard time finding the place. the young lady went to the back to see if they will still see me and came back and said that I have to reschedule. I asked her if they did not do 15 minute grace.She said yes they do but I got there exactly at 2:45 so they wouldn’t see me.When I asked her to speak to a manager she went to the back and came back out and stated that I will have to reschedule didn’t say anything about where the manager was or why I couldn’t speak to a manager.I would not recommend this place to anyone.if I Could give them zero stars I would

Had an appt.@ 12 initially was taken im the back and took my xray then sat for over 45 min. Just to have the lady take more x-rays to once again disappear without even letting me know what was going on.Wont be returning.Mind you I have been there 1 yr. I don’t suggest going here unless you have a whole day to commit to getting a simple cleaning. I went in here yesterday to have my teeth cleaned and I sat in the lobby for over two hours and still walked out with out having my teeth cleaned. I did not have two hours to wait in anybody’s lobby to be seen.Initially when I scheduled my appointment two weeks ago, they contacted me back and canceled my appointment and told me that they do not take my dental insurance. I received their information from my dental insurance website. So I was totally confused. So then I called back to my dental company and ask them as dental one within the network, and they said yes. At this point, I should’ve just left it as a canceled appointment and not rescheduled. Had I known that I was going to have a two hour wait or more because I still never seen the dentist I would’ve never wasted my time off of work to come in there. So my advice to you find a dentist that cares about your time.

I was referred to this dentist by a friend and I hate I ever asked. I had a 12:00 appointment that I was advised to arrive 30 minutes early for to complete paper work. I got here at 11:28 and sat in the lobby until 12.30. I was then bought to the back for x rays and left to sit and wait again. Im currently waiting as I type and its 1:14. At this point I havent left because Ive waited so long that Im assuming services will be rendered soon. I hate it here 😤😭

I asked for my money back at the end of June .. it is now the middle of August and they telling me it will be another three months..... never go to dental-one associates in college park ever.. they tried to do the same treatment twice and couldn’t even do it ...and then they cracked my tooth trying to do a root canel on it ... please pick someone else.....re-edits I had a better experience with the oral surgeon.... it was quick and painless... hardly no wait time ... and my insurance covered everything since it was considered surgery...

Arrived 15min early to a 12noon appointment and its 2PM and Im still waiting. I feel that I need to charge them a late fee like they will charge if your late or miss your appointment. No paper work until the last min which irritated me a little more because now they want to check now that Im in the seat.. I hope i dont regret the work as much as i do my time being wasted on late doctors and staff talking about other patients on the work floor.. God please be with me. I really need this tooth pulled and they wont have to worry about this one again.. and this is my first time here... any dental recommendations? Because this aint it!

The office had very nice, friendly and helpful staff. It was clean and had a good positive vibe. Dr. McMillan was informative and caring. She made me comfortable. Something a lot of dentist don’t execute that well. Dental One is definitely my new dentist.

This is a great place to get your dental work done! I have been going to Dental One for about 8 years in the college park location. Very friendly people and professional. The front desk associates are wonderful as well. Jasmine was able to get my next appointment set with ease.

Dental One Associates in College Park is an outstanding office. I never thought I would love going to the dentist, but the staff at this location are great, excellent, and outstanding. They are professional, they take time to talk to you about your dental care, ensure you understand all procedures, and are just plain wonderful. I would give zero stars if I could! My experience was awful and I actually did read the reviews prior to going and I still decided to take a chance. WHAT A MISTAKE! First, the environment is quite unprofessional! The girls in the back, (namely the young lady taking the xrays) quite unprofessional. She among other co-workers engaged in inappropriate conversation about male patients hitting on her and bringing her lunch in hopes to get a date...that along with the texting was completely unprofessional. Then the hygienist came in and she didn’t seem to know what she was doing and was very heavy handed and not very understanding and sympathetic to the pain SHE was causing. Once I was done with the hygienist, I literally sat in the room waiting for the actual dentist to greet me which never happened! I waited about 40 minutes while I was ignored and finally I got up and went to the front desk and demanded to see someone. Beware of this place. Trust me the reviews about this location are 100% accurate and this placed should not be allowed near any patients!

Do NOT work here. The manager (Addie I believe) is spiteful and withholds employees paychecks. You work hard to receive literally nothing in return. I have been fighting for almost a month and a half to get paid. They fire and hire like it’s nobody business. Hiring one employees means they fire someone else so in other words you will ALWAYS be incredibly overworked and they hide this from you during the interviewing process as they butter you up to take the fall for someone else who’ll do your job for cheaper. Addie refuses to speak to me. The receptionist follow her example and have hung up the phones on me multiple times. When I get in touch with her she was laughing in a room with other people because I’m sure she had me on loud speaker for everyone to hear. Her whole demeanor is repulsive. Mostly it has not place in a work environment. No one in this office can spell professionalism. Look else where for employment unless you are into lies, drama, and damn near fighting your coworkers!

My family and I have been with Dental One located in College Park since 2005 or so. The staff is amazing and nice with a good sense of humor and they really take the time to make you feel comfortable.At first I was very dissatisfied with this office because they didnt call to verify I had insurance and that the dentist they scheduled me for was in network. I wasnt told they scheduled me for an out of network dentist until I got there the day of then told that they cannot verify that I am insured until the day of. (Their comment on review is irrelevant to the issue 😂)

First impressions are everything! As a new patient calling schedule any appointment can be frustrating. The young lady who answered the phone (I wish I had wrote down her name) she was very pleasant and patient and answered all of my questions and did not rush me off the phone. Customer service is very important and in any industry and at the first point of contact with this office I am already impressed and I hope it continues!!!

REVIEW UPDATE:8/17/2017 - I would like say the office manager Ms.Addie really went above and beyond to address my concerns/complaints. On the day of my last review, she sat down with me and assisted me with processing my refund and was very apologetic about the service I received. I have since received a full refund and though I will be changing locations, I would to thank Mrs.Addie for providing great customer service by acknowledging and resolving all concerns/complaints.Initial Review-Biggest complaint is the lack of respect for peoples time and money.If I have a scheduled appointment at 12p, I expect to be seen by atleast 12:15p, and not be informed at 12:45p that someone would be with me shortly. When I inquired why the wait, I was told that someone was fitted in before my appointment and its taking them a little longer than expected. Unacceptable. I scheduled my appointment and I shouldve been seen at my scheduled appointment time.The business office, I advise EVERYONE to review your insurance statements once you receive them. I have been repeatedly over charged for services and for the past few months I have been trying to get a refund, I have yet to get in front of someone who can resolve my issue. I am pretty sure there are a lot of patients that may be due refunds and not even know it. Again, unacceptable.The dentist and the hygienist are pretty good, but its just not worth the scheduling and billing headache.

Dr. Sanchez gets right to the business...and I appreciate that! Had to come in and get clearance after my gum surgery and got the good news that I am cleared. Thanks to her assistant Diana who had encouraged me earlier in this process to stay on top on my at home dental care and not to be lazy with it...boy am I glad I took her advice!

This company is NOT worth it. They think they are doing a lot, but not doing anything at all. Miscommunication, over charging, and non communication. The only person who really knows what to do there is Florence Jackson.Now, she gets FIVE stars. Florence is very professional, resolves issues and super nice. I know it’s hard for her because she works so hard in a place of complete madness.Florence you are focused and a hard working person. Without you, that place would be closed.

Ive been attending this dentist for a few years now and Ive always been satisfied. I just recently got braces again after 10+ years and Dr. Bruster is the absolute BEST. She answers all of my questions and is very thorough with her work. Her team? Just as good. They are very welcoming and warming. I love it here!

Go far far away! I usually dont like blasting a company but this must be done. Ive been a patient with Dental One for 19 years. I used them and tolerated some of there CUSTOMER NO SERVICE for years because they were close to my office. Over the years they have become this mega dentist because yes they do have many locations and its convenient . I started with the Midtown office and they closed and sent my files to the College Park office with no discussion with me. Who said I wanted to go to College Park? Although they share the same name the offices dont communicate with each other if you ever have to switch offices. And hopefully youll never need any paper work done or ANY call backs because youll never receive them. I got married a couple of years ago and now I have double coverage and was told I had to file my secondary insurance on my own. REALLY! In my last attempt to get my files emailed to me, Im now on my third call and still have not received my files. DID I SAY GO FAR FAR WAY? Im taking my two insurance coverages to another dentist who will appreciate my business, call me back when I need service and filed both of my insurances.

I am a new patient here and Im absolutely glad that I chose this dental team! They were very professional and welcoming. Their wait time was very short and I loved the fact that the staff was very informative to their patients. Bianca gave me an amazing spil on what and how services will be performed. The doctors here are phenomenal! Glad I finally found a dental team that fits my needs. I will definitely be their permanent patient. Thanks again!

**UPDATE- went for a second opinion to another Dentist as an immediate patient after talking to my insurance company. I have NO GUM issues and got a perfect report. This place wanted to charge my insurance company 1000.00 and me 260 for something that isnt wrong with me. SCAM ARTISTS!!! ************Went for my very first visit to this new Dentist. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested at the time that I set my appointment. It took me 4 months to get an appointment. I was taken back almost immediately and didnt even have time to fill out the paperwork. Once I sat in the chair nothing happened for 25 minutes. The guy finally came and took my Xrays and he was a newbie b/c it took him forever. I waited another 40 minutes to see the Dr. and was told that I would be able to have an exam, but that there would be no cleaning or seeing the Hygienist because they were running on a skeleton crew and they were packed. My question is why would you all have a skeleton crew on a day that you have a full schedule? No response. They have a 48 hour cancellation policy, but dont respect their patients time. I was there for 2 hours in total and walked away annoyed and told that I need a deep cleaning b/c of my gums. UM... you looked at my teeth for 60 seconds poked me twice and Ive NEVER had gum problems. Im not saying that it couldnt have developed but this dentist isnt exactly on my trustworthy list. If you have no life and have time to spare on a dentist chair this is the place for you. What a waste of my time and now I have to find a new Dentist b/c this one cant be dependable when it comes to appointments.

Its embarrassing the level of greed and incompetence Dental One Associates of College Park operate under. Their scam is to over bill the insurance companies while providing minimal service to the patients. During my two and a half hour visit on a non-busy rainy afternoon, they managed to take imprints, look at my teeth, and then tell me I had to return for yet another visit and another insurance bill. Never will I set foot in that office. Good luck on your visit, but youve been warned.

My daughter went there days ago. The way Steve and Dr. Mcmillon were so patient and gentle with her made me calm because my daughter has dental anxiety. They were really friendly and personable.

Dental 1 dentistry is by far the best dentist that I have been to bar none. She had empathy for me. I didnt think they would be able to help me because of the mix up. I left and went to the car before I pulled off Miss Mary came out and motion for me to come back. She introduced me to doctor Sabur she had explained to her the situation the doctor seen me right away!!! That was the best blessing I was able to get a prescription and Im not in much pain now! The staff was great! Even the guy that did my x-ray he was excellent as well! Thank you so much! MS k Wilson I love you guys!

Dental One and its associates of College Park, GA. has exemplified all others. Its professionalism, peoples orientation and care has no parallel. Permit me to single-out my Dentist, Dr McMillan. She is a paramount of virtues to the sick. Her motivation, counselling, and knowledge of her craft has propelled her to another level. If I were to choose again, I would choose Dental one. I love the experience I had at the dental office today, Mrs Addie, Mrs, Mary, my Drs Sabur & Sanchez are all wonderful and though I dont like going to the dentist and dread getting dental work done I had and wonderful time and its a family oriented here... They all took extra time to explain to me all the questions I had and was very helpful and like about it. Loved my visit, and Ill be back again soon.

I was happy that I did not have to sit in the waiting room long at all. The receptionist was friendly. Once I filled out my paper work, I was called to the back and had my Xrays done and shortly after the dentist came in. They got me in and out and took care of my needs in a urgency. The place was nice and clean and very comfortable.

This dental office is amazing and very professional. Dr. McMillon is a remarkable cultivating dentist, as well as staff, especially Mr. Steve,who is very profound and positive person. Great Dental office!!!

Love Dr McMillan but staff is rude. I need a partial done but I had a tooth break and called about it and Mindy was rude. The tooth has nothing to do with where my partial will be.. But now I am having more teeth issues and cant be seen.. WITH this being said regardless of money or whatever if a patient needs to be seen they wont till you pay for something that hasnt been done .. I feel this place shows favoritism to their own kind!!!

Julie is awesome; as Ive been seeing her for quite some time as my hygienist. I also appreciate Ms. Addie, the office manager calling me about not being able to book a canceled appointment until February. I must say that I was very pleased with how Ms. Addie handled the matter. I was able to get an appointment in fairly soon from another cancellation. I will continue patronizing Dental One at this location.

I love Dental One Associates! The staff is always energetic and professional, they make me feel at ease when I’m nervous about the littlest things. They are convenient when traveling from home or work and I even referred my brother.

I went inside I was very impressed with the staff and Facility they are Amazing! Everyone was so professional, nice the Facility was very clean and organized! The only Bad thing I have to say is the pricing is very very very expensive I priced the same dental work that I will need done in Marietta at another dental office it will cost for a deep scaling each quadrant $110.00 x 4 thats $440.00 with two teeth permanent implant at $450.00 totaling $890.00 but at Dental One the same work will be $3,979.00 No Dental One for me!

This location has absolutely no respect for a persons time. I had an appointment at 10:30. I was not called back to a cleaning area until 11:00. The hygienest did not come to begin cleaning my teeth until 11:25. Once the service was done, I was taken back out to the waiting room to sit and waste more of my time waiting for someone to check me out. If you make an appointment here, make sure your schedule for the rest of the day is clear.Update:I go back to Dental One for my regularly scheduled cleaning after the above mentioned incident. Nothing has changed. My assigned hygienist still does not respect my time. I get there at 10:05 for a 10:30 appointment. I sit in the waiting room until 10:55. I go to the front desk to ask how much longer will I have to wait. The receptionist goes to check with the hygienist. When the receptionist returns, she tells me that it is going to be at least another 30 minuets. This has happened every time I have come to this location with this hygienist, and this is beyond unacceptable. I understand running behind schedule from time to time, but if it happens every time, there needs to be a re-evaluation of how things are done.

I have been a member of dental one since 2003 and Dr. McMillon was was my doctor and I love the work they provide. Mrs. Addie is doing a wonderful job at Dental One they treat the patient with care. I have a daughter that comes to Dental One for dental work no complain at all. Thank You.

The staff is wonderful. I had a great experience with everyone I came in contact with. The X-ray tech, the hygienist, and the doctor were all phenomenal.

Great staff, great service, i would definitely recommend. The nurses, techs, and billing lady were so nice from beginning to end and dr Gonzales even helped me figure out my swollen gums problem which was medicine related side effect from blood pressure medicine. I really appreciate the time he took to inform me in my consultation. I will be returning for more services in the future

This office is great! Although there was an issue with my payment applying correctly, it was taken care of and Mrs. Addie, Office Manager, will use my experience as a teaching component in her next weekly meeting.

I had a 8am appointment for which I arrived at 7:47am. I had already filled out my new patient paperwork at home. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and professional. I was given 2 forms to complete which are not online. I completed and returned them. A copy of my drivers license was also taken. I have a seat in the waiting area and wait and wait. Patients walk in and and seen and leave. At 8:45am I go back to the front desk and ask if Ive been forgotten. I was asked for my name and told she would check on things for me. I walked out at 9am because my time is very important. I self pay so this is cash leaving my pocket..not for subpar service. To add insult to injury they called me at 9:05am. I will not ever go to the college park location again.

They are getting much better. They were ready for me at my scheduled appointment. Dr McMillan is great and her assistant was also.

I wish there was such a thing as negative stars!The customer service was horrible, they are very insensitive to patients situations. And if you are someone whos struggling alittle financially they treat you like garbage. The staff members become argumentative and the doctors do not listen to your concerns! WOULT NOT RECOMMEND

The staff is professional. Everyone greets me with a smile. Dental One encourage gum health. I started going to the dentist 3 years ago;I had the periodontal disease in the beginning. Now, they let me know that I am doing a great job taking care of my teeth. Dental One provides service that I need at the moment.

The only reason i am giving one star is because of Dr. McMillon. She is hands down one of the best Dentist i have ever seen. If it wasnt for her i would NOT have kept going back to this office and it would be getting a zero star rating. I moved to Georgia from Florida back in July of 2018. I had went to a Dentist in Decatur but did not like having to drive so far for my dentist. My sister in law has been with the college park office for many years, so she recommended me try them out. I called to make an appointment near the end of March 2019 for some sensitives that i was having. The front office was Very rude when i was trying to make my initial appointment. My first appointment was early April 2019 and I had to wait an extra 35 minutes past my appointment time. This appointment concluded I needed some fillings as well as 2 root canals. I went ahead and scheduled for one of the two root canals and asked that someone please call me with updated Fees as I was very limited on income and have very minimal insurance. Between me leaving the office after my first visit and my scheduled root canal appointment I had called numerous times to get the fees. Once I had arrived at the office (again had to wait 30 mins after my appointment to be seen), I was told that the 2017 fees that why gave me at my initial visit were wrong and it would be more. I said no problem and paid my half of the crown/ root canal. I was very nervous but, the endodontist was very polite and walked me through the procedure before actually doing it. He looked at me and said “why are we doing the top tooth when you bottom tooth is worse.” I responded that I did not know that that I would like the worse of the two to be done first. Long story short they didn’t take the worse of the two teeth. The office DID NOT submit a preapproval for this procedure, and if they did they would have saw my insurance is very limited and that I was coming up on my max and that this procedure would not have been covered. They then billed me what they tried to bill the insurance. I was able to speak to the office manager Addy who was able to work out an agreement for me to pay a small amount on top of the portion I had already paid. At my Root Canal appointment I went ahead and scheduled for my cleaning January 10th 2020. I called the morning of the 10th to see if it was possible for me to come in early and I was advised that the hygienist was going home early and that my appointment had been canceled. I asked why I had not been contacted as I had already taken the time off to be seen and received no answer as to why. I told them to please cancel my appointment as I should have been notified of any cancellation and that I needed to call back to reschedule. I then got a letter in the mail of me being dismissed from their office. I have never been rude with this office only called them out on their unprofessionalism and I guess that’s why I’m dismissed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
