I have a Dell laptop I drop off two weeks ago. And its still not fix. Everytime I call no one pick up or lie and said they going to call me back and dont. I just want mine laptop if u not going to fix it or if u trying to steal mine laptop

Dropped off my computer. After finding out my brand new processor was faulty i left to get it replaced. Closed his shop down 2 hours early and now apparently isnt coming in today either. Ive came back twice to try and drop off this processor to be put in my pc which is taken apart in there and both times it says open and he isnt here. It would be nice to at least be able to have had a courtesy call or even give me my pc back so i can just do it myself. Now im guessing i gotta wait till monday smh.

Adrian provides great customer service!. This is my 2nd time going to him with my first time, him identifying a virus on my desktop, removing then installing Windows 10. This time, he fixed my laptop by updating from Windows 7 to 10 within the same day. Most computers work great now!. I highly recommend you hit him up if you have pc issues.
