We absolutely loved our experience with Sudbury! They were so patient with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted, were SO communicative, and their prices cant be beat. I highly highly recommend working with them! It can be kinda hard to find the store though, just follow the signs around the warehouses. Youll get there!

I worked with Sudbury Granite on two projects, both of which were great successes due in part to their fantastic customer service and value for price products. I had a couple challenges, one due in part to my contractor and another because my initial choice of stone was not what I needed in the end. In both cases Sandra with Sudbury went the extra mile and helped me achieve a successful outcome. I will be using Sudbury again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for service related to either personal home use or when flipping houses.

I spent weeks trying to find a countertop. Thinking that i couldnt afford the high end items, I started off looking at linoleum. I couldnt find anything that appealed to me. I stepped it up and started looking for a granite. Still couldnt find what i could afford or wanted. Frustrated, i searched Google and found Sudbury. In 20 mins i found what i was looking for!It was 3 days before Christmas, but they came, and measured.The day before Christmas my countertop was installed!I love Sandra and the guys! They went out of their way and now I am a loyal customer!

I ordered a custom quartz counter top & backsplash from Sudbury and just had everything installed. The work was clean, quick, and the installers were efficient, knowledgeable, and provided great advice about further kitchen work. Most importantly, the counter looks amazing! It fits perfectly in the kitchen and the workmanship is top quality. I cant say enough about how fantastic my experience was every step of the way. John in the main office was also very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Great company and excellent work!

Sandra helped me find remnant counter-tops and actually installed a new kitchen sink for us. I visited this morning and was back in the car in under 30 minutes with a custom cut and polished quartz backsplash. Even though it was a tiny job, Joao was extremely careful in helping me select the material, ensuring the dimensions were correct and the final product was polished up nicely. This place has a huge selection of marble, quartz, and other kitchen / bath type materials. I am looking forward to coming back when I have a bigger project.

Sandra held our hands from beginning to end helped guide us in a not pushy but very professional and friendly way - I trusted her and she delivered amazing results. She was beyond effecient just phenomenal customer service - Thank you Sandra for EVERYTHING !

I am sooooo excited with my Marble and Granite installations! I had a lot done to my house and Sudbury was there the whole way!!! I had my Kitchen done with and waterfall cut on the island, a leather granite on the perimeters, a powder room done with marble and a marble table on the dinning room! All done in the month of November when everyone is so busy and expect so much! I could not be any happier!They were patient with all my requests and crazy ideas, guiding and suggesting and the final result was amazing!

They do wonderful work. We will recommended them to everyone. They are friendly. They work fast and they kept our house clean. They where flexable with our scheduling needs. The installation and product turned out wonderful.

I would recommend using Sudbury Granite and Marble. Their product is beautiful and affordable. They were very quick and easy to work with!

Let me start by saying the actual countertop looks amazing, but the work that happened during installation and the response weve received from customer support has been nonexistent.- While removing the old countertop to install this one they took a nick out of our drywall and allowed the old countertop to continue running along the wall, and did not acknowledge or attempt to apologize.- When installing the countertop on our island that we had custom made just two months ago the workers unnecessarily took out lower-level drawers damaging the drawer glider and the soft close function. While they were still on site it was brought their attention and the gentleman just opened and closed the drawer for around 10 minutes saying it was fine. Then he FaceTimed a manager who said the drawer was working fine, which is odd because the manager wasnt on-site and could not make that call without knowing how it worked beforehand. The drawer is noisy, stiff, and has no soft close function anymore.- The installers cleaned the top of the countertop with a chemical to removed dirt and stains, which is appreciated, but we had to ask them to clean under the 11 inch overhang that is clearly visible from the couch.- Last, trying to get a response from the same customer service rep we worked with prior to installation, who was extremely helpful and responsive at the time, has not been possible. They have not yet responded to our concerned email and phone call.I would recommend letting them cut and polish for you, but I would do the installation myself.Very poor installation and no attention to detail.
