First Stepped in this place in 2004, its a University of Maryland institution. Eversince when in the area its my spot for a cut. There is an eclectic team of Barbers..that can cut all types of hair, I usually go to Evans or Kwame, but work there..means you have mastered your craft.

I grew up during a time when the ritual of going to the barbershop meant you were going to learn, talk with, debate with, and be around positive people (men).Being that I kept a clean shaven face and head for over 20 years. When I decided to let my hair grow, I needed to find a place that Id feel comfortable going into.This place has more than met my expectations. The owner is a man that offers much in the way of conversation and opportunities for young men, looking to work, be around positive men, or a young man (student) thats trying to make a couple of dollars.I highly recommend this barbershop.

Great experience. They have multiple barbers, so you dont have to wait. Pretty affordable as well, for a basic cut.

Redskins territory but Cowboys Friendly. Professional staff. Spacious quick comfortable. Rich is my barber but Ive had great cuts from 3 other barbers to include Kwame and Reedy. Eric has a nice clientele also.

This is an excellent barber shop. The gentleman cutting my hair, James, gave me a fade so sharp you would think Im back in the Army! Definitely call ahead for an appointment though as theyre very busy, probably due to how great they are!

James is a very excellent barber with kindness and patience. He is very professional and will give you an awesome haircut. Please ask for James he is super. I am still getting compliments on my hair and its been over 3 weeks.

First time going in to this shop. The reviews online seemed somewhat promising. The shop was welcoming and allowed me to get a haircut even though I didn’t have an appointment. However they sent me over to a barber who was polite enough to stop eating his lunch to attend me. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he still seemed confused about it so we went over the cut for about 10 minutes for a simple fade and a little cut from the top. He proceeds to cut but he went off and did something completely different than what we discussed for 10 minutes. It’s almost as if he made a mistake and was trying to fix it for an hour and half. I sat in that seat for an hour and a half! It would have been longer if I allowed him to try to shape up my beard. He already messed up my haircut and could not sit there for another 30 minutes to get my beard messed up too. All the other barbers around me were doing fantastic though, I saw 4 people get great haircuts while I was getting botched. The barber was polite however, he just didn’t know what he was doing. Worst part was that because he was nice I was still going to pay him for at least trying. They do not accept card and all I had was 40 bucks. The cut cost 25 but they didn’t have change, which for a business made no sense, so they told me to go to the gas station to get change. I no longer wanted to waste my time and in there so I lost 40 dollars. I give them a 1 star for trying but wasting my time and being inexperienced and not being prepared with change.

People say Im weird. Different. Crazy. Whatever word theyre using today. I think different than most. So, I come here to feel at home. Shout out to Flaco, I gotta say ONE of the best barbers in there cause if you rushing, whoever chair you sit in, youre coming out crisp!! Sidebar, Flacos MY favorite. He tells me its ok i see dead people. 👀 Or was that Dr.. Vorkin at saint...Sike nah. 👀

Barber was sitting at a table with his head down, didnt even notice me when i came in. I asked for a mid-bald fade 1.5 on top, ended up with a drop fade, well i wouldnt really call it a fade since there was a hard line all the way around my head, got a clean 1 on top which is shorter than i wanted, gouged my corners so now it looks like my hairline is starting to recede, even though it isnt. I though since i could do a good job myself an actual barber could do better, boy was i wrong, they need get rid of him to save other unsuspecting clients future clients from harm. I will not be returning, ever, even if this was the only place on earth i would just cut my own damn hair.

Always friendly, on point. I bring my daughter here to get her undercut shaped up. Prices are good and we never have too much wait. Parking on site.

Ive been shopping around for someone who can cut my hair for a while now. Im female and I cant stand long hair so I try and rock a pretty short do. However, Im half black and half Mexican so finding someone who can actually handle my kind of hair is extremely hard. I walked in today asking for the same cut as Thor from Ragnarok (Im a nerd). I got Reedy (spelling?) and straight up told him I know Im a girl, but I want this white boys hair cut. I got exactly what I wanted, and Ive got to say Im glad I found someone who gave me the hair cut I wanted instead of trying to girlify the cut I ask for. Absolutely going back to Reedy when I need another cut.

All the barbers here know what theyre doing and it shows; I was recommended here by a loyal customer to Rich and he gave me one of the best cuts Ive gotten in a while. Prices were fair too and I never felt like I wasnt getting my moneys worth.

Just came in town passing through... I was stuck in traffic so I figured go somewhere with a high rating for a nice haircut. Bad move! They put me in the new guys chair. I ask for a bald fade I dont know what to call this haircut but I definitely didnt get a shape up with it... probably cost me an extra $20... I know I was just passing through but I will never be back... Shop around. . . Or wait til the barber is finished before sitting in his chair. .. #BLESSINGS

After 15 years of getting my haircut with Eric I am sad to say I am leaving the area. I am going to miss quality haircuts. Eric is awesome. Its a great quality barbershop.

Very disappointed! I went in looking to find a new barbershop to replace my old one who had fallen down and left me hanging. I was directed to a colorful young man with a mohawk and lots of jewelry. I asked for a modified mohawk and felt confident he would be able to deliver since he was also sporting the same style. My faith was misplaced. I was going to show him pictures of how I wanted my hair cut; but he didnt want to see them saying he knew how to cut it. He was lying or wrong... He was really rough with the clippers and kept hitting my ears. He was talking with everyone else in the shop; but said nothing to me as a new potential customer in his chair.I ended up with a basic fade and had to ask him to adjust it; then he killed the sculpted ridge on top by just flattening it out. Ive never been more frustrated. When I left; I see two other guys (with Mohawks in other barbers chairs). Not sure why I got messed over but I wont encourage anyone else to check this place out.

Locations a bit far out, but the barbers a great people, know what theyre doing, and charge around 20 bucks, which is reasonable for a great cut,I recommend Derrick, theres two of them, but ask for the taller one

Service was terrible. The barber would be talking on his cellphone while cutting my hair.When I told him I would like to leave an inch a couple times, he ended up buzzing my hair.Was very rough with the electric razor. I ended up with a red line on the back of my neck.
