Initially starting with the Bankruptcy Law Group, I spoke with Lionel, and he was very informative and straight forward with me and I really appreciated that. He set me an appointment to meet with Stacey, who was even more informative and answered every last question I had, she took her time talking to me and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She explained how things work and made me feel more comfortable. Tina was always very helpful, anytime I wanted to follow up or check the status she would check up on things and also called to make sure that deadlines were met with plenty of time to get them what they needed. Definitely recommend this group to help you, if you need it.

I came to Stacey at a difficult time in my life hoping to file a Chapter 13 because I had a house with a lot of equity and a mountain of debt. I didnt qualify for the 13 and had to file a 7. Ms. Butler was very upfront that I would probably lose my house because of the equity and she tried to provide another avenue by looking into a Chapter 11. Needless to say after some soul searching I proceeded with the Chapter 7 and decided to let the trustee sell my house. It was in serious disrepair and I wanted a fresh start. Through the entire process Ms. Butler has always been available for my questions and the process went smooth for my discharge and while the selling of the house was a bit of a pain, it went as well as could be expected. I am now getting a fresh start for 2019 and I could not be happier. I would recommend Ms. Butler and her team any day.
