Easiest place to park. Right off 85. Perfect shuttle service. Always nice.

This is always my go to park place for the airport. Prices are great and a discount if you board your doggie at Wag Atlanta! Fast 4 minutes shuttle right to the airport and pickup from LN1 when returning.

This was my first time using a park and fly facility. I was nervous at first but at the end I was very impressed and relieved. Park and Ticket is well reasonably priced and the facility is most welcoming. I have a 2022 Acura MDX and I was hesitant of course to leave my vehicle anywhere but after returning five days later I will say they impressed me. They have 24 hours security cameras and somebody is always on duty as well. They also offer military discount and beverages upon leaving. I fully recommend this facility. Thanks Park and Ticket!!

They don’t have enough drivers. Waited in their lot for 30 minutes on a Sunday and got passed by shuttle drivers doing pick ups only. Returned Thursday and same story— drop offs only, people said they had been waiting for 15 minutes for a pick up. Sad. Guess it’s post COVID. Been using them for almost 40 years. Looking for other options.

Amazing service. No wait time at all for shuttle pick up and drop off. And they also offer you free soda or water when you exit.

I love this shuttle service! Although if you have to be to work at a certain time make sure to be at the parking lot at least 30 minutes before your shift! They also give you a free drink when you exit! A cold free Sprite, nothing tastes better!

Anytime we travel out of the ATL airport we will park here & they never let us down. Plenty of shuttles to get us to and from the lot and friendly staff.Very much appreciate the complimentary drinks on the way out!

This is an extremely convenient place to park your car for the Atlanta Airport. The shuttle bus to take you to the airport and back is free, and it runs on a regular basis, so there was minimal waiting. Please always tip the driver! I have used this particular business several times, with no issues.

They picked us up at our car and dropped us off at our car after our trip. The drivers were really nice

Best place to park and rates are reasonable. You can aquire free days by booking here. On our exit we were offered a bottle of water or soda. We like this place, they have shuttles running constantly, we did not have to wait getting to the airport or when we returned back..great experience.

I normally use park and ticket through audi when I get service, Ive liked their service, and decided to use them when I went out of town 2 weeks ago. Upon exiting I provided the customer service agent the coupon i printed off from their website. She tells me the coupon has been used too many times. I said thats impossible I just printed and got it. She said there was nothing she could do. I said Ive never parked and paid before so how could I use it multiple times. I said I would have my friend in the back seat sign up for it as well and show her its the same coupon code. In which it was, yet she still refused to provide me a discount. I asked her to contact a manager or something, she tells me to pull over so she can help someone else. After at least a 5 minute wait, she calls a manager, i use the term loosely as when shes talking to the manager, the manager can be overheard saying to call the police if we refuse to pay full price. When the coupon not working is no fault of our own and 100% on park and ticket for not changing their codes each time they issue a new code. Im appalled that this is the managers resolution to this problem rather than trying to fix it. Furthermore the girl doesnt even tell the manager that my friend got the same code, she puts the phone on speakerphone and I explain to her that its not our fault and were not calling to get a discount next week, I want it rectified today, after hearing our story she finally tells the girl to give us a discount. The professionalism is unreal, what a terrible manager and service agent. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of my prior good experience with them when i wasnt a paying customer as it was paid by my car dealership. This happened Sunday evening June 14

This is the place I choose for off site parking for Hartsfield airport. I love the fact that the bus picks you up at your car and drops you at the airport and then takes you right back to your car when your trip is through. Ive been using it for years

Love, love, LOVE Park N Ticket! I started using this service back in January when I fly out for monthly business. It came recommended from a friend, and I am forever grateful! Not only is it easy to find and convienant to the airport, the price cant be beat! Its also open 24 hours a day, so the vehicles are constantly monitored and you never have to worry about being stuck. The help with your luggage can be a life saver! I broke my foot while out of town, and could not have made it from the airport without their help! I also love that you can earn free parking when you register as a preferred member. Which is also free. The complimentary Coca-Cola upon leaving won me over! I recommend it to all my friends and family that have to leave their car while traveling!

Brittany is such a lovely person. Get a bottle of water or a coke when you leave. I would recommend parking here. Also easy to get in, park, and ride the shuttle to the airport. Returning is easy as well. Get on the shuttle at the airport, ride back to the lot, and easily pay and go. I would recommend Park N Ticket for parking.

I posted another review related to the concept of “you don’t really know your service provider until you have an issue” and now I have one more. I had a minor issue (deck power washing got my car really dirty) and they were super nice and took care of me. When I called, they even knew my car and apologized profusely for the issue - so kudos for the prompt and considerate response.If you are looking for a good parking service, you really need to consider these guys. They are prompt to pick you up in the lot, always have a bus waiting at the airport, have super friendly staff and send you on your way home with a water or soda. I have used them for a decade and they are fast and consistent. If you decide to try them out, please don’t park in mid-deck space 93...that’s mine. 😃

Booked a weeks worth of parking at Park N Ticket after reading others reviews. Close to the airport, I like that the lot is fenced-in and gate-controlled. The shuttle was super-convenient. We had zero wait on the outbound trip and a nominal one after our arrival at the international gate upon re-entry into the US. We called as soon as we cleared customs and the bus came immediately to pick us up. Staff loaded and unloaded our bags for us, and when we exited the lot, we were offered a complimentary cold beverage of our choice. Thats a very nice small touch and appreciated after a long day on the road. Found my car in the exact condition I left it in. The spaces are not too tight, which is also appreciated. Great job, Park N Ticket and thank you. We would definitely use them again.

Bad pick up service this day

They offer rewards if youre a frequent traveler. Staff is always friendly. Close to the airport, ride is about 5 mins and you get dropped off at North Terminal.

They tell you the fast lane and where to park and will still get you 15 mins later! It’s so ridiculous and annoying! Why would it even be called a fast lane if it’s not even FAST?

I have been using parking services of Parkn Ticket for many years. The shuttle timely pick up and drop off at the airport. The drivers are really friendly and helpful. Very reliable and fast services. When we came back from trip, I called them and they were here within a few minutes with car ready.Great service and great price!

The wait time is ridiculous. You can park at 830 and the shuttle wont arrive for 15 to 20 mins. This had happened on multiple occasions whilst the other drivers are lined up just sitting in the bus people watching!

Their prices are fare but waiting 10 minutes for a shuttle bus to come pick you up when they have about 5 waiting. They need to work on picking their customers up faster.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Recently I was leaving the property and there was a problem with their computer system. The system would not accept the credit card I had on file. I gave the attendant the same card and she was able to run the card. I few days later I get an email from Britney to let me know that there was an error and I had been charged twice. They immediately processed a credit. That is exceptional service! Of course it doesnt hurt that they have very clean buses and the drivers are very helpful!

The majority of these people are rude they treat airport employees horribly and go out they’re way for travelers a shuttle bus driver didn’t want to wait on me so he left me when I was getting my stuff out the car and when I called in to report a lady named Sonya said that’s how they rolled and hung up in my face. I had to wait 20 min almost for the next shuttle almost making me late for work. Horrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend because this actually isn’t the first time

Have been using this lot for 15 years. Always friendly service, and a bottle of water or a Coke to go. They have even jumped my car battery and put air in my tire when I would have been stranded.

Last night as of 02/16/2019 I rode the Park NTicket bus ( now I know this isnt okay but I use park n ticket almost 7 days a week because I work at the airport) my mother was waiting for me at the office because I let her borrow my car and she is to scared to drive all the way to the airport to pick me up so I told her to meet me . I get off the bus and an older caucasian american working in the window said “ ma’am “ I said “ yes “ she said “ YOU OWE ME 11 DOLLARS” I said excuse me “ ( now at this point i didn’t mind paying cause it’s only right and fair but how she was speaking to me as I was some hood chick and scum no that wasn’t professional at all ) then she proceeded to say “ yeah you owe me 11 dollars you rode the bus to meet “ your friend” ( which is my mother and she is 54 with a disability tag) I said “ well I don’t have it “ ( I could’ve paid but being she was talking to me rudely I refused ) she yelled saying “ don’t do it again” I said okay just don’t talk to me like that “ she began to yell again “ GO TO HELL, IM GOING TO CALL THE POLICE “ I said “ call them” ( at this point I wanted the police or manager which ever .) I walked away . I called the number to get corporate number she said “ if this is the lady I just talked to I AM CORPORATE AND I TOOK DOWN “ your friend” PLATE NUMBER” and she hung up . All in all she was very rude, disrespectful and wasn’t no way shape or form professional. Her name is JACKIE EDWARDS

Very rude!!!! Diane allows her employees to disrespect customers. Waited on the cold 15 minutes in the cold for a shuttle bus and was insulted by William because I asked to sit on the shuttle.
