I had an appointment for a carpet cleaning. David the service tech kept me informed on his arrival time, showed up when he said he would and did excellent work. These people live up to the like it never happened catch phrase Serv-Pro uses. They not only cleaned up all our stuff but guided us through what was salvageable and what wasnt. They really helped make our decisions easy. After we decided what was going and what we were keeping, they came and took all the junk away. They did a great job listing and photo documenting our claim and working with our insurance company to get us paid which left us free to carry on with everyday life. All that was great, but the best part was the people! Fred laid out a plan for us on the first meeting. Chanel, Charlie, Chris and Dave did a lot of the cleaning and they were as friendly with us as they were with each other. They were a joy to be around while they slaved away on our mess. Dave did a lot of heavy lifting and was also a great help in moving things around, especially the big items that had been cleaned and were coming back in the house.I cannot say enough great things about this company and the service we got from the people that work there. They get my highest recommendation!!!

We had a small house fire and contacted serv pro right away. Lisa was super helpful and responsive. They were in our house cleaning the next day and they went above and beyond. We had an additional issue (not their fault) getting our vents cleaned which caused additional issues. Serv pro had to come back and clean again and they once again exceeded our expectations. They were awesome at communicating and very detail oriented. We appreciated their customer service and we had a great experience.

We are very happy with the cleaning done by Servpro, but specifically Lisa’s work. It was exceptional. She arrived on time and did the best deep cleaning possible. If we have a cleaning requirement again we’ll use Servpro and request Lisa.
