I had a large filling come out on Thursday, immediately called the office and was told to come in the next morning before 8 am for an emergency visit. I showed up at 745, waited and was asked if I could come back at 1:10. I came back at 1:10 had the exam and teeth cleaned and was told they needed to schedule a visit to take care of the tooth. The soonest opening is 1/19/22. It’s august 2021 …I have half my tooth gone and pain. I’m obviously calling another dentist, but now just notice the inside of the tooth is now brown, which was white when I went to them. Meaning because it wasn’t taken care of the tooth is now dead because of the trauma. What is the point of emergency visits if they just do an exam and schedule u out months away.

They are always super quick to get you in, and are very nice. Hygienists I’m the office are all very caring, and are really good about answering questions, making sure you understand. And most importantly they CARE.

The staff are kind, courteous and efficient.The billing practices are another matter. If you are paying out of pocket, beware! Check every transaction you are required to prepay. They misappropriate funds by adding charges you are not aware of and doing work other than you prepaid for. You will end up with a huge bill at the end.

Great friendly atmosphere. The doctor I saw was not overly personable but polite and nice. My hygienist told me what she was doing before she did it every time and was extremely nice. Overall for my first visit a great place to go. The first time Ive never been nervous!

Everyone treated me with kindness and was very gentle!!! I have a fear of dentist… so this was a big plus.. I did however realize I didn’t get my teeth back for the tooth fairy this I was kinda disappointed on lol just kidding!!!!

They do accept Medicaid, which is a plus, but you may have some issues if you fail to confirm an appointment via their automated text or phone calls. I watched a woman turned away at the desk, who had made her children appointments in advance, for confirmation failure. They did not have own a cell phone, has to use the front desk’s, and then had to walk home. I understand policy, but it makes me rethink doing business with them.

Fantastic staff, and Doctor. Know what they are talking about and some of the friendliest Ive ever dealt with!!!

This place is horrible! They don’t tell you until you get there that you can’t go back with your child. I have a six year old and they told me I couldn’t go back in the room because of Covid protocols, I’m vaccinated and was wearing a mask. No exceptions there. In the world we live in a parent should never be put in a situation like that. I will never go back!

I had a very good, beautiful and graceful experience at My Community Dental Centers. Ill advise all that its the best place to go for your dental work.

Went in for a routine cleaning and was done in about 40 minutes. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Angela, who did the cleaning, was very thorough and was thoughtful enough to change to a different set of instruments, because the sensitivity of my teeth. She also used some jell to deaden the pain which aided in completing the procedure. It was a very good visit and I want Thank Angela for the superior level of care that she gave me while I was there! 😎👍

Very friendly staff . I havent been to a dentist in years and I was nervous because I have a few sensitive teeth . But she did a great job at cleaning them without much pain at all . Highly recommended .

Its been decent. They woeked out a plan for me so i wasnt paying an extreme amount. Since i dont have insurance. Good care. Tooth pain afterword. But other than that theyve been alright.

The staff is very professional, polite and prompt. The office is very clean and necessary measures for COVID-19 are in place.

The only complaint that I have is they don’t answer their phones and are bad at call backs. I had to leave several voicemail messages. They didn’t give me any pain meds either!!!!!..... I suffered all night with horrible pain from the procedure. The overall quality of the procedure was great and they were very understanding of my anxiety and were very patient with me.

I just wanted to say that my experience at this dental office was extremely positive, The dental assistant was very polite and knowledgeable regarding my teeth., I didnt feel rushed at all, I babe to go back to do the rest of my cleaning, I do know if I didnt wait 5 years to get my regular dental appointments I could have been in and. But when Connie was done and expanded to me why I had to do it in two treatments, I was very happy with the feel of my teeth and cannot wait to go back for the rest.. If your a single mother that works full time and have more than one child this isnt a good choice. They refuse to give appointment times on the same date to family members for their own financial/scheduling reasons. NO EXCEPTIONS according to the office manager.

My regular dentist was on vacation and I came down with a major tooth infection and someone told me of the clinic. I went straight there and within 2 hours they brought me in as a new patient took xrays and gave me a prescription. I began feeling much better about 3 days later before my regular dentist was back in the office. Very courteous and understanding people and the facility was immaculate. Not many would have done what they did for me.

Came in this morning as a walk in for my husband who has been suffering a severe toothache for a few days looking for some relief. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and fast. My husband was going to the back for xrays and exam within about 5 to 10 minutes of our arrival. He said they were fast, friendly, gentle, and honest with him. He was out with a script for antibiotics within about a half an hour of going back there and an appointment scheduled for extraction in a week and a half. Overall, we had an excellent experience and we are so glad this is the office that we will be bringing our family to for our dental health needs!

I had an abscessed tooth, antibiotics werent working, been on for 4 weeks. Drove to there office in Coldwater from Battle Creek and were able to work me in. The dentist looked at X-ray and said that needs to come out now. Are you ok with that and I said now sure. Great care every one was extremely nice. I definitely recommend them

I absolutely love this place! Friendly people, nice service, and very clean and sterile. Out of all the dentists Ive been to over the years, this would be the one I would recommend to people hands down. Within just one visit, they figured out the reason for the problems I was having.

When we started going to this dental office my children and myself were very happy. They were nice and understanding. Made my children and myself feel comfortable. Today was a very different story. They were able to get my children in for cleanings, because of some cancellations. That was very nice. However, now that my kids are getting older they don’t necessarily want me to be back there. So I was out in waiting room. Instead of asking me to come back and talk to me about their concerns the dental hygienist comes out to the waiting room to discuss stuff that should’ve been discussed in private. In my opinion it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and I didn’t appreciate it at all. It would’ve taken 10 seconds to have me come back in private.

Called with a broken tooth and the same day they are seeing me and extracting the tooth! Absolutely lovely group of people working here! Everyone here is so nice & friendly! I am amazed at their prompt service ! Thank you for being part of our community!!!

I recently had a molar break so I called this dental business. They had me come in and they explained the whole process to me on getting a Crown. I had the work started today and the receptionist was awesome, kind and helpful!!!! The assisitent was top notch and very kind! The dentist took things slow and easy and kept reminding me to let him know if I felt any pain! I liked that!!!! The whole process went smooth and great and I have anxiety about going to and being at the dentist. They helped me feel extra comfortable!! They have the newest digital equipment, which makes things fast and real accurate work wise, which I like! Over all the appointment was great! I will go back in in about ten days to have this temporary Crown taken off and the actual Crown put on. It is a wonderful dental business here in our community! A huge thank you to everyone that works there!

She was also understanding of my fear to come to the dentist, since my last dental experience wasnt very pleasant. This is the second time Ive been to this dentists office and I really am happy to have found this local dentist who also takes my insurance. I definitely will be coming back regularly. I recently had several extractions and the procedure was quick and relatively pain free. The staff is very friendly, and the dentist, very knowledgeable, and professional. I have to return in March and I have no worries about the service I will receive.

This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to! After going to another local dentist and being told I needed over $1,400 worth of work done to my teeth, and she wouldnt even do a cleaning on my teeth because of it, I was feeling very defeated. My husband ended up needing a tooth pulled and he decided to go to MCDC and he has such an awesome experience that I decided to try them out. So glad I did! After about $200 worth of work done I now only have to go every six months for my regular cleanings. They are all so nice and so gentle! After having my wisdom teeth removed the dentist made sure to call and check on me to see how I was doing. I have never been to another dentist office with such great customer service and they actually care about you! I will never go to another dentist office!

This place is my saving grace! I have been to numerous dentist and an urgent care over the past 3 months because of a couple of problem teeth. Being uninsured I could not find the help I needed so just kept treating the infection, knowing full well it would only work for so long. Then My Community Dental came along and made it to where I could fix the problem. I went from crying in pain to tears of relief. Every dentist and assistant I have encountered at this place treated me like family which is better then how I was being treated before, a patient number and bank account. They are patient and very gentle which is great considering I have anxiety. They are thorough and take time to explain everything instead of my normal experiance of rush. And a big shout out to the lady and gentlemen at the front desk that started off making me feel at home.Thank you My Community Dental! You are saving my life.

Worst place I have ever encountered. My boyfriend has teeth that are infected. He wasnt given anything besides Motrin. He missed work for an emergency appointment and they lost power so they couldnt do it that day. Now they cant get him in until Tuesday and he is in extreme pain. They should have gotten him in this week regardless of this issue. Or atleat given him something that works for pain and an antibiotic. We will never go here again.

This time was very fast. My denture has some big issues. A sharp spot on the tooth . Was in hopes of getting that looked at. . But I can use lot of dentures adhesive to keep it in for a bit till it fall.

They didn’t seem very friendly with me the Dr didn’t even take 2 minutes to look at me also the people there was not happy how I opened my mouth cause it was never open wide enough when it was open the best I ever could. I was never introduced to the dr or the person working with me. The appointment didn’t give me a good feeling about ever going back.

MCDC is great! Office employees are very nice and glad to see you. The Dentist is easy on you while doing the work also.
