The cable goes out at least once a week and the only thing they recommend to do is tighten the connections. Heaven forbid they fix the actual problem. I recommend a satellite provider.

Service works about a third of the time. Do not recommend if you work from home. Use a hotspot it would work better than this service. Dialup is more stable than their wifi. PLEASE FIX YOUR BAND WITH ISSUES YOU GUYS ARE STARTING TO COST ME MONEY FROM NOT BEING ABLE TO DO MY JOB.

Employees very nice i love it they helped me with what i needed and where quick about it too. It was an in and out visit. Perfect service thanks!!!!
