Joe the owner is amazing. His work is guaranteed and is fairly priced. Only complaint is, hes super busy so it takes a while for him to get to your vehicle but it shows you a lot of people trust his work.

Was initially told repairs would take approximately 3 weeks (including wait time for them to get started on my vehicle). After we dropped the vehicle off, we could never get anyone to answer the phone to inquire about progress, so had to drive into town mid day each time I wanted to talk to anyone. Took 8 weeks to get the vehicle back and the costs were $500 more than the amount quoted. After 8 weeks of waiting, they called me on a Friday at 5:15pm and said it was ready, but since it was already after closing time, no one would be available to give me the keys until the following Tuesday. Giving 2 stars instead of 1, only because the quality odd the work seems to be good. But, the customer service and communication were severely lacking!

In an emergency, hell get you in and taken care of. He will even give you a ride when you leave your car and pick you up when the work is finished .

My husband dropped his car of waited almost a week for this appointment dropped it of at nine in the morning went there at five in the afternoon the car was sitting in the same spot he said he will do it first thing in the morning took it there at nine again called him at one he said they were just getting to it showed up at three still sitting in the same spot he decided to work on this girls car because he knows her if I had a choice I would not even put a star never put a car in a shop before never gonna do it again my husband is just gonna do the work
