Not for you... Not exactly a customer service center. Would recommend dealing with issues over the phone or going to a public shipping store before going here in person. It can be hard to even get inside the door to talk to a person. That said I was able to get the two issues I had resolved by showing up in person.

This is how they deliver packages in Powell. The pics are from a new Schwinn bike. It had a large hole and a rectangular cut. There was internal damage, as if someone dropped the package to the point that the Styrofoam broke. We also ordered a big screen TV and when we opened it the screen was cracked. The TVs box was bent and had holes. The driver doesnt care for other peoples property.

I have shipped with UPS for years. Everyone I have had contact with is courteous and professional. Clay makes most of our deliveries and is awesome..

Poor service guy at front was very rude.

Only open a few hours in the morning for package pickup. RUDE to customers for no reason. Once I get my package I will NOT use UPS again.
