We live out in the county and I would say only 25% of the time they actually deliver packages. When we order something online we get notifications from the store that delivery couldnt happen. We call in and they say they couldnt load the stuff into the mail vehicle and we have to go into the post office to pick it up, that is well over an hour of driving to and from town. I have never heard of the USPS anywhere that I have lived not delivering packages because they cant fit them, that is literally the service. Completely useless and if we could choose FedEx or UPS for delivery we absolutely would. It is extremely poor service here from both the people in the office and the drivers.

I always receive professional yet friendly service. It’s not their fault the Postmaster General in Washington cut the budget, especially workers and equipment.

I keep getting mail that is addressed to someone else in my cul-de-sac. Since the mailbox does not have addresses on it I have to search for that house and personally deliver it to them, rather than having it go all the way back to Casper. But the final straw was 2 days ago I got someone else’s newspaper in my mailbox whose address is on a completely different street. I couldn’t fit it in the slot to go back to postman, so I delivered it to that address. The lady who answered said she’s been having same problem. That we have a new post man. Can someone fix this re-occurring problem ??

Why does the office portion close at 4:30? I dunno. But the people are really nice.

Traveling through cody, wy they treated us like our home town post office. They helped us find a package being shipped and allowed us to pick it up before opening hours. Very pleasant and understanding.

I paid for express shipping and never got my package when I was gauranteed to. When I spoke on the phone with the manager, Jeannette, she was rude and not understanding of the predicament they had put me in. I would hate for someone else to go through this frustration. If you need your mail gauranteed to get to its destination on time, I would not recommend using this place.
