I wasn’t expecting to review a laundromat, but this ones really good! The owner of the laundromat (Jim) was very friendly and helpful. The laundry was well kept and clean, and the machines worked really well. The prices are also very reasonable.

Traveling through Cody on our way to Alaska. Decided to drop off our clothes for a wash and fold with next day pickup.Ladles seemed nice, place looked nice.Left two baskets. Requested that one basket receive low heat dry. She said no problem.No weighing or bagging of laundry at drop off.Returned next day. At pickup was told 40.00 bucks. Seemed high from previous experiences but couldnt say anything. No receipt, no weight listed.Returned to our camper 35 miles away. Next day we opened our bag before leaving to go to our next campground. Our sheets w were gone, 2 silk pillow cases gone, 4 others missing, all clothes were still very damp.Called once we had service. Was told the Boss washed our clothes but that (employee on phone) knew where they may be. Said she would mail if found. No sorry. No nothing. And of course, no Returned call. Do not use this company. Every service Ive ever used Laundry is bagged and weighed in front of you.Nothing like paying 40 bucks for wet clothes and missing sheets. Beware.

Missing ENTIRE sheet set, 2 SILK pillowcases & 4 other pillowcases! Also, received clothes damp. $40 later. We didn’t know this until the next day when we opened the laundry bag. When we realized our entire sheet set & pillowcases were missing, we called & we’re told that the owner must have accidentally mixed them up! Well, we were assured they would mail if found & we’d get a call back once squared away.The women never got back to us & didn’t even apologize! Mix ups happen, but to make a mistake & cause such an expensive & inconvenience on someone without a simple apology is so unprofessional. Wow!We were traveling through on our way to Alaska. So it wasn’t easy for us to just order as we normally would.Don’t waste your time and money!

I have had places eat my quarters in there machines but not here. If theres a problem here just call and somebody will take care of your needs maybe next day. The inviroment is clean and 99 percent of the machines work. Grab a paper and have a good sit and think while your wash goes round and round.

This laundromat is clean, well lit, and everything is functional. There are larger front loading machines as well as smaller front loading machines. The driers are some of the most efficient I have encountered at a laundromat. There are change machines on site, and all of the machines only accept quarters. There is adequate seating available including a large table that is a good workspace if you want to get things done while you wait.

$1 for a 16min dry cycle, if you want more you need to add more coins. Since 16 min wouldn’t come close to drying a standard load I added $2 up front and it still only gave me the 16min and wouldn’t return the extra coins. No signage to indicate not to do it that way. I’m sure they make a lot of extra $ by people making this mistake. Pretty sneaky. Beware.

The old man who runs the place is really nice and very helpful. They have very good free Wi-Fi and a lounge area where you can get work done while you do your laundry. I would recommend doing your laundry here.

Stop and use this laundromat when doing my Yellowstone trips the machines are always clean and working great.

Open 24/7. Machines operate on quarters. Functional change machine on-site. 4 quad washers, 8 triple load, 20+- regular. Very clean, well-lit, sink, bathroom, and wi-fi available. Space for RV Parking on the street.

A little pricey, but the attendant Irene was very helpful and validated my concern for a dryer that wasnt heating properly. All the machines looked clean; most were in working order. There was also a shelf adjacent to the restroom that has leftover dryer sheets & detergents that anyone can use.

All of my clothes are covered in ink and I lost 2 pairs of good hiking socks even after checking the machine multiple times. Very disappointed as I have about 6 outfits in entirety and 2 shirts are totally ruined.

This place is very clean and tidy. I had no problem getting a washing machine or dryer, but the problem was the dryers. Very inconsistent temperatures. I overheard at least three different people complain about it taking a long time to dry the clothes. Fir me it took four try’s to get my clothes dry. At a $1 a load. So my drying cost was $8 for two loads, and at the end, I still had some damp clothing when I left. I refused to put anymore money in the machine. Very disappointed. I did not call the number on the door.

Ive been to this laundromat a few times, it is clean and tidy. Today, after I put my coins in the machine I got an out of order message. I called the number on the office door and the owner Jim answered the phone. He was at the store within a few minutes and refunded my money, and even gave me a free wash for the trouble. You just dont see customer service like that anymore. He clearly takes pride in and enjoys his business, and he really values his customers!

I dont think anyone actually enjoys going to the laundromat, but for those of us who have to, Cody Laundromat makes a daunting chore pleasant. The washers and dryers are all well-maintained and clean, and the owner (who is a great guy and super friendly) goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy. And the cherry on top is that its open 24 hours a day (which is perfect for those who put off doing laundry for as long as humanly possible - me.) And if that still doesnt work for you, they offer a drop-off service....who doesnt like that?!

Was in WY for a few weeks and built up a bunch of dirty laundry - went here based on recommendations and was not disappointed! Jim, the owner, was great to deal with, the place is spotlessly clean, everything worked properly except for the change machine which was remedied quickly. Even the other customers were nice! Deep laundry sink for washing delicate or getting stains out. Bathrooms clean. Washers clean and dryers clean. No cracker machine or laundry supplies😔. I would have my own crackers and laundry supplies next time. So clean. No blasting tv. They do have a change machine. It was perfect except for snacks and supplies

Washers and dryers work, place is clean.

Lots of large front loader washers, dryers were large and worked well. Pretty clean. Several folding tables and rolling clothes racks/baskets. Also had a change machine that took anything from 1s to 20s. Soap bender and right behind a convenience store.

Very clean was my first impression, something pretty rare in public laundromats. Equipment looked well taken care of.Reasonable prices.I did pick a problematic dryer, after 45 minutes and a dozen quarters my clothes were still damp. The very nice and sociable owner was there...again, something kinda rare to see an owner actually present. He noticed I was having an issue and without me asking he refunded me more than what I had spent on the dryer. Switched machines and he set it to run long enough to dry my clothes properly...no charge!I was IMPRESSED!You....will be too!

We stopped here to do a week’s worth of laundry for our family of 6 while on vacation. The gentleman who owns the laundromat is kind, knowledgeable on the local area and helped us ensure we got the most bang for our buck. The facility is very clean and great WiFi service. If only every other laundromat was this great!!!!

Washers were dirty..just be careful where you wash your clothes at..expensive 6.00 per wash and dryer only dried for 16 minutes for a 1.00 and clothes were still damp after using..

Stopped here during our camping trip acrossed this area. When I opened the door here, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, bright and welcoming interior. It was almost a pleasure to wash clothes. Thank you, owners of the Cody Wyoming laundromat for making a usually dreaded chore better.

While traveling through Wyoming on a camping trip we needed a place to wash clothes. Found this Laundromat online and read great reviews. They were all true! This is a great place to wash your laundry. The owner was on site and very helpful. The facility was super clean and ALL of the machines were in great working order and affordable. He has a TV with movies for the kiddos to keep them busy while you wash.He provided a great service and some great conversation. Glad I stopped here.

We had to do a load of laundry on our way to Yellowstone after camping on spirit mountain. The owner was on site, very nice gentlemen and helped us get the correct washer for our large load! Would definitely recommend for the traveler that needs clean clothes!

This is such a great business HOTELS recommend their customers go here to catch up on laundry. Sooo clean. So well thought out. Businesses could learn a lot from this example. Very clean facility with a lot of machines, folding tables, bathroom, and more. They even have steel machines for washing large, heavily soiled items like oilfield clothing. I was surprised to see it cost me $5.75 to wash and dry one load (including detergent) but I guess thats normal in todays world.

We came to this laundry based off good reviews. So glad we did. We were staying in Cody for only a few days and needed our clothes washed. We were able to drop them off and go to our horseback ride and come back with the clothes done. The two ladies working there were wonderful and did a great job. Highly recommend!

This laundromat is very clean and well maintained. The prices are reasonable and the laundry baskets can be wheeled outside to your car to load. There is a convenience store next door for snacks while youre waiting. Prices are average since Ive just traveled through 3 states.

Clean, good machines, the change machine doesnt like fives. I like this place so much Im actually kind of bummed out my new apartment has a laundry machine. I will still go here when I need to do a bunch of loads at once. I wish more businesses were run with this kind of love and attention to detail.

We brought 35lbs. of laundry in to be done mid afternoon with a couple special request & it was done by 5:00. They went above & beyond our request and had all the laundry ready folded nicely, & some on hangers with plastic over it. I highly recommend this place!

Very clean place. Met the owner and he was such a great guy. He sure works hard to keep the place in tip top shape. Wash is $2.70 and dry is $1.00. I was in and out of there in 90 minutes.

Quick dryers, only $1 for 16 min, but washing is $2.75 a load. Thought was a little steep, but did a good job. Used while on vacation.

We were traveling and needed to do laundry. We havent used a laundromat in a decade. A quick Google search had a few positive reviews of Codys laundromat so we went there. The laundromat was clean. Had a nice change machine. There were some other folks who had a problem with a washer so they called the number posted for problems and within 10 minutes the owner showed up and took care of it. He refunded any money they lost and had the bad machine working before we left. We had a great experience and would recommend using this facility anytime.
