After transferring our company, we realized this is also RA INC. owned and operated.They either use all the companies for retail fronts/resellers or they just love being there own competition.I decided to go to the CRA list and pick myself a regular agent compared to supporting the big 3 or big 4 companies who have a RA monopoly.Thanks again for all help and services, however tired of thinking Im using a new RA and its the same guys.Id rather have a private person to deal with..

AWR is a 5 star experience. Helpful, friendly, fast courteous answers. Overall Wyoming corporations are a great experience, although my transfer was a bit of a challenge its worked out well.

Couldnt find an expected email Gave them a call, expecting an outgoing tape telling me to do this, that, and whatever 🤐. Was more than pleasantly surprised to have a HUMAN ANSWER PHONE IMMEDIATELY (thats a 5/5 or 10/10 right off the bat!). She quickly found my account, found they didnt have my email or phone,. (Dont know how that happened, butmakes no difference,) Quickly got email receipt for money paid (I already knew I was registered--had checked with Sec. State) and then gave Cust. Service person my new address, and info necessary to file Change of Registered Agent... My previous, lovely, agent had passed away last April, which is when I first contacted Awesome Agents. My interaction was pleasant and completely pain-free, which is so rare with Cust. Svc! I reallyappreciate the folks at Awesome. 😄👌

This company has been excellent with their customer service, cost is lowest in the registered agent industry, in my opinion! Highly recommend checking them out!
