Anyone that feels that high quality work, attention to detail and professionalism went out when our Greatest Generation retired needs to watch Yanis at work. He recently cleaned my patio and the backside of my house. He hit every corner, even the ones that I could barely see or notice. Afterward he came back with a smaller pressure washing attachment to pick off spots that I dont believe anyone would have noticed. His work effectively erased ten years from the age of my house. It was more than apparent that Yanis isnt a person just doing his job. 5 star service, i called for a quote they pulled my house up online and quoted over the phone.They called me the day of to let me know they were on the way and got right to work once they arrived.We had our roof done using their soft wash method which to my surprise was twice as fast as the previous company that pressure cleaned our roof and it came out much better.Our roof looks good as new!!

5 star serviceWe had our roof cleaned by Clean Pressure Washing using the soft wash method which we heard was safer and lasted longer then high pressure.To our surprise the results from this method were better and faster then the last time we had our roof pressure cleaned.We went this route because the last company we had out ended up cracking multiple tiles and spent the whole day on our roof.Yanis did an amazing job without cracking a single tile and was done in about 2 hours.

I was given a quote that was much lower than 2 other companies that I was interested in.He took his time and took photos for me to show the before and after of the roof being cleaned, and I was amazed. He laid a tarp around the side of the home so water would drip down onto the tarp and not the grass itself. He also pressure cleaned the patio last minute because we added that on due to the great results from the roof. After he was done, he hosed down all the windows. Ruined my pavers . White haze marks everywhere . Nor did he spray evenly nor used enough sealant . This guy does not stand behind his work nor does he have the funding . Comes off as nice but he has no intentions of doing the right thing.
