The exterminator found and treated a window for termites. When they came back just now, he came out immediately, found the problem, and retreated. This was 17 months after his first visit, and not within the time period of his guarantee. But he did it for free. Please know treating for termites is not 100% and the fact he stood by his work and took care of it well after his guarantee period speaks volume about his work ethic. Hes a good guy, give him a try.
