Went to get an appraisal for my vehicle to trade in. Had to take my grandson. Appraisal took a while and when done I said I needed to leave because my grandson was running around showroom but he is 2 years old after all. So I said let us know what they would give us for trade in in truck. Everything being done on line nowadays I thought it would be no problem. Never heard from them again. I did reach out to them but never received a response. I have purchased quite a few cars in last couple of years and this dealership will NEVER see business from me ever!

Purchased my car August 5th. Running real smooth until 2 days later it said maintenance required. Went up there they said I need all these things done to the car, spent 400 and something dollars. You would think everything is good on the car because you just got it. October 3rd battery died. Called them Monday morning. Spoke to Jared he said,” A dead battery is not covered under warranty y you have to pay 190 for a new battery” called back twice because I don’t think Jared understand what I was saying, the service department never answers they transferred to messenger center they said I’ll take your message and give it to them and they will call you. Til yet I’ve yet to get a call back. That’s bad customer service. Thank god Lipton Toyota have a great customer service they was able to help me. Just to find out the on the vehicle history they never changed the battery from the previous owner.

I had a great experience throughout the whole process buying a car. From the beginning Suzette Sinclair was very helpful on getting me the best deal, to the salesman Ewen who was very friendly and showed me the truck I wanted to Jeremy at the finance dept who helped me secure the best deal they had. Al Hendrickson Toyota is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. This is my first Toyota purchase and won’t be my last. I told them what I wanted and they found it! The GM- Scott, was present and ensured everything was going well for me as I finalized my purchase. Dexter and his process was quick and efficient, he had my car ready for me parked in the front, all the paperwork was available for me to sign when I arrived and I was in and out in less than an hour (with my 6 year old with me as well). Finance was no BS, first time that’s ever happened for me in all my years of purchasing cars. I am very happy and pleased not only with my experience but with my beautiful highlander! SCAMMERS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! This place employs shady and deceitful people.This dealership is far from being an honest one. They have multiple vehicles on their website with attractive price tags that are not actually available at their lots. Even if you call before heading over they will lie to you that these vehicles are in stock. This is the way they lure you in but once you arrive they will send over a random salesman to inform you that the car you came in for is not available and then they will try to convince you to purchase a different car.Its extremely ridiculous and dishonest to run a business like that.I wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase a car from them. My short but negative experience with them was enough to make me feel the need to warn people about this shady establishment.

Klaus was awesome. Brought my Corolla in for a bad ignition coil, replaced under extended warranty with $100 deductible.2 Days later another coil went bad, Klaus got the warranty company to replace the rest so I didn’t have multiple deductibles.Shuttled me back and forth, very accommodating & the coffee is pretty good.

I was very happy with the service. I was there for about two hours, had a water shield repaired that was hanging down on the front under carriage and scraping the road. Also while waiting I had oil changed and tires rotated. A little pricey ($172) but know the work was done professionally which eases my mind.

My parents & I drove 45 minutes because this was the most highly rated Toyota dealership within driving distance. Luckily, it was a well-worth visit and we left very content. We were assisted by Fernando G., who is honestly a true asset to Toyota. Not only was he fluent in Spanish (in order to help my parents), but he was also extremely knowledgeable, TRANSPARENT and patient with us. We came in with a less-than-desirable situation but Fernando did not hesitate to offer us the best quality customer service experience we could have asked for. To say that we went to about 5 or 6 dealerships and stuck with this one, speaks volumes. We left with a lifelong relationship not only with Toyota, but with Fernando G. Service was prompt and efficient. I wanted to forgo the tire rotation since we can get it done for free at our dealer back home. Klaus said he could do it at no extra charge, which I really appreciated as it saves me another trip when I get back home. The car was ready sooner than expected.

Booked appointment online for Sunday at 10 am. Arrived at 9:50 am. There was a very long line of cars and people waiting in the service area for intake. The Customer Service representative that I stood in line for. didn’t acknowledge me. When He finally talked to me 25 minutes later, he said that I wasn’t his representative. So, I got in another line for the correct representative. He helped me 5 minutes later, after I announced loudly that I had already waited in line. If Toyota service had name plates at their stations, I would have gone to the correct line to begin with. I won’t go on a Sunday morning again for service.

Moe, was GREAT. Entire deal negotiated via text. Came in for delivery and vehicle was cleaned, gassed up and ready. Showed up 15 mins early for appointments and Moe acknowledged us by name and was assisting us within a few mins. Moe went over features of the vehicle with my wife and had us in Finance within 30 mins. This was fast and enjoyable. I appreciate the finance manager Angelo Vaccarella for showing us all our options but not being pushy. We were cash customers and my experience with past dealer has been not pleasant. Most dealers as soon as you say cash they push you aside and make you wait, not the Al Hendrickson team. They were awesome. In and out of dealership in 1 hour 10 mins., that is fast! Thank you Moe.

Had a great experience with servicing my Toyota here. I like that I can schedule appointments online and text my service advisor. Klaus is trustworthy because he prioritizes work that needs to be done for safety and lets you know what to expect in the future.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! I went down to the dealership under the pretenses of no payments no interest for 1 year. I purchased the vehicle and on month 11 I paid the enitre car off entirely with 1 check, we settled at $41,000 for a Hylander. After the year passed I received and invoice for the entire years interest and additional money I did not agree to pay. After visiting the dealership a man named Told me he would take care of it, he did not snd it ended up ruining my perfect credit. I am 78 years old and after visiting 2 times and sitting for multiple hours each visit this manager did nothing but make me sit and fixed nothing. Finally I had my son contact their corporate headquarters and it was resolved very quickly as they were not impressed with the managers responsibilities to the public. I just heard on the radio the same exact Advertizing and I tell you do not use these people and if you do pay them off up front so they can’t do this to you too!!

I am a new Toyota customer and I was incredibly surprised at their level of customer service. The maintenance required light came on I suspected my vehicle needed the oil change. I was able to get an appointment the next day. It was determined that I needed an oil change but also had a recall on my fuel pump. They drove me home while the repairs were being done to my car and came to get me when the repairs were finished. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and accommodating.

I just purchased a car from Al Hendrickson Toyota about 6 months ago, upon signing the finance manager stated that I had a full year warranty on the vehicle. Now that I am having issues, I am being told that I do not have warranty on a 2020 and the people that work in the service department, wow they dont even get a one star, you have to wait and wait before they even acknowledge you and then my car set there over night and I had to call and inquire than they having to call me. If I had the time I would make a sign and picket in front of Al Hendrickson Toyota and tell people do not buy from here they dont keep their word.

My Al Hendrickson experience was great. Polite and respectful and treated me fairly. I recommend Ewen Johnson for a fine sales rep.

A friend recommended this dealership, so I decided to check it out. The sales management (Fernando) showed a level of immaturity and unprofessionalism I could not believe. I cannot recommend anyone to buy a car from here, and after looking at the negative reviews, those are too similar to my own experience. I see that management constantly replies that they will look into the matter and work on it, but apparently nothing is being done if the reviews stay the same. There are much better dealerships out there that appreciate your business, lets support them.

As a first time buyer with NO solid credit history, AL Hendrickson worked with me!! Fred, in sales, and Marcose, in finance helped me out. Fred found the car I wanted for the budget I was on with the credit score I have. Marcose communicated with a bank that suited my situation and pushed for numbers that work for me. Dimitry, at one of the desks next to finance made the process amusing, with his humor and hospitality. My experience was smooth and stress-free.

Although the staff was initially helpful and concerned, when there was an issue, we were treated poorly.A second key was missing. It was with salesperson Fernandez. He was going to purchase the vehicle for his wife who after putting 374 miles on the car decided not to take it. The person who had driven the car scratched the main display and the area next to the shift lever. We didnt notice this until we got the car home.We were made to wait over 30 minutes for the missing key to no avail. We need to go back again tomorrow and collect the key. Not the original missing key, but a fabricated one. So now there is a key out there that can open and drive my car. This is unacceptable.

Once again I had a great Experience with bringing my car to Al Hendricksons Toyota . The customer service that Krause Gave to us was exceptional. He told me that they were busy on this particular day, if I do not have any plans at all not sure what time the car would be ready. Within two hours my car was complete. I highly recommend taking your car to them. They are very kind courteous and on top of their game.

The service dept. Is very good. Never again will I buy from your sales dept. They said I could come back in 1 year and refinance. That was lie. They took me to the cleaners. I went there to talk to them about refinancing I was told I had to buy another new car . I just bought a new car 2020. They are liar. I was going to give a large sum of money as down payment on refinancing. I will tell my story to everone that ask me about my car. YOUR LOSS Im looking to refinance some where else.

After working with a sales person over the phone, I decided to purchase a 2021 Toyota Supra. I live roughly 3 hours from the dealership and requested that the paperwork for the deal be sent to me prior to my drive down to the dealership to pick up the car. The paperwork was not sent, nor was a deposit taken from my account after I authorized the deposit to be taken.I was affirmed by the sales person that I would be able to complete the sale on the car when I arrived at the dealership the following morning.The following morning: I arrived at the dealership at 9am and met with the sales person only to be informed that the sales person only worked with internet/phone sales. He would not be helping me through the process of the actual sale.So then I waited... a “middle man” of sorts said that the car was getting out the detail. After waiting an hour to test drive the car, they finally brought the vehicle to me. Me and my friend took it for a quick test drive.Then we waited... in the showroom for another hour and a half. I requested to the “middle man” that he get me the wire transfer information so I could go ahead and wire the money for the car. He never returned with the wire information. Thankfully I was able to dig up the info in my email.After the wire was sent we waited another 45min for the paperwork to be ready. This is the paperwork that should’ve been sent to me prior to me arriving at the dealership.The paperwork began, or it would’ve began, however the finance manager ignored my request to transfer my license plate from my old car and had instead issued a new plate for the car. This is something I expressed multiple times to the original “sales guy” when I spoke with him over the phone prior to coming to the dealership. This mix up cost another 25min of time to correct.The entirety of the experience was extremely unprofessional. It was not clear who was in charge and my distress was not met with appropriate comprehension. A sale that could’ve taken 30 minutes to complete took 5 hours.I regrettably prepared for a more professional experience.

I was pleased with the service I received at Al Hendrickson Toyota. Chris was my service technician. He had me in and out at a reasonable time. I went in because my car battery was on the blink. Shortly afterwards I was told they completed a safety check and I was good to go. Chris has been my service tech in the past and has always been helpful and honest to me.

I have been going to this dealership since 2007. I have bought 8 cars with this company and every time I go I get treated with respect and help me get into the car I want. Klaus has got to be my favorite thing to ever come out of a visit to a car dealership. I love coming here. I don’t live close to this Toyota dealership but the friendly atmosphere and nature makes it my preferred dealership. I did purchase my vehicle here too.

The service advisor I had is cool. Got everything that I wanted done in a decent time length. One thing id recommend is to keep an eye out for customers waiting in line as some service advisors might not acknowledge someone at the desk until they speak up. Also, the chat service wasnt helpful. Both of my service inquiries in the past year didnt get answered, so I know not to use that feature anymore. My 1st service inquiry a year ago was sent to the sales department, thinking that I was trying to buy a car, when my inquiry was about 10k mile maintenance. Overall, I would definitely come back for my next maintenance schedule.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. These people just want to make money off of you and move on to the next client. They don’t take the time to offer you a great experience as a first time customer. I’d go somewhere else where you’ll be more appreciated as a customer and not as another sale to earn their monthly bonus. They don’t know what going above and beyond for a customer is.

Great service! Very busy dealership, had to get there right when they opened and I was fortunate to get the exact suv I wanted. It was literally short and sweet. Car was washed before keys handed over to me.

Drove to this dealership from Savannah, GA (7 hour drive) to purchase a new Tundra since not many dealerships have inventory on new vehicles right now. I get there, after communicating with sales a person and manager, to be told no information was ready for me. I had no plans to stay there overnight and was only supposed to be a day trip. I sat there 2 hours waiting for my credit to be ran(AFTER I had applied for financing online the day before). They then proceeded to offer me less money for my trade than what was offered before. Several of the ppl I encountered there with the exception of my sales guy were extremely unfriendly. Fast forward a month to now, i have had to call a total of 7 times trying to get through to someone in accounting. I’m being told by my county tag office that after a month and a half no info has been sent to them by Al Henderickson Toyota for registration. I spoke with someone on Monday who said that they would overnight another temp tag to me so I should’ve receive it the next day. It’s now Friday and I have no temp tag and can’t seem to get anyone at this dealership to answer the phone or return a message. Out of state buyers do not even waste your time buying anything from this dealership. Very unorganized and I’m still left with no resolve to this situation.

Dimitry Sicard made this possible. He deserves a raise for the effort that he put out. He explains everything thoroughly and without persuasion. That is the way I prefer to buy a car . I will be referring many customers his way. Etienne was also helpful on explaining the features and got my car super clean.

Dexter is obviously a great salesman and knows how to run a smooth transaction. Ive bought ten new cars in my lifetime. This was the easiest transaction Ive ever experienced. One and a half hours to complete. Yes I did have an appointment and he was told which car I was interested in beforehand. I have been to Al Hendrickson for maintaining my Camry. I love the service I receive each snd every time always treated friendly and attentive service. This past week I was told my car would take 4 hours they took me home so I didn’t have to wait until then and to my surprise it only took 3 hours. I had good service. The shuttle service was great too.The only improvements I would suggest is the waiting area needs to be remodeled, its small and outdated. Also, the check-in should be moved inside and not outside.

Ive been with Toyota now for about 8 years. Dealing with services is usually a breeze, no complaints there. Just switched cars, went from the Corolla to a Camry. I really like the Camry, its a fine car. They usually give a breakdown of interest rate, expected payoff date and none of that was giving. Some of that is my fault, you get caught up in the waiting and all the numbers and things slip by. All in all its fine.
