I wish there was a -0 rating star. This company is a complete ripped off. First, we agree to a $89 call service that will go toward repair service received/accepted. Then, since we didnt do any service repair we expected to pay the quoted fee. However, the technician added an extra $75 fee for an inserted valve that he said he had to used to come up with a diagnostic. Therefore, we paid $75 extra for no repair. Second, please beware this company run on different name(s) as well. We called Payless Appliance Repair, then the technician gave us another business card under the name of Appliance Repair Broward County, M & MG APPLIANCE REPAIR. When asked why is the name different, he simply said it is the same company with many branches....
