Truly Class Act of a business. Responded immediately after I called to set up an appt, in less then a week no less. Changed my time day of because I had something come up and made a request with no issues. Tech was running a bit behind due to weather but called to let me know and make sure timing still worked.Initially couldn’t find the issue although continued to try other alternatives to make sure it was resolved prior to leaving. Wore a mask and even asked if I prefer him to take off his shoes.TRULY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM ALL AROUND! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Only if there was a 0 stars, that would be the appropriate star rating for this company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the worst cleaning service and the worst customer service Ive seen since the 90s. Here are the main points to why I gave them a 1 star rating. I had 16 ducts + 1 Dryer vent and 2 handlers, in which was done in less than an hour. The 2 handlers should take 10-15 minutes minimum each and the dryer vent 15-20 minutes. Together is 20-40 minutes. How they accomplished 16 vents and a dryer vent in less than an hour is still unknown. Also, they are very dirty workers and dont clean after them. Dirt everywhere from the popcorn ceiling and in one of the bathroom, lint everywhere. Duct vent cover bent from screwing to hard. No lint was outside the dryer vent, so I opened it and found dirt everywhere. I also opened the hose for the dryer and it was covered with dirt. Handlers were not remotely cleaned. The worse is, when I asked them to come and finish the job after sending them photos, the guy Mike blocked my calls. All I did was text him the photos. Also a reminder, they charged me $30 per vent plus $90 for the handler and 2 handlers $100 (each). Their vacuum doesnt handle big jobs. DO NOT USE THEM!

Wish there were zero stars. Person who came to my hose spent 20 minutes in house then went outside told me he went to roof and there was no blockage. Doubt he ever went on roof and then didn’t attach vent to wall correctly. Shoved the tubing back in house rather than around vent. Can’t even try to fix as when he did this he took my clamp. Now dryer isn’t drying And is noisy and I’ve had to order item he took to see if I can fix.

Called after hours and was able to speak to someone to schedule an appointment for the next day. The team arrived on time and resolved my issue within fifteen minutes! The price was very reasonable for the work completed and considering the amount of frustration it saved me it was well worth it. Will use them again in the future when I need this service again.

Do not use this company. They do not clean vents very well. They did not clean my handlers, even though I paid to clean both. They bent my vents, which I had to replace. They leave dirt everywhere. I tried to get Mike to come back after showing him photos via text, but it was ignored and instead he blocked me. how pathetic.

Extremely satisfied with my service from Vivs. Our new dryer told us there was 90% airflow reduction so we called for vent work. Mike called me back immediately, was able to schedule me for the next day, and gave me an estimate that was reasonably cheaper than their competitors. The next day, Mike himself showed up within the time frame, with a smile and got to work. When the project grew in difficulty due to pursuing a twisting attic vent, Mike serviced us with a smile and our estimate never changed. Will certainly be using this service again if need be and recommending it to anyone in need.

I usually dont leave reviews, but Vivs service was so great that I had to leave a comment! I noticed my vent was having a reduction in air flow so I looked online for a vent cleaning company. Based on the reviews I called and was surprised that Viv came out the next day to help me! Since then I have had him help my neighbor and he was quick with his service for her as well! Worth the review!

I Called Vivs vent cleaning out to my house from Home advisor and Mike did a fabulous job. He completely cleaned the line out and showed me everything that was blocking the vent. He was very reliable, professional and made sure the job was done properly. After he was done he cleaned and put everything back in place. I now realize how important it is to have this service done at least once a year. I have known other people who have used companies that dont do good work and arent professional. I am so glad that my problem is gone and my dryer is back in perfect working order. Thanks again Mike!

WARNING****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I recently remodeled my entire townhouse to the tune of over $65,000. I Purchased a new washer and dryer and they were delivered on Friday night December 7, 2018 at approximately 6 PM on Sunday. I started my mountain of laundry that had be pilling up for over two weeks waiting for the delivery of my new washer and dryer. Shortly after putting clothes in the dryer a red blinking vent symbol came on the dryer, I wiggled the dryer out far enough to see if the vent hose was blocked and it wasn’t, So I tried again. Light came on again which told me it was my vent that went outside to the roof. I went online and found a local company Viv’s Vent cleaning, it had many wonderful reviews, called and on a Sunday and Michael answered and said that he could come out Monday morning at 8 AM. Michael with an assistant showed up on time at 8 AM. When I showed him where the washer and dryer were I told him that we need to take the handle off the bathroom door so they could pull the dryer out all the way out otherwise they would not be able to get behind it. We had to remove the handle to get the dryer and washer in the bathroom. Michael told me no no we will just close the bathroom door and pull out the dryer we will get back there. They were in and out of the bathroom a dozen times. I was able to see that they got quite a bit of lint out of the vents, however they were still having a problem clearing the line to the roof. They said they finally were able to clear the line, I gave Michael a check and they left. Michael had given me some door hangers and some magnets to pass out my neighbors but I realized he gave me no receipt. When I went to the bathroom to start my laundry I noticed that they had ripped out of the wall the brand new doorstop, that was in brand new baseboards, that had recently been painted. I was upset, but it could be fixed easy enough. My dryer was on for about 15 minutes and it stopped with the blinking vent light again. I called Michael and he did not answer, I left a message. I texted Michael telling him that the dryer vent was still blocked and he needed to come back, I had taken the day off to get this fixed. When Michael and his assistant we’re here they both had their phones on their hips. This was concerning when he didn’t answer, didn’t call me back and left me no receipt. I contacted my bank and stopped the payment for the check. At this point I didn’t know who I was dealing with. At 5:40 in the evening he texted me telling me he was sorry he was busy with other customers and wanted to make it right and wanted to know when he could come. I am scheduled to be in Miami the rest of the week I told him. My girlfriend and her husband came over to see the new washer and dryer and he noticed a slew of dents in the top of my dryer. OMG these dents were created when they put their weight on the dryer to lift themselves up and over the washer and dryer. They were climbing over the washer and dryer, standing on my brand new toilet and sitting and scooting on my brand new marble vanity to squeeze themselves out the door which was about a 7 inch opening. I can’t tell you how upset I was. I called him left a message texted him he still has yet to respond. I told him I want the name of his insurance company because I want to make a claim for them to come out and fix the top of my dryer. I still have not heard from Michael. He is a very young guy and if I were you I would pick a more experienced company that has integrity. You can’t damage someone’s material and not contact them back to try and make it right. I will be contacting a lawyer and I will get it fixed along with whatever the fee the attorney chargers for his services. The washer and dryer were $1800 from Brandsmart and had been in my house two days. I looked him up on Sun Biz which is were you register your business, I searched broward county license department, can’t find the name of his company anywhere! DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH A PHYSICAL ADDRESS!!
