Great experience here! Was honestly a little skeptical, at first, but Art (the associate that helped us) was incredibly knowledgeable. The board sizes he recommended for us were perfect! I, unfortunately, dislocated my shoulder on the first of our 3-day rental, and they refunded me the extra two days with absolutely no hassle! The surf shop next door is also a great stop for the surfer enthusiast!

Prices a little high, but youd expect that from THE SURF SHOP. I was surprised the age of the staff at the counter (probably averaging 50s), but was thrilled by it as I feel older generations understand customer service better (Im in my mid 30s). The place was clean, bathrooms attended to regularly and very well organized.My only disappointment is the sex wax stickers all over the counter area at eye level for children. Glad mine werent with me.

I love this place, its a must visit if youre anywhere within an hours drive of Cocoa Beach. If youre looking for beach rentals, theyve got evening you need and great rental rates too. We rented bikes to ride on the beach, only $10 each for the entire day.

Rent bikes here! Theyre pretty cheap compared to what we saw. We had a blast cruising up and down the beach and on side streets.

Good prices for rentals.BUT if youre wanting to do Stand Up Paddle boarding, just know that the 10 boards weigh about 30 pounds, and even though they have a grip/handle on them, the grips are terrible. They are extremely difficult to carry 0.3 miles all the way to the beach, and then 0.3 miles all the way back to the store when youre done. They will not go pick the boards up for you. Id recommend going someplace closer, right on the beach.For surfing, I rented a longboard one time and it was poorly maintained, with sand all mixed into the wax on top of the board that was impossible to remove, which caused pretty bad board rash.

Very fair prices on rentals

Glad I could rent a wetsuit there as I heard there wasnt many places that did. Though when I said my size in women they didnt know what size I was in mens. Not very helpful for a surf shop. Beside that the staff was nice

Good selection of rentals but hours are too restricted and not convenient for surfers. Had an otherwise good experience with my rentals here. Staff was friendly.
