Patricia and Richard are the absolute best. Weve stayed with them twice. The second time was on a move from Florida to New York, and when we checked in, they had a NY cheesecake (that Patricia made) in the fridge, a Yankee-themed Mickey Mouse and NY Giants hat on the counter for my son, and a bunch of other goodies. The villas are super pleasant and comfy, and just a block from the sand.

An absolutely wonderful place to relax and unwind. Our family doesnt like to bother with all the craziness of spring break and find that this is the perfect place. Very quaint. We have stayed with Richard and Patricia for 4 spring breaks now. Wondeful and friendly hosts. They provide towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and great restaurant recommendations. Right across the road is the beach. Its perfect & quite because its more of a residential beach. Great memories, my year isnt complete until Ive stayed a week here!

We went to Cocoa Beach to relax and have fun. Richard and Patricia were the best hosts ever. They took care of our every need. Our condo was clean, well equipped and reasonably priced, and great location. We would highly suggest for people to stay at this location.
