Great location, view of ocean and beach access. A little ot of the city which is nice.

Location is great. Apartments not so much please fix the internet as it wouldnt connect... could have been so much more, also the toilet should not have to be held on flush for 5 seconds.... cmon guys this is vacation...

Our vacation at Cocoa Beach was wonderful we stayed at some Bungalows which was fantastic the staff was very nice was very pleasant we were literally one block away from the ocean and on the other side we were right there on the other side of the ocean so you got to see the sunrise and the sunset I loved it I would go back again but I hear theyre talking about building a big Resort which takes all the fun out of someplace if you just want to have a nice quiet vacation and resorts kind of run I hope Cocoa Beach days a nice small friendly Community like it was when I was there on vacation I would recommend you go before they change it into a resort

We stayed here the week of the 4th great beach and nice facilities. The place we stayed in needed a little updating but over all it was clean and well maintained.
