We had Jess as our Sunset Tour guide. She was amazing!! The weather was kinda iffy and she kept look on the radar the whole tour. We had a blast going through the mangrove tunnels. Saw lots of jumping fish, some beautiful birds, a few dolphins and a possible manatee sighting. My sister in law never kayaked before and Jess was a great teacher. All 3 of us had a great time and learned alot. 🛶🌅😊 We would definitely do this again.

We had an amazing time! It was really cool going through the mangroves and learning about them. Our tour guide was Jess and she was phenomenal. We did not get to see any Manatees at all. A few of us got a glimpse of some dolphin fins but nothing much. We did get to catch an amazing sunset! Would definitely do this again!

Blake was such a nice young man, he was very informative and easy to talk to. He gave a good tour and let us stick around a little bit after as he packed up to possibly show us some of the illumination in the water. Very nice tour with a very nice guy. Well worth the money 💰 saw lots of dolphins 🐬

We had such an absolutely incredible experience with Blake. Even working around weather and windy conditions it was the perfect morning for our family. Blake was so knowledgeable during our time together and even about where to grab lunch and gave us some special hints on how to make the rest of the day even more memorable for our girls. Our family with a 13 year old and an 8 year had the perfect family time. I wish we had time to do the sunset and night tour as well. We will be back!

My family and I had an awesome time on this trip It was very relaxing, beautiful and the weather was perfect we saw two manatees a dolphin and all kinds of birds and Blake was very knowledgeable and very patient with us I highly recommend.

What a great time ! Adam and Blake gave us a fantastic, informative experience. They took the time to explain about how the mangrove tunnels were formed.These guys were super friendly and made me and my family feel relaxed and comfortable.They pointed out all kinds of wildlife along the way; different types of fish, birds, and we even saw manatee and dolphins!!Also this outfit takes pictures for you along the way so you can focus on the beautiful scenery. All the pictures are made available for free!They even gave us water bottles along the way.

Amazing tour! Would recommend to anyone going to that area. It is def an adventure and may push one slightly out of ones comfort zone, but isnt that what life is about? Do it, you wont regret it! Hope for Jess as a guide; she is super knowledgeable and chill.

Was relaxing and informative. We didn’t get to see some of the wildlife we were hoping but that was made up by an amazing guide that made it so interesting and fun. He knew a lot of information and really made it an enjoyable experience. When I come back I will gladly return for another trip through the mangroves. Excellent all around.

This was absolutely amazing! We went on the 7:15pm- 9:15pm tour! This allowed us to see the sunset and also the bioluminiscente water at night! Our guide was named Ian! He was so kind and made the whole experience amazing! He took some great photos of my husband and I on our tour! Fin expeditions takes pictures of you on the tour for free and will email them to you! Jeremy, the owner, was so flexible with rescheduling since it was going to rain the day we originally had it scheduled! We will definitely do this again!! I highly highly recommend booking your kayaking tour with Fin Expeditions instead of any other company! They are so amazing and they take small groups which allows you to truly enjoy everything and makes it more personable!! We LOVED IT!!!

10/10 highly recommend. This is one of the coolest things weve done. Our guide, Jess, was awesome, very knowledgeable and perso able! The trip was amazing from start to finish. It was a bit windy so we had to put a little more effort into paddling at some parts but it kept the bugs away. Kayaks were super comfortable and easy to maneuver- much easier than the clear ones. Its difficult to get decent pictures, maybe try a go pro- wish Id brought mine- but the experience will create unforgettable memories regardless of whether you have pics. Do it, youll love it!

Blake was an awesome tour guide. Very knowledgeable and was not rushing you through to get done with the tour. Highly recommend this tour. We have never been kayaking before and had our 13 year old and 4 year old with us, and they loved it. Kayaks were awesome and easy to use. Blake delivered on a momma dolphin and calf and he switched the tour up to follow them up the river. Great experience! My wife and I were nervous because of our experience level with kayaks and a 4 year old, don’t be u will be able to get the hang of it quickly and just relax and enjoy the scenery.

We had a fantastic tour last night with our guide, Ian. We did the sunset/bioluminescence tour which allowed us to look for sea mammals, watch the sunset, navigate the mangrove tunnels, AND play in the bioluminescence. It encompassed everything we wanted to see at a great value.Ian was an excellent guide and answered every one of my questions (2 hours worth!) He is very knowledgeable about the preserve and has plenty of fun facts. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

Went out for a bio tour and the bioluminescent algae was awesome. Our guide Blake did a fantastic job of being relaxed and giving us knowledge of the area. It was the most relaxed workout Ive ever done. The bio was very bright in some areas and we got to see and hear the dolphins.Would recommend taking this tour even for the locals!

This was easily the most fun experience we had while on the space coast. Our guide, Noah, was very knowledgeable, personable and fun. We had such a fun time that we almost wanted to do it all over again. We got to see crabs, pelicans, herons, jellyfish and dolphins. It’s a shame we didn’t see any manatees but everything about this tour is worth the money. You won’t be disappointed.

My kids loved the jelly fish which I don’t feel are advertising but definitely a highlight! Noah gave us great recommendations on local eats as well. Have been trying to do this tour for years and was in FL at the right time to do the bioluminescence tour last night. It was well worth the wait and far exceeds any other attraction in Florida (Inc Disney, Everglades, Kennedy Space Center etc etc). It was a bucket list item and it did not disappoint. Jess, our guide, kept an eye out for volatile weather (a far off backdrop of lightning did nothing but enhance the experience) while informing us and safely navigating our way throughout the night. Our young teens paddled happily solo while us adults did a tandem. While safety was important to the company there really is nothing to be worried or scared about. A light paddle about in calm (beautiful) shallow waters is well within most peoples ability. Pictures or videos won’t properly document the experience and it honestly has to be seen to believe. The only caveat is despite the abundance of bug spray made available to us, in calm conditions the bugs can be irritating (Shocking in FL). If I was to do it again (Which I hope to - the folks in our party were on their second tour) I would definitely wear a light long sleeve and pants. We got a full-on display brightness-wise and I can’t possibly recommend this experience with Fin Expeditions any more highly. We feel lucky to have participated and it’s a memory none of our family will ever forget.

He shared great info about local wildlife we would not have otherwise known.I would highly recommend reading your confirmation email for where to go to meet up. We went to the wrong address (my fault) but Noah patiently waited and did not take that time away from us on the guided tour.

I took the Sunset Tour with my 28 & 16 year old daughters and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Florida. I enjoyed this more than Universal Studios. It was a small group of people out in nature, no lines, no craziness. This was my first time kayaking and Jess our guide made it easy as well as interesting. I will definitely take the tour again my next visit to Cocoa Beach.

Words cannot describe what a cool experience this was. Ian was our guide, very eco knowledgeable. We did the 7:15 trifecta, sunset, plus mangrove tunnels, plus bioluminescence. I was raised in Central Florida ... I should have done this years ago. The experience with the family was priceless though. Pictures cannot do the bioluminescence justice. Our guide, Noah, was amazing! He explained everything we needed to know about staying safe in the kayak. He explained to us a little bit of history of the area, the plants, and animals. We were guided step by step, and had an great time. He even gave us tips where to watch an amazing sunset by the river, and have dinner at Cape Canaveral. We appreciate and recommend this tour!

The bioluminescence tour was stunningly beautiful. Our tour guide, Ian, did a great job. He was thorough, funny, helpful and knowledgeable. The email after booking needs to be read thoroughly. We missed two very important pieces of information when we didn’t read the email well enough. That was location and bug spray. Google maps gave us a different address than the email. The email also suggested bug spray. This cannot be stressed enough. Ian also had some to borrow but you need to cover yourself, like I mean practically bathe in bug spray before you go. I didn’t use any and couldn’t sleep the next two nice because I was itching. I counted at least 60 bites between just my arms. Bug spray is a absolute must!

We had seen the write up for the bio-luminescence kayaking in the Orlando Sentinel a few months ago and felt it was now safe from a COVID perspective to try it. It was a tremendously enjoyable experience, from the booking right through to the end of the tour. Our guide, Ian has got to be the best there is! He was attentive to each persons needs, aware of COVID precautions, and threw in humor and fun facts along the tour. We thought we did not have the stamina to kayak for 90 minutes but Ian made it so interesting, the time just flew by. We were sad the tour ended until we realized it was after 11:00 PM. The whole bio-luminescence was amazing- to catch lighted forms of jelly fish, play in the water and see schools of fish do a nightly dance for you. I highly recommend the night tour. The tour is safe, the kayaks are comfortable and easy to maneuver and the guide is both knowledgeable and enjoyable. It is amazing that after one introduction, he knew all the names of 11 of us in our party.

This was outstanding and yes, my second time to take this tour. I am just about to book my third tour for next week.We have had Blake and Noah and both are brilliant, patient and passionate about nature and wildlife. Our college kids were home for the 4th of July weekend, this tour make our hearts and time together such a wonderful experience!The only suggestion I would give, dont forget to tip! These guys work so hard! We arrived way to early both times and the work they do to make sure our time is without flaw is worth every penny.

We had a wonderful time with the guides. We have 3 boys and our oldest (11) was able to paddle in his own kayak. We were able to see manatees as well as a dolphin and played with the jellyfish. They were very informative and answered all of the customers questions. We had a wonderful time. The boys say it was the most fun they have had during our visit to Florida. We would do this all over again, but we might do the sunset guide!

One word to describe our bioluminescence tour with Fin Expeditions….SURREAL.Even after a FL summer storm moved in and forced us back to shore as we were justunderway, our tour guide, Jesse, was patient, professional, and prudent, and we were back on the waterafter a short wait. Our guide was Ian and he was fantastic!! He answered all of my 6 year olds question and encouraged him to ask more. He was informative and knowledgeable. Thank you Ian for making this a awesome adventure.

Our tour guide, Jess, was wonderful! The tour was fun, relaxing and informative. We saw birds, stingrays and dolphins. At the end Jess found the jelly creatures that illuminate and we were able to see the bio illumination and hold the jelly, so fun. We loved it and would highly recommend Fin Expeditions.

Knowledgeable leaders and a unique area to explore - Definitely recommend later tours, specifically the bioluminescent ones! Never heard of it anywhere else and it was comfortable and easy to maneuver in our kayaks even with some wind.
