I stayed next door and went in the hotel for Starbucks and to check their indoor store. When on my way out I notice the fish tank, the adult shark was DEAD, like eyes open not moving kind of deal, and the other two large fish were suffocating barely moving. All small fish and sharks were fine, but the tanks conditions for the larger fish is not correct, they were dead or looked sick. As a seaside location focus more on the maintenance of your confined large animals, you already charge tourist prices in the hotels store, put it to good use. I was going to apply for a job there but left absolutely disappointed.

First I would like to say we BOOKED Saturday July 3rd on the way in to the area. 3rd party as well. We were met at the front desk by a man named John. He was the highlight of our stay. We had a couple of issues checking in as far as overbooking and cleaning rooms. He did everything in his power to make it accommodating for us. I havent had anyone that nice and courteous in hospitality in quite a while. Made me feel extremely comfortable and more than welcomed. Thanks again John!!! Your amazing!!

Super close to the beach! Walk to it from the road it’s on (Marion). 5 level car garage. Rooms are clean, plenty of space, free wifi, has a huge shop with small sharks swimming in a tank which was cool to see. Close to Kennedy Space Center which is why we stayed here in the first place. Would stay again.

We were checked in by Ms.Theresa! She is such a wonderful, sweet and forthcoming lady. John in the afternoons is amazing, funny and caring. They are wonderful and the best people. They bend over backwards to make sure everything is okay.The hotel is in a great location. Great shopping, food is close (there is also bar/restaurant/ Starbucks in the hotel) and the beach is a 5 minute walk.The rooms are nice and clean.The whole staff is friendly! We will definitely be back!!!!!

Old and outdated . But, worst of all the pool bleached and killed my daughters hair within minutes also took the color out of her bathing suit. She is a swimmer and we have never experienced this. Literally melted her hair. Pool was gross and old looking as well. Nothing like the picture.

Overall the hotel was nice. The bed was very soft and a bit uncomfortable. But there is a bit of concern for security even though we were told the hallways were secured and required a card access, all the door handles were stuck in the open position allowing access to every hallway, that coupled with the room doors requiring an extra push to ensure theyre securely closed was a bit much. In fact we returned to our door not being fully secured even after I had verified it was fully closed because as a member of the cleaning crew said oh that was me I was checking to see if the room was occupied, I forgot to pull it closed all the way

Not the best..1st of all, the pool looked like a baby pool compared to the pictures and the description. There were only 3 chairs at the pool as well and there was dirt all around the pool edge that came off on one of my kids bathing suits.There was a long wait at the restaurant.The adds, pictures and description of the motel makes it seem like the beach is right out the door, but in fact its quite a walking distance away so we couldnt even take our cooler.The motel closed its option to get a room at 9 pm. Not great for a local who wanted to stay at the last minute.There was (WHAT APPEARED TO BE) a towel on the wall that had dried in place and hadnt been cleaned off! Not to mention a milk container from McDonalds and a bunch of other trash under the beds and dresser...YUCK! I would never want to spend $200 for a room like this one!

This hotel has the opportunity to be an easy five stars. But hotel is missing some very important key features.The good. The rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel staff was very friendly. The location was excellent for going to the beach, Ron Jon’s, and Kennedy Space Center. The indoor salt water tank is a great addition.The bad. The amenities leave a lot to be desired. The pool is tiny, cold, and the waterfall doesn’t work. The jacuzzi blower doesn’t work and the staff said they are waiting on parts ( Only three things can go wrong with the jets, and parts are usually in stock). The AC in the room has one setting, below freezing. It could have just been my room, but it was very uncomfortable. We had the setting at 72 and the room was musty and 63 degrees. The fan doesn’t stop so we had air blowing the whole night. We had to put the AC on heat mode to increase the room temp, which took almost 24 hours. This helped remove some of the moisture in the room. You fix these issues and the hotel will be excellent. I would give them another try, specially because some of this deferred maintenance could be from COVID related issues.

I loved this place. At first it was a rainy day so we were kind of annoyed. We checked into our room and, this is the only bad thing I gotta say, the rooms were NICE just a little small, so I called the front desk and Ellie picked up and said she didn’t have any more suites, oh well. Anyways we kept a positive attitude and we went to the hotel restaurant. Logan, our server, was serving like 10 tables with big groups all by himself and still killing it! He was super attentive and sweet and just overall an amazing server and bartender. Then we got our food (we tried like half the menu) and all of it was amazing and so fresh tasting. In the middle of lunch I got up to ask a question to the manager who was just walking around for convenience, and I guess when I approached him, Ellie from the front desk saw me and came up to me, said she recognized my voice from the phone and a suite opened up and she wanted to give it to us before anyone else took it! It was so nice of her I absolutely love her. Then, we go to the pool, it’s small but cute! Such friendly people there, very secluded, you might even be lucky enough to have the entire pool to yourself at times. The hotel is inside the Ron Jon surf shop so if you get a suite you can see the entire lobby, surf shop, and restaurant from your window (one way window) and it’s really unique, really cool. All the staff was super nice, everything was really clean, I didn’t want to eat anywhere else because the food and drinks are amazing, and we just had an overall really awesome time here.

2 blocks from beach was nice. Was there 5 nights. Got room serviced once, they made the bed but didn’t change sheets. Had to request towels,cause didn’t get serviced. Restaurant was mediocre at best, don’t get the fish & chips,(too greasy). Never a manager there to complain too & still can’t get one on the phone a week later. & unexplained charges on my wife’s credit card showing up even after we were there. Also pool does not look like the pictures on the internet.

Positive: Location. So much stuff to do within walking distance. Loves the surf shop that was connected to the hotel. Negative: The air conditioning. Couldn¿t turn the temp up only down, wouldn¿t ever shut off unless it was switched to off. So it either was an ice box or muggy. But other than that, it was great!!

I booked this hotel because of WiFi capability, since I had to work in my hotel room. Internet was NOT working!!!! Reception was promising that GM would call me back which he never did. Bad costumer service and that GM is in wrong position. I can’t recommend this hotel. The images are misleading, pool is underneath parking garage, seeing garage ceiling above you and no sunlight is terrible. Reception was not the friendliest.

Pretty clean, but outdated, towels feel like sandpaper. Breakfast was available but not sure why we cant serve ourselves now what we know about covid. Common sense still lacks in Florida just like everywhere. Jacked up the cost per night on Friday night, definitely not worth the price increase. They dont clean your.room while you are staying there. The hotel is advertised as “beach front,” in reality, it’s 3-4 blocks from the beach. The Jr Suite rooms over-look the retail store, there are no outside windows. The pool is very small with 4-6 chairs, high walls around it, between the parking lot and sidewalk. The room was fine, mini-fridge and microwave. Close to shopping and restaurants, friendly staff.

Great place to stay pool isnt what it looks in pictures but this place has a huge gift shop and 3 stores! A block and a hop from the beach and only 1 mile from the pier would revisit

We stayed here for my birthday weekend. I booked through booking.com and needed to change my reservation. Though booking.com was not accommodating I called the hotel with them on the phone via 3 way. The staff were great and accommodating above and beyond. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The best part is my friend lost a necklace in the room and it was turned in by the staff. The hotel immediately called to notify me that they had found the necklace abs were holding it for pickup. Honesty is a wonderful thing abs I want to commend the staff for being so wonderful. Thank you all for making my birthday so special.

Average hotel. Staff was friendly and food in restaurant was good. Room was clean. I don’t recommend the Atrium view because it overlooks the restaurant and surf shop. Pool is located in the parking garage. Booked a staycation package that came with parking and breakfast. Front desk forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers upon check in, but resolved the issue. However, they doubled charged me for parking. Talked to front desk in person before checkout, the Marriott app chat feature and a few phone calls, but was never refunded for parking weeks after my stay.

Positive: Excellent location in the middle of Cocoa Beach. Could walk to several fun locations such as the beach and mini-golf. Offered bike rentals, too, which were excellent price. The staff was great, very friendly, and the restaurant had excellent food. Negative: The hotel room could have been cleaner. Mold on the shower curtain, tiling in bathroom needed cleaning. The Pool was the biggest disappointment. It was small and dirty and was in the parking garage. Seriously, the parking garage!!! Covered by the overhang

Positive: The location was fantastic! Across the street from Ron John¿s and a block away from the beach. Beds were comfy and we liked the shop and restaurant on premise. My kids were obsessed with the huge aquarium! Negative: The floors of the elevator and room were dirty. The pool left a lot to be desired, which was a bummer. The most uncomfortable layout chairs and it was located next to the parking structure. Our kids still enjoyed it though and we were happy it was heated

The one thing good about this hotel was location other than that not happy . Pool is super small and in an awkward place by the parking garage. At check in I was charged completely different from what my reservation said and when I pointed it out I was told because the site it’s estimating taxes . Mind you I booked directly on the website. I was charged $50 more ! I asked for towels around 1:00pm and was told to use the ones in my room because they did not have available . I went to check back at 7:00pm and still no towels ! I was told they have a vender who brings towels they don’t do that here ! Not happy at all. Definitely won’t stay again

I booked a stay using points but was charged points plus money for the stay. I brought the incident to the attention of the manager. The manager acknowledged the mistake and said my card would be refunded. They never sent the refund so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I never expected Marriott to be dishonest. I will never stay here again

Our rating is fair at best! Pool area was dirty, hot tub did not work, location of the pool was undesirable, under a parking garage. The faux rock waterfall was covered in bird feces and bottom of the pool was dirty. Pool area lacked lounging chairs as well. Paying for parking daily in the attached garage is unacceptable especially if you are already paying premium for the room rate. The store was nice and the location of the hotel was close to the beach. Room accessories were worn out and needed to be replaced.

We stayed at the hotel and decided to have breakfast at the hotel owned restaurant Shark Pit. They only had a server, a cook and a dishwasher in the restaurant. The hotel staff was 20 feet away with two people at the check in desk and no one there. It was a Sunday and the weather was horrible. I asked staff member at the check in desk, Ellie, why they couldn’t help and they said CDC guidelines won’t allow more than the current amount of staff (3) in the restaurant at a time due to COVID-19. This server, Luke, was absolutely amazing dealing with the stress. The cook was doing a fantastic job as the food was delicious. If Luke wasn’t so kind we would not have stayed. He not only served more than 10 tables but he also was the bartender and there were at least 6 people at the bar. I CANNOT believe that this would be a CDC guideline and if it is the hotel should have limited the amount of customers coming into the restaurant so they did not overwhelm their employees!

I wish there was an option for negative stars. This was a bad experience. From the time that we arrived there was cleanliness issues in the room. Old plastic utensils, a dirty sock on the fire alarm, prior guests hair stuck to the shower walls and the worst was the menstrual pad under the bathroom sink. It was only an overnight trip that we arrived late with children & left at checkout. Not an ideal time frame to room change. The front desk was kind enough to state they would compensate us for the unacceptable state of the room. A week later they charged us. I contacted the hotel 3 times and left messages for the GM with no call back. I called Marriott corporate who also apologized & stated that someone would call to resolve the situation. This happened in November and it is now March. I think that this is unacceptable service during and after the stay. In the current health situation there should be no question about cleanliness in a major hotel chain. I’m disappointed and disgusted. At this point I’m no longer going to chase a refund. I will not stay at a Marriott affiliated facility and will tell all my friends and patrons about my experience. I’m a business owner in Ft. Lauderdale and I would never leave a customer hanging after so many attempts to resolve a matter. Shame on Marriott!

Positive: The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious but the best part about this hotel is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is the best possible. In addition a lost necklace was recovered within minutes and returned. 10 out of 10. Negative: No like everything

The hotel is dated. the pool is in a garage. The jacuzzi doesnt work. The nice water fall you see in the picture probably never worked and honestly the pic if you look at it carefully looks like the water fall was airbrushed in. 1/2 of the rooms at the hotel have absolutely no view at all. The windows have an interior view that looks into a store with clothing racks. Thats all you see clothing racks, No sky or sun which is what i expect to see when i check into a hotel on the beach. Speaking of the beach; its a three block walk from the hotel and they offer no amenities. No beach towels and your on your own to purchase a beach chair. For the money you can do alot better.

Positive: My son enjoyed the salt water aquairum in the lobby. We spent hours in the ajoining store and in the restaurant watching the black tip sharks and eels. The restaurant has happy hour so I was content to watch the sharks too!

Not a bad place to lay your head, there is a surf shop and a restaurant onsite which they give you 15% off at both. Restaurant has a beautiful fish tank with some sharks, eel and colorful fish, the food is nothing special but our waiter was great and funny. If you are in Cocoa for the Victory Casino boat this hotel is close.

Only reason that Im giving this hotel 4 stars is due to the A/C. The air was set on 66 and didnt feel cold at all. It makes it hard to go sleep in a warm room. Besides that the hotel was nice. I feel like they made a good effort to spread guess out to help cut back on large groups of people.

Front desk reception was terrible he was short tempered, stressed and was rude to us as we were checking in. I was not in a rush or demanding attention he just snapped at me as I was standing there. Not the kind of welcome one would expect when checking in after a long day excited to reach our hotel for the week.

Love this place, but inside of the room had no extra towels for the pool or no coffee pot of the coffee machine. The room is for a office style of person, not someone who wants to be on a vacation. The TV remote was not up to par with using it, the buttons were not working right. And the TV didnt have a paper saying what channels are available. And no posts of saying what the check out time is on the front door, inside of the door in the bedroom. Plus there is no balconies. It blew me away not having that, because it is only a 3 star hotel, which it used to be a four star hotel. But it was strange that a strange person said to me, how was the pool today. It freaked me out knowing that he, doesnt know us. Do we have someone watching us. It seemed weird. But over all, they are all a friendly staff, and they all wore their masks. Just as I did too. Thanks. I would stay here again and tell my friends and family about this hotel. Thanks once again.

Yikes! Housekeeping opens door without knocking first- every day we were there. Dunbasses!No towels for pool or beach. Oh, pool? Its in the parking garage. Ummmmmmm. No sun. Hot tub broken. View that we paid for? Oh yes, theres a view alright....the escalators of their gift shop. Our view was of the interior of a 2 story gift shop. What a joke!!!. Never again. Great location btw lol!!! That is the sole selling point. Never again. Sh!t hole.

This was by far one of the worst experiences. We had a room reservation for Saturday, April 10th, through the 11th for one night, while my family was traveling. We had two small kids & 2 dogs-which is why it affected us as much as it did. when we got there, we were told they had no rooms ready, and we didn’t get our room until 4 hours later. in the meantime we were told to wait in the parking garage...really bad customer service, as they didn’t offer anything, nor did they seem the least bit concerned. there was a female and a male at the desk & while the female went to look for rooms (4 hours later) we spoke to the young man to which got frustrated & called my father who was with us, “bro” and walked into the back. I have served in food retail as a supervisor & I completely understand times can be frustrating however this was not how you handle this situation. our family will make it a point to avoid this company at all cost.Ps: we were not the other family as we watched several customers be turned away due to their room not being ready either. We later found out that they overbooked.

Maybe just a bad night for them, but had to wait till around 7:00 -7:30 before we could check into room. Nice room, but unimpressed with the check in and service at front desk.

This wasnt the original place we booked, but this place was definitely an upgrade thanks to booking.com. The fish tank is a beautiful sight, right in the shop or enjoy the view while eating at the Shark Bite. The overall atmosphere of Four Point has a great home feeling. The rooms satisfactory and they follow Covid guidelines. The services are attentive and very polite and its smack in the middle of a lot of places, beaches and piers, all walking distance.

As much as I want to give this a raving review bc of how excited I was to stay here, I cant. We booked an ”aquarium view” thinking they had this big aquarium and womp womp a view looking down on a small fish tank. Old, and in serious need of new upgrades and especially mattresses. They feel old and saggy, and here it is 1 am, and I’m writing a review bc I can’t sleep!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful beach, and beautiful people.

The stay was okay due the fact it was close to 10k race I was doing at the beach. There were some minor issues of the cleaniness of the hotel but that got resolved. However the trip got super sour after dealing with the sales associate Jody at the gift shop they have at the hotel. Jody and another sales associate that had no name tag allowed another patron to skip the line. They didnt say sorry for the inconvenience and for having to wait longer. Instead they wrongly charged for a couple of items. They also didnt apply the discount that the hotel provided of 15%. Which was Jodys fault since she made the comment of is this your discount in which I answered Im staying at the hotel and I just gave you the discount from my pocket. Which she for some reason didnt believe that I was staying at the hotel. Also she couldnt put my merchandise in a bag because apparently she didnt have any more. So i told her well Im going to complain to the manager about my experience here checking out in which she simply laughed at. I ended up having to talk to Mike the retail manager about this incident. Who provided me a bag behind the register of Jodys. He was the only one that provided guest service and rectified the incident. My advice is if you have Jody the sales associate have Mike the manger ring you out.

WOW! Had a fall accident while staying in another hotel, so instead of being couped up in a house, my friend switched hotels to allow me a day with wheelchair beach access nearby. This place has gone above and beyond for me. Front desk folks Teresa and Robert were exceptional, and not just for me, I observed this with others as well.

My stay at this hotel was ok. Room was pretty nice, the only thing bad I have to say about my room was that the water in the shower took forever to drain and the water from the shower head came out a bit crazy. I did enjoy that the hotel was walking distance from the beach.

Positive: It was a great location with plenty of things within walking distance. Negative: The room was not very clean. Hair in the tub and counter area was really bad! Most places you can tell things have been cleaned during this pandemic. It was not obvious on this hotel visit. This is a BEACH AREA HOTEL, so I will still recommend.

False advertising is all over this hotel. The first picture of the hotel gives the feel like it’s an upscale hotel, which I’ve come to expect with Marriott. This hotel was like a Motel 6 quality. The Marriott app clearly states it’s a beachfront hotel and it is NO WHERE NEAR THE BEACH!!!Everywhere I looked things were broken. I spoke to front desk about and there response was ”you don’t want to be on the beach there’s nothing around it.” EXCEPT THE BEACH!!!The pool is at the entrance to the pearling garage and plopped next to a street on the other side. It looked ghetto.Highly disappointed!

This was our first visit to this hotel. My sweetie & I got the top floor as requested. I opted for no cleaning service for the entire time we were there (3 nights). While I forgot to put the notification on my door knob before 2 a.m., when I woke up at 6 a.m. & mentioned this to the front desk, he gladly accommodated me & sent someone up to slide the voucher for the extra points under my door. I left the notification on my door knob so I could receive the voucher the next day too (I think it was an extra 200 Marriott Reward points per night for opting out of cleaning service). Well worth it to me b/c I know how to make my own bed & I use the same towel at my house too. The only thing I really needed extra of were face cloths. We use fresh face cloths every day & I took a couple off the cleaning cart when I saw it in the hall & let the service person know.My complaints are: Water took forever to get hot & then didnt last long (in the shower anyhow). Water pressure in the shower was dismal. There are no night stand drawers & only one dresser drawer. I had to grab the ironing board & set it up so I could lay out my clothes from the suitcase. The room (514) was extremely dark even during daylight hours. We had to turn 3 lights on to get light in there in the morning. The only window is about 18 wide & in the corner. Theres a huge empty wall (opposite the door coming into the room) that is empty & could have easily accommodated a window. That happens to be the wall where I put up the ironing board for my clothes (& is on the same side as the 18 window, go figure). The outlet plugs are on the side of the headboard (both sides). Who looks there? We found this out when a maintenance person came up after we called that one of the nightstand lights wasnt working. Hotel is conveniently located among several shops & restaurants. Even a bar, restaurant & store in the same building. I would stay there again but maybe not the same room. I need light & better water pressure.$6 daily fee for parking the car in their parking garage.I appreciate that the hotel recycles. Separate bins (one for recycles & one for trash).

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. It started going down hill when I checked in. The man at the desk ran my card and a hold for $1.00 processed( I was notified by text from my bank) however he didnt see the transaction on his computer. So he asked to run it again, another $1.00 hold. Again he didnt see it. Asked to run again and a charge for $799.00 processed and cleared. In the morning I wake up to 3 seperate $800.00 holds on my card. I have tried to speak with a manager for the last 4 days with no luck. Their way of making it right was buying us a pizza from their restaurant for dinner 1 night. 4 days of beach trip later the $2000.00 worth of holds for no apparent reason still there, I asked for breakfast vouchers for my family. Absolutely they said and handed my wife a voucher for 2 drinks and 1 food item for the 2 of them. At this point I assume they are just not worried about it. Which makes is apparent. We stayed at this hotel last year and the air conditioning was broken in our room. Strangely enough when we check in this year we were put in the same room and guess what....the air was still broken. Clearly they are just worried about turning the room over and not concerned about getting much right. Marriott is always our hotel of choice and we average 30-40 nights a year mostly for work but at this point. MOST DEFINITELY WILL THE FOUR POINT BRAND BE SCRATCHED OFF OUR LIST. The hotel is in an awesome location right down town with everything you need to have a great vacation. My favorite part was watching my young son not be able to do any of the fun stuff Cocoa has to offer because someone figured it wasnt a big deal to take an unnecessary $2000 from someone for a $700 hotel bill on a weeks vacation. I have been very understanding cause accidents happen. But after they intentionally scratched out the 1 drink and 1 food item per person off the starbucks voucher and wrote 2 drinks and 1 food item by hand. Now Im wondering if they just dont care. Location great, and you will eventually get your money back. Just in time to go back home and think about how much fun you ALMOST had.

The location is the saving grace of my visit here, although its not on the beach. To be honest, I didnt even choose this hotel, I used a priceline deal, but got the room for under $85 a night. The hotel is a block from the beach, but there are no ocean views. In fact my room didnt even have a window to the outside world. When I opened my window in my particular room, I was looking at people shopping in the hotel gift shop / attrium. The in house bar has some good local beer, didnt try the food, and its only a 3 minute walk to the beach.

We were looking for a place to go to get away from Disney for a couple days. This was perfect. The beach was not a far walk away. When we got back from the beach we took a dip in the hotel hot tub and pool with waterfall. Not a big pool but it was a perfect size for the kids to play in. Dining options in the facility and close by. About an hour from the Disney Springs area and even closer from the airport. We plan to be back.

Every person on the staff makes you feel like you are the ONLY guest they are servicing. Robert at that the front desk ALWAYS has a smile to share. He is very personable. Calls you my your name EVERY time he greets you! First class customer service. The rest of the staff from housekeeping to security go out of their way to ensure your stay is FIRST CLASS. I recently canceled a stay at another national chain hotel to book my third stay with Four Points Cocoa Beach. Just cant go wrong!!!

Really fits the beach aesthetic, and has some great shops to pick up beach going gear from.

Staff was friendly, professional, and were following the cdc guidelines. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and plenty of space. Parking and check in were easy. Pool was small with limited seating and mostly all shaded, but the hot tub was big and under a grotto with a waterfall. Really close to beach access and lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

I booked four rooms at the Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach for my sons wedding. The rooms were clean, spacious and had plenty of amenities. The staff was efficient, courteous and friendly. Starbucks had a good selection of items for breakfast and all the usual Starbucks beverages. The hotel bar was convenient and the food was good. The bartender was courteous and provided good service. The location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach. I would absolutely recommend this location.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at a Four Points Sheraton so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel is excellent in every way. Big clean comfortable rooms, friendly, welcoming staff members as well as great food and excellent service in their restaurant made our stay a complete success. My family and I were very pleased. If I’m ever in the Cocoa Beach area again this will be my go to hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations of a Four Points. Previous reviews had me very nervous about the check in and room cleanliness. They were definitely not issues for us and the hotel was fully booked during our stay so I imagined if there would a time for problems that would be it. I used mobile check in, and rooms were ready when we arrived. Teresa at the front desk was welcoming. We had a very short wait while the patron ahead of us dealt with an issue with the front desk, but Teresa acknowledged us right away and had us into the rooms very quickly. The restaurant was ok, the Starbucks on site has a real Starbucks feel, not the feel some get when they are co-located. The shop attached was cool and it was nice to have outdoor showers to use when we got back from the beach which was just a short walk away. The staff was very friendly around the property and always asking if we needed anything. The bathtub showed some wear but was kept up well. I think the wear is from the onslaught of sand that must happen from its beach location. There are several restaurants in quick walk/drive distance, the beach is close and the Ron Jon and Cocoa Beach Surf Co shops are so close. All in all a terrific place to visit. Would recommend.

We parked in this parking deck to go to a beach shop located down stairs. But, the facility looked amazing. It was very clean, there was plenty of social distancing.
