The staff is rude, probably underpaid and definitely overworked. Nobody could pay attention to what was needed. Its absolutely absurd that someone could possibly run a company this disorganized.

Dentalfone rejects 4-5 lines of text as larger than allowed, doesnt advise how many characters or lines of text are allowed and sends an ENTIRE PAGE OF TEXT AND DATA justifying the determination plus truncation of the original message!If the email is originated outside of Dentalfone, using another online email server, the allowed size might even be less generating a message rejection and the same whole page of data and text including full truncation of the offending message.This does not represent desireable service to a dentists patients!
