Amazing trip. I had a great time. Captain Johnathan is the best, I’m really new to fishing and he was such a huge help, truly a great teacher. I highly recommend booking a trip with him, wether it’s your first time or your a fishing vet you will have a great experience. He has alot of knowledge of the area and the fish.

The only reason I gave him 5 stars is because I couldnt give him 6 stars. Captain Jonathan was a pleasure to go with. He took our booking on short notice which we were very thankful for. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the fish you WILL BE CATCHING. I will definitely be using his charter service again the next time I am in the Orlando area. Great experience.

Capt. Johnathon will go above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the day goes as fun and safe as possible. Having fished with him numerous times myself, I can tell you he will put you on some fish whether pursuing them with a fly rod, or spin fishing gear. He knows the certain spots that hold more fish throughout the year and why.Not only does he know when/where you would have the best opportunity for fish to cooperate, but he is a very down to earth guy and a pleasure to share the boat with. Anyone that spends a day on the water with him will not be disappointed.

I have fished with Captain Jonathan multiple times, and I cannot sing his praises enough. He is the most professional fishing guide you’ll ever meet. He knows the local waters, knows how fish act in each season, and provides a great experience all around. He always answers my questions, and whether you are a pro at fishing or brand new to it (like I was), he’ll show you a good time. He is a patient teacher, and you’ll leave his boat (which is pristine) a better angler. I wouldn’t book with anyone else!

I recently had a family member with Parkinson’s come down from Tennessee so he could fish the salt water one last time. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time off that I would be able to escort him along with my father to go fish. My cousin had a care taker and needed some extra help getting around and my father has balance issues from a back surgery that was mildly successful. I figured that it would certainly be a baby sitting gig and that it would probably be more work than it was worth to take them fishing for any normal guide. I informed Capt. Jonathon Moss of the extras and booked him for a full day trip knowing that the day might be cut short. Capt Jonathon Moss ended up jumping on a rental boat my dad had already booked for the day. Which was just the start of exceeding my expectations. Most Captains would not be willing to give up the comfort and security of their own vessel. Capt Moss didn’t even flinch at the idea as it would give someone access to fish that wouldn’t be able to make it on a “normal” boat. Instead Capt. Jonathon Moss jumped into action making sure the boat was fully equipped with bait and ice before my family even arrived. Capt. Moss quickly put the family on the fish and was said to be a blur of rerigging and baiting hooks while trying to hook any and all fish he could just so he could hand them off and let people have the time of their life fighting fish. Which seeing as it has been a few weeks and I’m still hearing about how much of a good time I missed I would say he did just that! We have received calls from other relatives in Tennessee telling us about how awesome of a trip it was as it’s all they are hearing about. My Dad is still amazed at how hard Capt Moss worked and the amount of knowledge and passion he has for getting people on fish. As a person who does not normally recommend people for anything even if they are good. I will say If you are looking for someone who will go the extra mile I highly recommend Capt Moss. and Go Castaway. As Capt Moss would say, tight lines.

Going out with Capt Jonathan was a great time. You couldn’t find a more professional fishing guide even if you tried. I have been out with him twice now and am looking forward to a third. We chased trout, reds, snook and my favorite tarpon. He is a knowledgeable clean cut individual. This is a great family friendly activity and he is a hoot to be around.

I would really like to appreciate Jonathan for actually taking me out and actually having a wonderful day out on the water, from the time that we established when we were going to meet up to actually time as well, he is very knowledgeable captain definitely put you on the fish not only does he put you on the fish, but he also genuinely knows about the area fishing is going to be best, very knowledgeable about the way that the fish are actually migrating and feeding, I have been with a lot of captain and you don’t see all that much but I would definitely recommend to pick a date in go out on the water with Jonathan I’m pretty sure that, that won’t be the last time that you will book him, plus you’re not only get to experience the fishery but you also get to be introduced to nature aspect at least when we were out on the water we got to see a bunch of manatees we actually got to see a lot of like the the nature aspect of that area that we fish that.

Clean boat, great gear, fun conversatiom, and tight lines! I cant say enough. Captain Jonathan Kahuna Moss is outstanding. Im an absolute dynamite fisherman, but Im also a spazz and lose interest quickly. Sometimes I just want to set down the rod and reel and take in the beauty of Florida...the mangroves, the birds, the dolphins and manatees, and everything else Florida offers. Captain Kahuna gets it and takes the time to relish creation with me. He wants me to step off his boat refreshed and satisfied. I always step off his boat feeling like I not only got something I wanted but that I needed. He genuinely loves fishing, but beyond that, he loves nature and connecting his clients with it. I will continue to utilize his services.

Capt. Moss was absolutely top notch! I had a blast sightcasting numerous reds and hitting a bunch of trout on topwater. There are tons of guides out there, but none can deliver the consummate professionalism, quality tackle, and sheer knowledge of the water that Jonathan does. Ill be booking again soon for sure!
