I contacted Healthe Customer Service because of a problem with several LED bulbs which were burning out after a year in spite of claims that they should last 9+ years. Kelsey answered my email within hours. She methodically answered my questions and found out that the bulbs which I purchased from Home Depot were not, in fact, made by Healthe. She directed me to the company who manufacture the bulbs. The entire process only took a day or two because of her diligence.
