Learning about Florida as we drove to our destination was an added bonus. We were so blessed to have met such a friendly, caring driver even when our toddler got car sick. I used this company last year for a large group. The courteous driver was on time with a clean van and shuttled them to the pier. They also picked up the group from the pier on time, actually Im sure they were there early, and whisked them away to the airport.Another time they picked up clients from their hotel on time and took them right to the pier.I work with Laney and she has the brightest most outgoing personality. She is a ray of sunshine. I highly recommend this shuttle company. They have excellent customer service.

Fantastic service, prompt, clean, and helpful. Most of all, incredibly helpful when I left a phone behind in the van. They found it, had waited for me near the airport, but I didnt even realize it until I hit the gate. They arranged to ship it back to me, which was much appreciated. 5 stars.

We used Road Runner Shuttle from Orlando airport as well from our cruise back to the airport. Ther service was outstanding!! Laney provided my daughter and I with prompt and accommodating service. The vans are comfortable and the drivers couldnt be more friendly and professional. I highly recommend this service if you need shuttle service.

Customer service was above and beyond! We used Road Runner Shuttle for transportation from MCO to Cocoa Beach hotel before our cruise. There were others at the airport waiting for almost an hour for their transportation but we waited less than 7 minutes. Then after our cruise we got off the ship an hour and half earlier than expected. I called Road Runner Shuttle to see if we could get an earlier shuttle and it was no problem. We will only use and recommend Road Runner Shuttle from now on!!

We use this service yesterday to get from the airport to our hotel. They provided great customer service. They were on time to pick us up, the driver was very nice and informative on the ride. I will use this service again and would recommend them.

The review above is not accurate.The shuttle has pick up times from the port. Its unfortunate if someone misses the scheduled pick up time back to the hotel...Also sometimes what happens is that the passenger s are not standing in the correct area and simply arent watching for the shuttle.I can assure you that this shuttle company works very hard to do a great job.One more thing to add is that if there are 4 ships in port the at the same time the port gets grid locked with traffic cant move. The police department have been out at the port trying to help alleviate the traffic lack of movement situation.Port Canaveral is a beautiful port but it definitely has serious traffic situations sometimes.I hope this helps.

This was our first experience with a shuttle service and the bar has been set extremely high. I highly recommend Road Runner-they were punctual, courteous, and the vans were very clean and comfortable.

I took this from the airport to our hotel, then to the cruise, after the cruise they took us back to the airport and the service is incredible. all of the drivers are very nice and gta to our destiny on time.

I love this company,it has very well kept clean shuttles...a real plus for me and my family. We come to Cocoa Beach every year thus is the only shuttle we use.
