We have always been pleased with the quality of service we receive from Marty. Been a regular customer for many years.

AC tech named Marty came to my house to replace the circuit board in my furnace. He said he wanted to use his own new circuit board. Agreed. Told him I wanted to keep the new circuit board ($185) that was put in prior( the day before)so that I could return it. He accidently forgot to leave it after he finished the job that day( I wasnt there, had to leave for work). The next day, when he stopped by to get paid, I asked him about it. He started stuttering trying to feed me an excuse about why he forgot to leave it. Had to send his helper out to his truck to get it. Shady.He installed a fan relay switch, which now makes a real loud clicking sound every time the AC kicks on. Called him about it. He said, no problem, Ill stop by tomorrow and take care of it.No show. Ive called him 5 times and left him 4 voicemails. He has never called back. Unprofessional. I definitely would not recommend him to do business with.
