I usually have my dog groomed at the W. Shaw location. The Clovis locations grooming salon is way in the back corner. The Shaw location is by the front which is easier for me. What I do like about the Clovis location is that you can pay ahead of time or you can pay when you pick up.

Stop there to get some worms for my daughters gecko price was reasonable nice area

Always can find great stuff for mu dog here. They sell her frozen raw food that she will only eat, and bone broths that she loves. Cute clothes too.

Adopted this cutie her name is mittens, we also adopted her sister for free

I wish you cared about the well being of the hamsters in your care. Add more bedding and put the right size wheel in their enclosure. And all those Kaytee and Litte Critter cages shouldnt even be on the shelves. Hamsters are not toys. You need to do better Petsmart.

I buy my dogs food here and bully sticks. They have a wide array of pet homes and pets from Guinea pigs, mice, large species of fish and tanks, turtles, aisles of dog food and treats and a grooming station for dogs and cats. They also have cats looking for a home. Best times to shop is early, 9:00am.

A really good place to shop for your pets. Such a large variety of things that you can buy. Good prices, lots of sales and even clearance too. The staff was really helpful too. Definitely will be coming back here for sure 👍

The workers, the set up, the items in stock, the atmosphere, 5 stars all the way. The manager Angelo took the time out of his day to talk to me about the chinchilla i was adopting today. What she likes to do, her personality, and he even showed me photos that the crew has taken of her. Apparently shes a favorite around those parts! He even sent me the photos so I could save them. The young man (sorry I didnt catch your name or the young lady at the register) who helped me with the introduction to the chinchilla, and helped with the paperwork was so nice and kind, he answered all the questions I had and was so well mannered. He was very knowledgeable, and was so helpful. The young lady at the register was so sweet and every bit of her demeanor screamed what can I do to help make your experience end on a fantastic note? Both of their customer service skills are just fantastic. And for the manager to go out of his way to see if i needed anything and to send me these photos speaks volumes about his customer service skills, and why the employees follow his example. Ive never had such a warm and welcoming experience at a petsmart like I received today. There are closer stores to my house but Ill definitely be back.

Always find my fur baby the cutest clothes, her frozen raw food, goat.milk. I always come home with something for my baby to spoil her with.

Had what I needed and allowed my dog in with me. Prices are higher than Walmart but I had my dog so I needed a place that would allow him in. Id shop here all the time if prices for the same products were closer to Walmart prices.

Im so fed up with mask ENFORCERS who DO NOT even know the laws. On our state web site it states classes of persons exempt from mask requirements. When are some lawyers going to sue to protect us who can NOT wear masks! Im discriminated against every day because I CAN NOT wear a mask thats only 15% effective anyway.... HELLO word health organization released a study to such!

I love all of there steals and deals! After every holiday, i go in and stock up on the sails. Treats, toys and tiny shirts and sweaters; i stock up and spoil all my pets in my life. I love this place and their awesome merchandise, that lasts for a long time.

My dog absolutely loves the day camp! She was very timid to go at first, now she can’t wait to go! The store is clean and staff are very friendly. Even throughout COVID-19, they did a good job handling things!

It was nice to be back here, I havent been here in quite awhile. The employees were very nice, nicely asked if we needed assistance and they were even working great together as a team as they were stocking shelves. The lady at the checkout was very nice, patient with me (I couldnt remember my phone# for their rewards program), I love service with a smile and each employee I encountered did just that. Because of that service I will be back and suggest everyone else visit too.

Im a vendor for products they sell so partially bias but the Visalia store has knowledgeable people who are friendly and seem to care.

It was my dogs birthday and we took him to pick out some toys. They were all so happy to see him and so helpful. Hes a pi tbull and its hard to find toys that last. So far so good. 😁had a great time. And he got treats too.

Went with my boy to get him a bird but the one he wanted wasnt ready yet. :(

Nicely clean and the staff was very friendly. They have a good selection from fish to reptiles and to dogs. I get all my dog food there, and also got a hamster there as well. Getting the rewards app helps you save money as well. Great toy selection also.

Fast, safe and comfortable staff.

We were really shocked at how far down this store has gone. Their inventory was pitiful. There were very few fish to choose from and we didnt see any other potential pets. On top of that the store was filthy. Either PetSmart is failing as a company or the manager of this store is really bad. Its sad because we used to love this store.

Wonderful customer service!! One of the employees was very welcoming and asked if we needed help. We were just looking around but eventually came home with two wonderful fishes!!

Petsmart is really a good store. They have a lot of different things on each isle, you can get stuck in the fish department for half a day lol. All precautions in place to keep your pet safe as well as you.

I love this place because my dogs love this place. My long haired chi’s love the pet hotel and the groomers. The teams are all friendly. I’ve been going to petsmart for years probably since 2008. That’s as far as I can remember. I’ve never been disappointed at any of the petsmarts. This is the closest to me so it’s my favorite. It might be a little pricier compared to Walmart but can your furry family walk peacefully through the aisles?

I love this petsmart because it is one of the large and closest only to me. I own a cat and sadly they only have 2 cat shampoo options/brands. While the dogs had much more variety.

Found the perfect tree for my sisters perfect kitty. This store does doggy day care, grooming, and adoptions for cats. Found a lot of cool things in there like dog beds that are cozier than my own bed, and lizards that avoid eye contact. Best part is that if you sing Katy Perrys Firework to the parakeets the staff will hate you for it

Marisa Garcia was my customer service guide. She took me around the dog area helping me choose the right priducts for my new adopted senior dog. She showed me senior dog food for my dog that has missing teeth. She went out of her way to get me a non shocking barking collar. She showed me different treats, dog toys, helped me pick out a beautiful collar. She was my cashier and explain the price matching! I am a senior and on a budget and she recognized it. Excellent service! I totally recommend Marissa Garcia as your go to person!

The store is huge and great for any pet and there usually fully stocked. When they have enough staff on the floor they will attend to your needs quickly. I usually frequent this store for frozen fish food. Im never really dissapointed, except when the pumps break in the fish department.

I get my snakes frozen rodents here and I like the amounts I can get them in, and I really like the way theyre packaged. Once I had to run in and get some in the last 10 minutes they were open and they were really nice about it. (sorry!)

Zachary is awesome at this location! We adopted two new puppies and he helped us at this location with all we needed, and even provided additional help. We will definitely return to this location because of Zachary! Best friendliest customer service ever!

I was truly impressed with the level of service I received. Walking in with my new puppy I was unsure of what to get. The staff were all friendly and greeted me. My cashier went above and beyond to make sure I was set and even though I took a lot of time she made sure that other customers were helped in a timely and courteous manner. Truly impressive.

My Tibetan Terrier had her best haircut ever at PetSmart on Herndon.A Tibetan Terrier is a small, shaggy dog and we like her shaggy. My husbands spirits visibly sink whenever I bring her home after a haircut because its always too short.Anyway, my groomer wasnt there when I arrived, but another employee took copious notes and I was thrilled at the result. Fluffy head, tail and back and short on her belly and butt. Super tight paws to help keep the mud tracking down. Jon did such a good job, and for $47, including nail clipping, ear cleaning and good smelling shampoo.Ill add that shes a bit of a scaredy cat and has been known to snap (slightly) when someone new takes her from me. She was actually smiling when I left her! Also when I picked her up. Dogs know when they have a pretty haircut.

Took our boarder collie to the groomers. They did a great job! He still looks like a fur ball, but a very well groomed one. He smells good too!

I use the PetsHotel very often for my dog Charlie, and all the employees there are so great. Charlie has really bad separation anxiety, but they are always very good with him (as much as they can while hes freaking out that Im leaving him). They all seem to love their job and to really care about the animals.

I found everything for my fishes

I needed to find a place so that my dog stay while I work. I didnt know where to turn to until I found PetSmart. And that was a blessing because of that first walked in I was happy to see my dogs tail wag I have a German Shepherd purebred. I immediately knew that this was the right place for my dog the girls there professional and warm and it made me feel like I was at home and I know that my dog is going to love this place.I dont have a lot of money but I thought that this is going to be really expensive to keep my dog very while I workbut I found out how much it was going to cost I was doing somersaults at jumping jacks in my mind the pricing is really reasonable thank you PetSmart for taking care of my dog it means the world to me

They always take great care of my girls. Quick and easy. I get the Pawdicure ... Nail clippers and grind, ear cleaning, teeth brushed and a cute scarf to top it off.

Excellent customer service. The guy I spoke to over the phone actually enjoys his job and cares about dogs. He was very informative and went above and beyond to answer my questions about wet versus dry dog food for my little chi who has dental problems. Thank you very much!!!

I have been a loyal customer since they opened. They have knowledgeable staff who will help with choosing food, toys, accessories and even training classes.

No Stars for this but I had to make a comment of how embarrassing their grooming salon did it. Really bad! Waste of 4 hours doing nothing but complain of my cats behavior. Now I really do know how patient my cat is, shes not aggressive as you picture it, of course cats get aggressive when getting touched by the belly but after they tried that, they decided to drop the towel and leave her unclean, not brushed, just not doing EXACTLY their job. I am extremely mad that I decided to leave without paying. If this was your cat, what would you do?

My kids love to come here and see the doggy daycare. There is also a grooming service so they get to watch the dogs getting hair cuts as well. Cat adoptions. A zillion fish. Its is a toddler paradise and my kids beg to go.

We love PetSmart on Herndon. We use their grooming salon to grind our dogs nails and board her at the hotel here. We are very happy with the service and staff at this location, and many of them know our dog by name. Thanks to the wonderful staff at this store!

This Petsmart store in River Park is well stocked; always has my favorite dog food brand Nulo. Brands are placed alphabetically, so I can easily find items and they dont change the stock around constantly like some grocery stores, which drives me crazy! Clerks are friendly and helpful.

Love these guys. Always loving and affectionate with my fur babies. I use the hotel everytime I have to when I come into town. Very knowledgeable, excellent grooming care. They have it all here.

Found my forever cat at their cat adoption center. The employee who helped me was super nice and informative with all my questions. The one closest to my house doesnt have an adoption center and decided to give this one a try, best visit ever.

Worst service ever. I was waiting to get help with buying some fishes. Waited and waited for about 10 minutes. Even went to the front to ask for someone to help. The cashier in the front said that he’ll call someone . I sure saw two other employees that came to the front, but we still didn’t get help. What’s the point of having fishes if no employee can help. All the other petsmart in town were great except this one.. First and last time coming to this location.

The PetSmart on Willow and Herndon is a good store but the staff is amazing. I have used the Pet Hotel several times recently and the staff is beyond excellent. They are not only great with the animals but theyre great with customers, flexible and skilled in a crisis and well organized, knowledgeable and kind. My husband suffered a stroke recently. Even though its Christmas time, these people helped me handle one of the worst experiences of my life. Words are inadequate to say how great these people are. I owe them so much. Their prices are reasonable and you would find it impossible to find better care anywhere.

Very disappointed. I called to see if they had any available appointments for today and the guy that answered said that they didn’t have any grooming but had a few wash & blow. So he puts me on hold then a lady gets on the phone to take my information. She tells me that they don’t have any available appointments. I tell her that I was just told they do. So she supposedly checks again and she says they have some at 6pm,& 7pm. I asked if there any earlier appointments then she asks someone in the background and they are discussing it. As soon as she told him that it was for a husky, he told her that they didn’t have any. They should’ve just said that from the beginning.

I put a lot up with a lot at the PetSmart stores in the past because he used to have good prices. And the last couple of months your prices have gone up so much that as a non-profit Sanctuary for special needs cats I will no longer be able to shop here. Your prices have become ridiculous
