This place was wonderful! All I needed was a single stamp and the young man behind the counter made my stop so fast and easy I was in and out in less than a minute perfect although it to help there was no line. This was my first time shopping here but I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for your postal needs your UPS needs and moving needs from what it looks like they have it all. they even offer U-Haul rentals

I have visited twice. Super friendly, and helpful staff. I needed to ship a few boxes through UPS and they helped me package me items and Josh even made a special box for my laptop and dock station. They are truly super helpful!

I was dealing with Ben trying to ship a package via USPS. Ben went above and beyond to make sire my package was sent out on time. Will ship from Postal Express again!

This location closes by 5.30 on week day when I got there at 5 and the owner who is running this location was in rush to go home .I had several small packages to ship and 2 big packages with expensive items. He didnt help with anything instead he left the store telling me be back he just need to move his truck.When Im done packing 2 of my big packages I put shipping label on top of each box and this guy was so in rush go home he messed up labels!!!As result packages was delivered wrong people.When I tried to talk to him he absolutely ignored me and I ended up with over $300 loss of shipping expenses. Do not go there, if you can chose different location to drop your packages.

Nice place. Customer service was really good and I actually liked my visits there. I felt very comfortable. Place felt layed back which I like.

Great location to drop off UPS & FedEx packages and obtain a receipt showing proof of shipping! Chris & Co are friendly & knowledgeable. Glad to see new, qualified personnel running this location now!

I am deaf myself and when I came into the store a week ago to mail an item out to another state, the guy sat there and looked at us as if we were idiots. I gestured that were deaf and would need a pen and a paper to communicate. He didnt give his effort to ensure we were satisfied throughout the time we were there, and the store looked and was CHEAP (?!). Nowhere close to a pristine USPS or a FedEx facility, which made my first visit feel a little sketchy.Fast forward to today. Someone at the destination hadnt gotten my package and when I called the place, they cannot help me without my tracking number (which they said I should have ASKED for it beforehand). How the hell am I supposed to know about that if I never came before? Itd be much nicer if theyd ask me if I wanted one or not and THAT THEY WILL CHARGE EXTRA. I did not know any of that till a WEEK LATER. THeyre not always clear about anything (not sure if because were deaf, but thats not the point). Really? Great job losing a potential customer hence why two stars is given.

After FedEx, ups, and U. S. Post office could not over night my last minute package, after 5p.m. This place told me over the phone that they can and they delivered (no pun intended). . I recommend this place to anyone that not only just needs something shipped out, but also overnight- last minute shipping. My package arrive the next morning at. 10:30 a. a. my.

I have been coming here for a year now, very friendly guy and helpful. Very important to read the signs at the door because he sometimes has a uhaul situation and closes a bit early. Has backpacks, school supplies, etc.

He tried to rent me a broken Uhaul trailer. Check your products before renting them out.

Just a heads up if you want shredding done. The guy shreds it when he has time or else his boss does. This is NOT secure shredding. Do you want to leave a bag or box of personal papers with someone you dont know and trust them to shred it? I think NOT.

Terrible. Mixed my shipping labels up on returns that I had made. Also shipped a military box as international not domestic so my husband never received his Christmas gifts. Never going back.

The customer service is horrible. The guy even charged me for one dollar for taping my postage on my envelop! I could have buy a new tape.

I love this place! It helps me out so much! Everytime I need to print or mail something I go here always great customer service happy people. It really is my favorite mail place. They also do uhaul services amazing!
