Nothing secures me as a long-term customer better than above-and-beyond customer service. Im old school. I dont feel like businesses are doing me a favor by providing a service. I feel like, even if theyre serving a niche market that I desperately need, they should always be working to keep my business.JMS Internet is just such a business. My Jetpack broke over Labor Day weekend. Whats more, the management team was away when I needed help. But an automated email gave me a phone number to text in case of emergencies. I wasnt even sure if mine qualified. But it did, and they were glad to get me set up with a new Jetpack even though they were out of the office, responding promptly with aplomb, following up with detailed instructions until my problem was solved.I cannot recommend this company enough for people who, like me, feel that companies should respond to their customers promptly with solutions not excuses or empty apologies. They have delivered reliable service to me for over a year and this was just the icing on the cake.Look no further.

Been a happy customer since mid 2020, and the service has been great.I recently realized I had made an accounting error, and support worked with me to find the error and resolve my issue right away.Gives me good peace of mind knowing Ill can get my work done, and if I ever have an issue their support will be responsive.

I slipped up and allowed important emails to be sent my junk box. Needless to say JMS still worked with me through it and ALWAYS made sure I felt valued. Absolutely, ZERO hesitancy when dealing with such an amazing company as such!!!
