I went in to have some documents faxed to a dr in Lubbock. The number kept being busy over & over. I had left my cell phone at home, so when home I called & their fax number was out so they gave me a new number which I called & gave them. The people at Pip were gracious & extremely helpful. Glad I went in & I hope you will too!!

Zip got new ownership 18 months ago. I didn’t know the previous owners but the new one is excellent! I own a local business in town and depend on them regularly for marketing and HR purposes. Zip has been able to help with design and layout of multiple projects both big and small, simple to complex. They have always exceeded expectations and been able to get the work done quickly.

Extremely disappointed my experience. They were not helpful in understanding what they can and cannot do. They didnt give back all the things I took to them. They messed up 1/3 of my print jobs and refused to refund for the jobs THEY messed up. They were very snappy when I asked if they found the lost envelopes i took to them. They said nothing left the box but we did not take items to them in a box so thats just a flat out lie. I wont EVER recommend them and I wont EVER use them again. All around horrible and I should have just done it myself or at office max who is cheaper and way more professional... this business is a joke.

I used other print shops in the past, but learned about Zip Printing and now I wont go anywhere else. Michael and the other staff are SUPER helpful, and I receive my print requests very quickly! Im very pleased with Zip Printing!
